My family has been working with Yan Larenas and Elmer Lopez on a full restoration of our inground vinyl pool. The Scope of Work for this project includes a new liner, new underground piping, full concrete decking and new filtration equipment. From the first day of demolition it was very obvious that Yan's teams were in sync with each other. Throughout the days, any questions were immediately met with team meetings led by Yan so that each team knew what was expected of each other. Any delays due to weather were immediately communicated and the job site is continuously roped off for safety and cleaned. Continuous communication regarding the project status has been top notch as daily updates are provided either on site verbally or via email by Yan and/or his team leads. I strongly recommend Millennium Pools to anyone needing maintenance or a full renovation.

Millennium Pool did a fantastic job repairing and opening and cleaning my pool. Had about an 8 ft section in shallow end with really bad damage from ice. I also went with a updated tile and brick border which look awesome. My pool has never looked this good. The whole team was so easy to talk to and work with. They were done with the job before another pool company even mailed me a estimate.

We decided to try Millennium Pools & Spas, LLC, after a lot of troubles and headaches with another pool company. This is our first season with Millennium, and we can't say enough good things about this company. They have saved us a ton of headaches just by not lying and keeping it real. They tell us exactly what we need, and if we don't need it, they tell us too.

A special thank you to our weekly cleaning person, Christian Quinteros! He is absolutely amazing at what he does, and makes sure to let me know of any issues immediately. He makes sure our pool looks amazing every week, and adds all the appropriate chemicals it might need. Thank you, Christian, for all that you do for our pool.

Billy Monohan is another person we would like to thank. He has so much knowledge when it comes to pools, and cuts through the bull. Thank you, Billy, for helping us get our pool up and running again.

Millennium pools did an excellent job for us to refinish our existing in ground outdoor pool and added a beautiful waterfall that we can sit under or behind. They also added an App that allows us to control all the pool equipment including the spa, heater and a pool light that has infinite colors. There work was top quality. We eventually converted it to an indoor all year pool and enjoy it every day. Kirk is great. Danny is fabulous. They have a great team that are always there for us to address any issues.

Yan Larenas, Elmer Lopez and Selvin were a team that won my heart in remodeling my pool this Summer and I was so amazed with the outcome of their Beautiful work. They even won most of my friends hearts because, the Pool was before in a big mess and they actually helped in bringing it to a fix for us this summer. Kodus to all the team.

We've had my pool for 10 years and have a problem with my "pool liner" floating. I contact Kenny at Millennium pool's in March and he told me he had a solution. He was correct!!! I now have a beautiful new liner that doesn't float. Thank you Kenny and Eric for the great job on my pool. I appreciate you making sure we were happy and answering all our questions. From my experience, I cannot give a higher praise for Millennium Pool and for Kirk who is my hero.

In late summer 2019, after checking into six pool services, I contracted Millennium Pool to renovate my in-ground. Millennium provided a detailed proposal with itemized tasks/costs of repairs definitely needed and some potentially needed. The language was clear and the costs were the most competitive.

The project was completed with resounding success while the process surprisingly smooth. Fast forward to 2022, when I contacted Millennium about the problem with the pool plaster stained with dark streaks on the wall and the bottom of the floor. Kirk, GM at Millennium immediately stepped in to help. Leveraging his deep knowledge in pool plaster and exercising flexibility with his resources, he personally stayed with it and made tremendous efforts to ensure that an agreeable and successful resolution was found and followed through in a timely manner. On the eve of my baby grandson’s visit,
Kirk made it possible for this grandma to take his first swim in our back yard’s pool with sparkling clear blue water.

I was given a warranty referral to this company by the manufacturer of a brand-new pool heater that malfunctioned from the time of installation. They told me I was approved for a warranty service visit. The technician came to my house and inspected the unit, claiming that he found a small clog in one of the burners and cleaned it. When I turned the heater on a few days later, it still had the same problem. A few days after that Millenium Pools contacted me by email and suddenly claimed AFTER THE FACT that I did not qualify for a warranty repair, and sent me a bill of $220.

I tried protesting this bill to the company, but they repeatedly ignored my calls and just kept issuing me the same invoice and demanding payment before they'd look at the issue again. As a result, I went with a different company. But now they're still trying to stick me with a $220 bill for doing absolutely nothing on a visit that was supposed to be covered by warranty.

Millenium is doing a major pool rehab job for a property that I manage in Burke VA and my experience with them has been excellent. Millenium is diligent, communicative and effective. My experience started with Dan who actively responded to questions and bid the project for us and I have been working with Yan as the Project Manager and Elmer as the Superintendent. They are aggressively working to turn the pool around for us and I trust that it is in good hands.

Our pool rehap includes a complete strip of the old layers of plaster that were deteriorated, replacement of the pool skimmer and plumbing, replacement of the pool pump, replacement of pool lights and a new whitecoat plaster application. Again, this is major work that requires a lot of demo and excavation, but I trust that we have the right people on the job.

Yan in particular is actively updating me and is helpful in explaining issues that are discovered during the progression of the project.

Millenniun Pools replaced our tile and plaster on our pool. They did a great job. Elmer and Yan were both responsive to my questions. The job was finished before originally planned and they left the area clean. I would highly recommend them for pool repairs.

The technicians Billy and Chris were prompt, professional and excellent. They answered all my questions. I can't recommend this team and Millenium pools enough. They did a Terrific job. Thanks for the great service

So happy with Millenium Pool and Spa! Dan Kegel was my initial contact and I ultimately chose Millenium because of his prompt responses. Their quote for re plastering, re coping and re tiling my pool was about the same as other companies and ultimately ended up a little less than my other estimates. Yan Larenas and Elmer Lopez were my contracting leads once the work began and they were helpful and prompt with all questions regarding my project and provided multiple communications about each step along the way. The project is complete and the pool is gorgeous with no hiccups in the work. Shout out to Margo the renovation's project coordinator for also being prompt with answers to my questions regarding payment, processing and scheduling. Great experience all around!

We used them to repair our pool heater. Before contacting the company, we had a couple of other contractors to come and look and one said, we need to replace the entire heater for $$$. The other contractor could not figure out the problem. Millennium Pools were able to save our heater. Their prices are reasonable and their technicans are knowledgeable and courteous.

Frank and Sofia just finished opening our pool for the season and what a job they did. My pool isn’t the easiest to open with both commercial and residential components either. I don’t have a cover so it was a complete mess, leaves and algae pouring out of it. The pool now looks like a pool again instead of a pond. I really can’t say enough good things about the job they did, I thought it was going to be a weeks long production to get this thing as clean as they got it in one day. Unbelievable work by these two. Ask for them by name and you won’t be disappointed with quality of your opening.

We recently had our pool skimmers replaced and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The team, led by Elmer Lopez, was punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the project. Elmer and his crew were conscientious about their work, taking the time to do the job right and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Communication with the company was excellent from start to finish. Yan Larens, our main point of contact, kept us well-informed about project expectations, timelines, and costs. There were no surprises—just straightforward, honest communication and quality workmanship.

We highly recommend this company for any pool-related work. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.

TJ was excellent today at repairs to my filter equipment. He didn’t just rely on the job order from the office, he ensured the original troubleshoot was correct (it wasn’t). That resulted in a simpler, cheaper repair.

He also dealt with a couple other small issues while he was here.

He had an excellent demeanor and customer service attitude despite working a 7-day week during this busy season.
