I had this carpet sitting up in my attic for 20 years. It stunk from previous cats and had edges torn. When I got it back , it had a,"new clean " smell to it and the edges were fixed like new. This is the second carpet they cleaned for me and there will be more coming

He walked through everything that would take place during the cleaning process. I didn’t ask him about it, he made it his business to inform me of everything.
