These guys have been servicing my pool for a handful of years now and I could not be more pleased. They are reliable, professional, knowledgable, there for you in a crisis, the list is long! The entire team is incredible and so friendly. I can't recommend more highly, no NOT hesitate.

Millennium pool, specifically Cristian Lopez, opened our pool today (5/5/25) for this season. The service was over and above any other business we have used in the past. The attention to detail, cleanup, hosing off all accumulated winter debris and overall workmanship was terrific. Millennium resurfaced our pool last year. I highly recommend this company for any pool service you need.

We’ve been using Millennium Pools for about 8 years. They’ve been responsive when repairs have been needed. We have a weekly maintenance contract that keeps the pool clear and balanced. Christian Lopez has been caring for the pool and has done a terrific job.

We've been using Millennium Pool service for several years and they always do a great job! Billy is usually our rep but he he was unavailable this time, Kristyan Yanev opened our pool and he was especially professional. They took their time, cleaned the pool and deck and pointed out a potential issue to keep an eye on. I highly recommend the service!

I just had my pool resurfaced by Millennium Pools with Pebblestone. Yan Larenas ((Project Manager) and Elmer Lopez (Superintendent) have been outstanding. They are both very nice, patient (especially since I’m a worrywart), knowledgeable, communicative, organized, and conscientious. At least one of them was here each day of the project to ensure that I was pleased and to personally take care of any items that may have been overlooked by the crews. They are rare individuals who care about their customers and have pride in the work done. I was informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. I have a gorgeous pool now and it went so smoothly, without stress due to Yan and Elmer. I can’t overemphasize how impressed I am with them and how happy I am with my new pool. Thank you so so so much!

I spent a ton of time online and reviewing YouTube vids so I knew how to explain the issue. I went over the problem in great detail by phone (motor starts and shuts off, but rest of the filter is fine). I was told it is likely a grounding issue and can be fixed. So, I scheduled a tech visit. The guy spends 5 minutes looking at the unit, tells me it’s fried and for that I’m billed almost $200. Then he wants to sell me new $1000 system. Not recommended AT ALL.

I have honestly no idea what I spent my $450 on for them to open my pool. My pool is green. I don't know what chemicals they did or didn't use and they won't come back to take a second look without an additional fee. The word "opening" is a joke. My pool is entirely un-swimmable and they are unresponsive to my pleas for help in finishing their job. Additionally, the first time they came out they put the salt cell on BACKWARDS so the inlet was where the outlet should be. I'd have fixed it myself but it was screwed on so tightly I would have needed to buy a tool to get it off. They did send a tech out to fix that, but we are four days out from that visit and still a green pool. I am at a loss as to what service I actually got from them other than them taking off my cover and dumping in a few bags of (my own) salt. Don't use this company!

This review is specifically for David L, our pool tech this summer. This is our fourth summer with millenium and David has been absolutely wonderful. He is courteous, thorough and does an incredible job of keeping our pool looking great. He also is proactive about suggesting solutions like cleaning solutions for the stained bottom of our pool, etc. David does a wonderful job and we are grateful for his service!

I'm writing a review for my pool service guy Abel and the great work he does for our pool each week. He is very conscious of his job, respectful and leaves the pool better than when he arrived. We had some equipment challenges earlier in the season but between Abel and the Service/Repair staff we got it done and the pool has been beautiful all summer long. Thank you!

We recently had Millennium Pools repair our gunite pool, which had developed a large hole and a crack in the plaster just five years after being resurfaced by another company. From start to finish, our experience with Millennium Pools was exceptional. They were prompt, polite, and provided detailed information and estimates. We were assigned a project manager who kept us informed about schedules and the repair process. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Millennium Pools for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service.

Millennium Pools did a great job installing a new liner and salt water chlorinator.  Milo and team were very professional, was able to answer every question, and took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to use the system.  He even provided care tips.  If you need work done on your pool, I highly recommend them!

Millennium Pools & Spas recently renovated my pool, and I am very happy with the results. The team, especially [Dan and Elmer were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Ken was my first contact, he was the estimator of the project, was very responsive to all my questions and very knowledgeable. Elmer was the superintendent of the project and he was professional, kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable.My new tile, coping and plaster look fantastic, and the project was completed right on schedule although we had a slow start.
