Many thanks to James for his knowledge and expertise and his team (Bob & Josh) for a major repair to our HVAC and giving us "cold" air again. Hot attics are a challenge with the current weather. We have had a contract for service with them for 18 years because they are reliable.

Carlos Yanes from Northern Virginia Air Conditioning performed an excellent evaluation, servicing, and cleaning of my client's HVAC system today at a condo building in Arlington, Virginia. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I just had my first experience as a true homeowner and had an issue with my AC. Nguyen came to my condo and was very honest about not being familiar with the system but did an in depth look into everything he could. Then Tonya took the time to try to find the part I needed and communicated everything. I really appreciate the amazing customer service throughout the entire experience. Tonya is very professional and these days that is hard to find.

Eric came out to check my unit. In the process he discovered a serious electrical issue. He took the time to identify the issue, explain what what happening and tell me what my next steps should be. He was polite, patient and helpful. I've been using this company for the last 3 years to maintain my HVAC system and I've always had good experiences. I will say Eric's customer service goes above and beyond though.

Agree with the drop in service quality. Has not been the same since Tonya left. They won't return calls or emails now. Sad because they were a good hvac company until recently.

We have been using this company for more 15 years. Always prompt and courteous. They always show in the given time windows. Staff explains things well during their regular six-month service contract inspections and gives fair pricing for needed repairs. We worked with Jeremiah today who did the inspection of our two units, fixed a few minor issues under our service contract, and flagged an issue that would need attention in next year or so. He explained the issue clearly, outlined the options and the risk involved in delay, and was able to install the new part on this visit, since supplies were on the truck. Jeremiah is a solid professional as are everyone that we have worked with at NVAC.

We have used Northern Virginia Air Conditioning for most of the time since we moved to Virginia in 1995. The service was good until 2025 - when trying to schedule our spring AC check that we pay for with our annual service plan, no one from scheduling ever called back. Multiple calls later where we repetitively gave our name and address no one ever called back. The person answering the phone was clueless like we never existed.
We finally gave up and called another HVAC contractor, paid for their service plan and got an AC check up within two weeks. A month and a half later we have never gotten a call back from NOVAAC, and we have forfeited the spring checkup we had already paid for.
Bright note: our new HVAC contractor found and fixed many things left undone or done wrong by Northern Virginia Air Conditioning.
I am not sure what is going wrong with them, but we are done with them now.

My air went out on an 87-degree day. Joe and Craig were at a job about 45 minutes from me. They drove to me after finishing that job at 8pm and stayed for over an hour to make sure the job was complete. Not only did they NOT nickel and dime me, they were upfront and honest about everything! Ultimately, they saved me money when they could have suggested a more expensive "fix." I will suggest them to everyone I know. It's hard to find service with integrity. Keep up the good work, Temperus!

Tech was great - explained everything so I could understand. Great to be able to track service call. Tech did not rush and checked everything more than once even though dealing with temps over 100 degrees.

Craig is professional, friendly, timely and explains everything that will take place during the visit. He does an excellent job making repairs and ensuring you understand what is going to be done and any options that are available. The office team is very responsive and professional.

The gentleman was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was thorough, took his time to troubleshoot many components until he figured out what causing the heat it working properly, he finally fixed the problem that previous contractors couldn’t. Very happy he showed up.

I'd like to add a new post here today I had a great experience with Joe and Craig coming and their new helper. They replaced my whole entire heating and air conditioning unit inside and outside. The house is nice and toasty right now and I am so pleased with their job. I would also like to thank Joe for letting me know that I had a sewage leak underneath the house and giving me a recommendation for someone that he trusts so I know I'm going to trust him also. I pray many blessings upon this company. They are honest their customer service is out of this world they care about their customers and they make sure that you're happy with the work that they do. And the price is out of this world. I do have a service contract with them and I suggested tonight you may want to go up on it a little bit because they're worth every dime of what they do to take care of their customers. Keeping their homes cool and also heated. Happy Thanksgiving guys.

Joe came out and made sure everything is all set for spring and summer! Glad to be on a maintenance routine. I highly recommend Temperus. The company has my trust and is professional and reasonable. You get what you pay for.

Joe came earlier than expected, diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes and fixed it right away. He also installed and helped set up our new thermostat. I will be using Temperus for all my HVAC issues/maintenance moving forward.

Craig was amazing. Emergency work order for no heat, he found the issue, fixed it, and made sure the whole system was safe. He is very knowledgeable and we will absolutely be using this company again in the future to maintain our HVAC.

They were on time, honest, and had very reasonable pricing. They repaired my outdoor unit and conducted a thorough cleaning.

Excellent service!! Received a call the day before my scheduled service and was notified that they could come out a day sooner. Technician arrived, quick troubleshoot and fixed my AC unit. Craig was very helpful in initiating contact to schedule services and the technician Joe was friendly and knowledgeable.

The service from Joe was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He took his time troubleshooting all the components of the furnace and identified the issues! On top it he is very professional and polite.
