Absolutely love my terminex technicians! Chris is my regular and he is amazing! Had Ryan (technician 1238) out today taking care of those pesky spiders! Literally never had a poor experience- love and appreciate them so much!

Brandon did an inside treatment in my home due to the nasty “water bugs” aka American roaches. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I felt very confident the the problem was being taken care of. Yesterday, I left my laundry door open and my two yorkies ate this ‘brown blob’ that was put down for treatment near my water heater. In a panic, I called Angel Boelter to ask exactly what it was so I could tell my vet. Angel called the manager Bob. He quickly told her that it was pet friendly roach bait and my doggies would be fine. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and peace of mind that my fur babies were okay.

Antonio came and sprayed both my house and garage. He was very personable and professional, getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

He was able to answer all questions I had with detail.

I would highly recommend both the service and Antonio as your tech!

I would like to give a review for Ryan S. He came to my home to treat it for ants and he was so professional. His mild demeanor and knowledge was welcoming. Seeing that I hate all bugs, he assured that the treatment he was using would help to stop the ants.

I am a residential customer with lots of mature trees. I have used JCA a few times now for limbing up, tree removal, stump grinding, and leaf removal. I shopped contractors in IOW and Kevin was the most professional, easiest to interact with, and reasonable on cost. Quality/value of services is 5 stars, scheduling/communication with the office is 4 stars. Depending on the time of year you may need to wait or be flexible with getting worked in quicker.

I have a laundry list of unacceptable services/behaviors this company exhibited.
-Did not complete the agreed upon services;
-Poor quality;
-Plants died shortly after they planted them;
-Non-responsive customer service rep;
and
- They took the money with no follow-up. Absolutely would not recommend, ever!!!

Work was done in a timely manner. All debris was stacked neatly as I requested. Price was reasonable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them!

Great job on the leaf removal in our yard

I had a great experience with JCA. I’ve always wanted a garden, but never really felt confident enough to do so. They showed a great understanding of plant & land care. Personable, Professional, and Informative. A beautiful way to start the year. I can’t wait to see how brilliant it blooms. Definitely would recommend.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. All I've gotten are excuses, no solutions, and rude customer service.

Your statements are incorrect. The rudeness I referred to was the fact I kept being blown off by your staff. I never said I was more important than your other customers, but being put in the back of the queue several times and not getting responses from email support is frustrating. As to the payment, you admitted on the phone you had not sent a bill. Also, you did not offer a solution to the two incorrect services, only to fix it for the future.

Misleading readers is extremely unprofessional. I stand by my review.

I had an old pecan tree hanging over my neighbor's yard which caused him great distress. One large storm and it could've have landed on his house. I called JCA and they were there in a jiffy sawing and clearing away the tree and debris. I really appreciate the quick response and my neighbor says thank you also.

There was some initial communication difficulty, which the company addressed. They did great work at our house and the new mulch looks wonderful! They also took the time to clear the sidewalks around the beds and left the area looking very tidy.

We appreciate the exceptional tree service we received! The team was knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend using them for all of your tree maintenance needs.

Kevin was quick with the estimate which was very fair, and Kelly was on top of getting all the paperwork completed. Trees were removed and cleanup completed in no time. Would definitely use again for tree removal.

Had two trees taken down near our kids play yard equipment. Jones was easy to work with and we are happy with the results.

Great job removing three trees and grinding the stumps, fast and professional. Very reasonable cost. The entire crew was exceptional.

Kevin and his crew did a great job grading our yard after we had a well drilled there. They removed a significant amount of clay, leid down top soil, and planted grass seed in a professional, timely way with an attractive outcome.

The crew was courteous and listened to my concerns with the hedges. They did an excellent job of shaping them up and left the site clean when they were complete. We will definitely have them back here for future work.

Yard looked great. Company has always provided good work in a timely manner .
