Just wanted to thank you, and the Bartlett Team, for the great work last Saturday. Everything looks great. Our neighbors seem happy. Oscar was very responsive and kept us informed. He said the remaining parts of the triple trunk oak tree looked very healthy when the guys were way up there. He checked the cable in the tree, which was great. I was especially happy when he volunteered that he had done so and that it was fine. I requested and the Team left me some long branches to replenish the outline of the walkway in the natural part of the back yard. I’ve already placed those branches where they’re needed and thank them for cooperating with me in this way. Please convey our thanks to the Team for their professionalism and great work

I’m a repeat and very satisfied customer of Bartlett Tree Experts, and I wanted to recognize the excellent crew (Shane, Salvador, and Fernando!) who trimmed our two trees (a willow oak and a black gum) on February 12, 2026.

Despite lingering snow and ice on the ground, the team worked efficiently, carefully, and safely. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by their thoughtfulness in moving our next-door neighbor’s patio furniture to ensure that no fallen branches would cause any damage. That extra level of care and consideration truly stood out.

The trees look fantastic (expertly thinned without over trimming!), the work area was left clean, and the crew was courteous and respectful from start to finish. It’s clear why we continue to trust our arborist, Patrick, and the entire Bartlett Tree Team, with our property.

Kevin and his team of expert arborists did an excellent job taking down my huge rotting Maple tree safely and removing all the wood debris. I am very happy!

When the ice and snow melt they will come back to do the final stump and root grinding which I trust will be go equally well. It is also quite a relief to have the tree removed just before a late January major snow and ice event.

I would highly recommend "Sav-a-Tree" to anyone who needs tree services.

What a great team of pro’s! They are experts in local-specific care for our trees, shrubs, hedges, and lawn. They know the climate, pests and weather locally which helps them mange and design a specific plan. I have an annual contract, and will be renewing them for years to come, because their work makes our yard look fantastic.

I was originally reluctant to use one of the "larger" tree services in my area to prune and treat some of the trees at my home in Alexandria. I am so happy that I decided to try Save-a-Tree! What a great company. Perfect balance of "well equipped to handle any job" without losing the personalized customer service.
The field Manager, Kevin , from Save-a-Tree's Springfield office stayed on top of the crew and ensured everything was completed as expected. He even followed up with a visit the following day! Great crew, even better follow up. I will absolutely use them again. Fair price too.

Kevin G. is the best, his expertise, care, attention, and persistent customer-satisfaction attitude and professionalism are best in class! Their entire team is outstanding, from calling into the office, asking questions, scheduling...the employees who come and perform treatments and services have been incredible! I hope pictures say a thousand (or 10-star!) words...not sure if there is a better way to show how positive an experience and results we have had since hiring SaveATree from day 1! Pictures show Summer 2023 through April 2025 (This was a mostly neglected 20+ year old backyard when we moved in. Front yard looks immaculate as well!)

Highly recommend Keith L and his team at SavATree! We initially called for a walk through on our new home, and appreciated the balance between what should be done immediately vice what we could wait and see. Tree pruning and removal has always been completed professionally, with prompt and efficient scheduling. The team leaves our property in great condition. Prices are in line with other ‘business cards’ we have received, but knowing that the job is being done correctly gives incredible peace of mind. We will continue to call SavATree for routine and emergency care.

The quality of work this company provides cannot be overstated. Having Keith L., a certified arborist, to consult with prior to making any decisions was invaluable. Then to have three of the nicest, most professional individuals show up to do the work was an added bonus. Pencho, Edwin, and Junior worked together like a well-oiled machine. Junior, the crew leader, is phenomenally skilled at what he does, as are Edwin and Pencho. It was fascinating to watch them work and a joy to work with them! Many thanks guys!!!

Based on the tree pruning and trimming service provided by SavATree, I would not recommend the company as they poorly trimmed/pruned the 2 trees in my front yard and do not provide updates as to when services would be provided.

The trees are loop sided, they did not create a rounded shape, left a lot of loose branches in the tree (post trim), and did not clear/remove branches that are pointing/leaning downward, which creates sad tree look.

Unfortunately, I will have to get another provider to clean up the lack of care towards my trees.

Save A Tree removed a large dead pine tree in our backyard and executed the work expeditiously! The entire project from set up to clean up was completed in a day.

The team successfully removed three panels of fencing, took done a large dead pine, removed all debris, ground the stump while protecting all surrounding greenery, and then cleaned the job site. My backyard was literally more put together after their work than before. Additionally, they took all precautions to not adversely impact any neighboring common area space.

All communication was clear during the lead up and I was always informed on the process/next steps forward.

If needed, Save A Tree will be my first call for all outdoor tree/shrubbery needs.

I have been using Millenium Pool Service for the past 4 years and they do a great job. Recently they hired a new GM and he's respectful, responsive and is willing to work with you to make sure everyone is taken care of on both sides of the table. Pools can be a lot of maintenance and the unexpected can happen sometimes, so knowing that Kirk (GM) will work with you goes a long way.

Best team to get your pool up and running smoothly and talking you through any equipment repairs, replacement or upgrades. Responsive, fair, thorough and they seem to genuinely care about getting and keeping your pool swimmable! Jermaine was a pleasure to work with for the opening this year! Great staff all around. Thanks for the great service.

I contracted with Millennium to resurface my pool, add waterline tile, install a new salt system, and make various other pool-related modifications. The price was more than competitive and several discounts were applied. The company arrived when they said they would and performed the work in a professional manner in accordance with my expectations. The project manager was a true professional and was very attentive and customer-service oriented to the maximum. The follow-up on requests and services was exceptional. A truly professional company.

"I had an extremely poor experience. They came to open my pool and charged me $465. But do you know what they did? They just took off the cover, and the water color never changed to clear blue. I called them a couple of times, and they said, 'Let's see what we can do.' I called them three times, and each time they said they would call me later but never did. My final action was to email them, telling them I would dispute the charge. Only after receiving my email did they call me, but it was too late. I lost many days of pool use. I called another company, and they came and fixed it easily. I'm so happy I did not pay them for closing the pool. Don't be fooled by this company."

Millennium Pools has been servicing our pool for the past two years. Ivan Kostadinov does an amazing job performing our weekly maintenance. He ensures the chemical levels are perfect and everything is functioning correctly. Ivan keeps our pool beautiful all summer. Thank you Ivan for an amazing job.

We have used Millenium for several years (to open/close the pool) after being unhappy with our previous pool company. They are prompt and responsive and big on customer service. Currently, they are doing a large reno job for us as our 30+ year old pool deck has finally reached the end of its life. The design choices have been wonderful - really modernizing the look of an old pool. Yan Larenas and Elmer have been wonderful to work with - extremely responsive.

Petar Petrov is our home's weekly service technician and he provides excellent service! He works very hard and is very thorough. He will tell you how things are going, and he is very patient in explaining things related to the pool, pool pump, and maintenance best practices. Overall, Millennium Pools has been great for weekly service, open/closing service, and occasional repairs. They are responsive, accountable, and thorough.

The absolute BEST pool company I have ever dealt with commercially. They are incredibly responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and FAIR! I have been using Millennium for over 2 years and will continue to give them business and referrals! Shout out to Koylo, Ivan, Janeta - all star team!

I had the pleasure of working with Tracy !!! She was very courteous and took care of all of our needs she was very friendly and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

They are absolutely wonderful! We were getting no suction from our skimmer to the pump, and had two other companies out to try to fix the issue but they just told us we likely had a leak. We weren't loosing any water in the pool so we called Millennium for another opinion. Donimica, The rep who took my call, was so friendly and accommodating. She got a technician out to our house the very next day. The tech (Mladen and his crew) were beyond AMAZING. They ran all the standard tests as the other companies did, however they tried MULTIPLE other solutions and weren't giving up until they got it fixed. Turns out it was just a clog in the line, however this company and specifically these techs saved us from having to cut up concrete and replace lines, and who knows how many dollars. I will definitely be using them for everything in the future!

I cannot say enough about the staff. We have been w/Millennium now for 7 seasons. We use their opening/closing services, repair services, and have purchased a gas heater, a Loop-loc cover, and most recently had them re-plaster our pool and add new LED lighting. Rarely does any job go perfect. And, with the plaster job, there were a few kinks that were easily ironed out w/quick response and communication by the GM, Kirk and his support staff. Kirk was extremely knowledgeable and very accessible. At one point he said we could contact him any time, even by smoke signals! Thanks Kirk and Team...looking forward to another great season!
