The gentleman at NS were prompt, courteous and delivered a great service in replacing my outdoor condenser and coils. I wasn't up-sold on anything I didn't need, keeping my blower and heating unit and the price was very affordable compared with big box shops. One year since the service and everything's working great. Would recommend

NS heating and cooling came out last Monday did a consultation told me I needed a new unit inside and outside was on time very professional. I had appointment scheduled for that Wednesday they arrived on time and completed the job in one day as they told me they would on Monday. My new unit has been working great. Great Company and Prompt Service. Samy and team replaced two heating and cooling systems at our house, about 5 years back. The job was very well done, the technicians were great to work with and very friendly, and the price was really good.
Since then, any concerns and repairs that I have had for the system were immediately addressed.
NS Heating is always available on text, and responds almost immediately, are very flexible in their scheduling. At times, they have scheduled appointments the very next day of us reporting the actual problem.

Mr. Omar and his team are amazing. mr. Omar is very knowledgeable with all types of AC units. He walked me through what was best for my home and gave me the best price because I shopped around for the best price in his price was the best.

I was initially skeptical since they were out of state, but they quickly put together a quote and offered me a few equipment options to choose from, so I was able to go with the brand I preferred. Omar even drove all the way to Baltimore to inspect my system in person. They completed the work efficiently, and the crew was very respectful throughout the process. It took a lot of stress off my shoulders, and I was also able to easily register the product warranties.

We’ve had such a great experience with this company over the years! They installed our HVAC unit a couple of years ago at the exact same price they quoted us before COVID—which was such a rare and pleasant surprise. Just recently, we called them about an issue, and they showed up within a few hours. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also did a full maintenance check, all for a very reasonable price. They’re professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. I called to make an appointment on Monday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Oscar came to service my parents A/C and were awesome! They arrived within the appointment window and were both so friendly. They explained everything they were doing and were in and out quickly. Only air and heating that we have ever used.

Repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue with our unit. Turned out the flue liner needed to be replaced, which could've lead to CO2 being circulated throughout the house.

I highly recommend this company. After a much less than satisfactory experience with another local company we were fortunate to find them. I cannot recommend NVAC highly enough. Prompt, friendly service and reasonable rates. The same technician (thanks Eric!) has been to do our regular maintenance each time and I really could not be happier.

The Company is very responsive to our Air conditioning needs. The techs were fantastic exceeding our expectations. Once again they proved to us why we have been a customer for over 25 years.

Chris came to do my seasonal AC checks. He was fantastic. He walked me though everything he was checking and why. He didn't recommend any specific repairs, but told me to watch a couple of things that might be indicators of problems down the line. I feel I'm a far better educated homeowner after his visit. Top notch service.

These guys do great work and value their customers. The owner, George, consistently answered my questions and drew-up and re-drew-up estimates a few times so we could find the best fitting equipment at our budget. He also recognized the need for a simple and relatively cheap fix of adding a return that changed the climate of one room we thought was previously inhospitable during the summer. He carries quality equipment and has good, courteous employees.
