I have been seeing a lot of positive reviews for this company, so I decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, when I detailed that I no longer required their services, I have been receiving phone calls every day from an individual at the company. The individual has a New York accent and calls me from different numbers each time, making him impossible to avoid. After trying several times to connect with the customer service department to report the situation, I have given up. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They are so desperate for business that they will try to hard sell you, even when you have let them know that you are no longer interested. If you end up deciding to hire them, good luck.

Aspenn has been great so far. Very responsive to questions and concerns, very efficient, and they also take care to not ring or knock when they come by because we have a little one who naps.

I live in a wooded area, but have not had any bugs since using Aspenn. Aspenn comes when they say they will, and communicates if there will be a delay because of weather.

The mosquito service is top notch; it keeps the mosquitos at bay for weeks. I live near a tree line and with a lot of tree the mosquitos tend to become a nuisance. When the yard is sprayed, I can walk outside and no mosquitoes are in site, which is so awesome this time of year

I have been using the services from Aspenn for three years and I am satisfied with the quality of the work. I have referred them to a friend and she is also satisfied with it. They are dependable and they show up on time. Their service is good and the cost is affordable, definitely recommend. I will be using them in the near future.

Aspen comes regularly to treat our lawn for mosquitoes and we haven’t had any bugs this summer. Even with the summer heat and rain the mosquitos have not been an issue. Best part is that it was significantly cheaper than any other services.

Received a phone call from this place. Politely let the gentleman know I currently have a provider for pest control, and he let out a long sigh before demanding to know who my pest control company was and that he’s a specialist, knowing more than my current provider. Clearly he was aggitated but I let him continue talking. When I reiterated that I don’t need service again, received another long sigh before he hung up on me. How cringe! Not a good way to try to get business, and I will be sure to share my experience with my neighbors!

I’ve been using Aspenn Environmental for a few years and the sprayings really do work. We do not have a problem with insects, bugs or mosquitoes. We can enjoy our yard year round. I’m glad I’m a customer.

Our experience with Aspenn has been pretty great so far and when I first spoke to Rob back in 2023, I wasn’t quite ready to commit to anything yet as we just bought the house; they were not pushy at all and he advised he would give us time and try again in the spring of 2024 to see if we were interested, at which point we decided to give them a try after reading up on them. The first treatment we had was the mosquito treatment and it worked wonders and we hardly saw any the entire spring and early summer.

We get a call typically the week prior, or VERY early the week of, treatments to let us know they’ll be out and the technician is always on time for the appointment and is always very quick with the treatments.

I will say that the price did go up a little bit from when we started with them, but I feel like that is to be expected with inflation right now. I definitely recommend Aspenn as a dependable pest control.

Aspenn Environmental Services have been very easy to work with. They call to remind me to schedule their work, and come and go without me even noticing (I do know they were here because I see them in the window, lol). So far, I have been very satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Had Aspenn spray my property shortly after buying my home. Within a few days I already noticed a massive difference. Before Aspenn’s services I’d find ticks on my dog, lanternfly all over my deck and trees, and spiders making their way in my basement. Since treatment I haven’t found a single tick, seen any lantern fly or their young, and my basement doesn’t have spiders in the corners! Would highly recommend Aspenn for your property pest treatment. I’m on a half acre and the price was very reasonable for all they did!

James is wonderful! We're glad to have him as our technician. He's always prompt and good about checking with us, if we're available, to see if we've been having any issues that haven't been called in. It looks like the tech did a good job but I wasn’t happy about the date that the company chose (not me). The service was done on a day with no rain in sight and my lawn is too big to water with a sprinkler

I was a client for 13 years. My CC was on file for each service. Suddenly I got notices that I was delinquent for two "installment charges" and they were sending me to collections if I did not pay. I called the office. I emailed the office. I had a few simple questions:

When did I agree to these installment charges? Can't answer

Why did you charge me for every service before and after, but not these? Can't answer

What is the "installment charge"? Can't tell you

Can you send me a copy of the services agreement? No

I get weekly harassing emails for delinquency. Calls to accounting and accounting managers both locally and nationally are fruitless.

Their service has dropped dramatically since they took ownership from National Turf, and their billing practices are suspect and seemingly predatory. I cannot recommend this company.

Unfortunately, for the past two years, this company has ruined our lawn due to human error. Last year it was because they applied the wrong weed control (rated for a lower temp) and this year it was because they applied the weed control too abrasively, creating brown patches of our otherwise healthy lawn (front and back). That's not the worst part. Their customer service attitude is nonexistent. They do not apologize for their actions and barely offer any valuable compensation for the inconvenience their mistakes add to our already busy lives. Add on top of that the gas lighting attitudes of the supervisors who make it seem like it's not a big deal. It is when you are spending money to expect a professional to do a better job. When they don't, they need to take responsibility for it, apologize profusely and provide a reasonable solution. Instead they say things like "it's not ruined and it will grow back," "people make mistakes"..... We didn't need to pay a professional lawn service to make mistakes. We could have done that ourselves. We will now be cancelling our contract.

Brian did a good job. Because of the snow still covering my yard, he could put down the lyme in the places where there were still existing mounds of snow, but he left me a little extra product to do myself once the snow has melted.
