The Hadeed team was great to work with. They kept us updated on the progress and our rugs looked like new when they were returned. The pickup and drop off team was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend using Hadeed.

We had an entrance foyer rug that was cleaned in May and delivered May 31st. Since were having the foyer tile replaced, we did not open the delivered rug until today (June 21st). Much to our surprise the grey, black and white rug was ruined do to bleed over of color of read stain to which we were told it would require $375.00 to restore.
Very disappointed, we now have a useless rug!
This is not what I call good customer service.

Clean! I really like my carpets, as I have collected these over the years. I have attached a few pictures of some of my collection. I have 100% silk, wool and silk, wool and wool and cotton. The rug that is red and purple is worth $12,000, I don't just trust it to a dry cleaner. I want the company that has been doing this for more than a decade. Hadeed's guys came out and picked up the inventory, safely moved the furniture, measured and photographed the individual carpets. I liked that they kept me informed with the cleaning process, and updated the pictures. Seems like a few people have been offset by the quality control call, but it makes sense to me to receive information about something that needs to be fixed before I have the rugs delivered. So they called, I was able to see the pictures and elected to address a couple of the issues presented. The rugs were delivered and were in top condition. Great experience.

Hadeed cleaned several of my Oriental rugs. They repaired as well and did I an excellent job. Very easy to deal with and professional.

Our 10x12 rug was cleaned and it looks beautiful and feels wonderful. The crew came and moved the furniture, removed the rug, and replaced the furniture. One week later, the crew did the reverse. The team was professional and efficient. So glad we did this and happy with the results!

Thought I had a $1000 rug. It wasn’t. I still got it cleaned. It now looks and feels like a $1000 rug. I have another one in equally bad looking shape. I’ll bring the other one in soon to get it cleaned and whatever else he did to the first one to make it look and feel great!

If you have quality wool rugs this is the way to go. If you need to clean, modify or repair they do a great job from pick up to drop off! Moving, have them clean your carpet and return to new address!

The service counting customer service (she was very rude, never returned my call and room to accuse me of not return her call). They just washed the carpet that Stanley carpet cleaner could have done that. My carpet is Persian silk flowers. I paid $470.00 for nothing.
Do not recommend them at all save your money and find a reputable company.

The team was kind and helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. They communicated well throughout the process so there were no surprises. The pair who picked up and dropped off were excellent and’s got everything situated perfectly. And my rugs look beautiful! I had five rugs cleaned and each was pretty dirty due to my dog loving all of them. They came back looking like new.

The Pick Up, cleaning, and delivery was exceptionally good. Very professional and well done. We certainly will use them again for our two extra carpets that we have at home.

True professionals from top down. Easy and clear communication. They set appointments for pick up and drop off, were precise with pricing and options for services, and kept me informed all the way. My rug looks great and all doors and stains are gone. There is no perfumy detergent smell, either.
