I will start by saying I had used this company in the past (including installing the system I was having problems with and contacted them about on April 14, 2023) and never had an issue with them. This time, however, was a whole different story. AC wasn’t working and called shop first thing the morning of April 14. Mark advised that even though they were busy, he would get someone out that day. Perfect, right? Nope! Jeff arrived about 11:20 and was gone about 30 minutes later. Not only did he not contact me about what the problem was, but he also added coolant without authorization from me. My adult daughter was at my home and he never told her anything about what he was doing. Only that he added coolant — after it was done. He did not volunteer that there was possibly a leak. I had to have my daughter ask him if there was. His response — there was probably a slow leak but he couldn’t fix it that day because he had too many calls. No offer to come back — just a bill for $445 which didn’t even indicate how much coolant was as added. I called the shop to find out what was going on and Mark was rude and condescending. I asked for a return call and as of this writing — still crickets. I contacted another company that same day and told them the issues I was having. They were here Monday, April 17, and determined that the inside coil was leaking — major part — and any coolant that had been added just 72 hours earlier was kaput. Kaput to the point where I couldn’t turn my system on. My system is just under 5 years old so luckily under warranty. Evercool didn’t even bother to determine the if there was a leak — only added coolant which was pointless. There were also 2 error messages on the inside unit which weren’t diagnosed. Turns out — panel board kaput. I appreciate the fact that folks are busy but, if you’re so busy that can’t do a job right the first time and with integrity, then you should just say you can’t get there that day. Will never use Evercool again.

I can't say enough good things about Evercool. Since my wife and I bought our house (aka, the money pit) 12 years ago as a foreclosure, Jeff (the owner) and his crew have always provided exemplary professional and customer service to us, regardless of circumstances, for a reasonable price. With that said, I highly recommend them for home heating and cooling repair and installation work.

Have used EverCool for many years. They maintained my old furnace and AC, installed a new system several years ago, and have given that system annual checkups ever since. They are very professional, honest and dependable. Their technicians always show up on time, are a delight to know, provide good advice, are highly experienced, and always leave the areas where they have worked cleaner than when they started..I don't write recommendations , but these guys are the best, both professional and trustworthy.

I am very pleased with EverCool! Polite, honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. The repair on my aging AC system was minor, but when I'm ready to replace the whole system, this is the company I will call.

My AC died during a very hot week in August. Evercool sent a tech when I needed to schedule and he was great. He explained what he was doing, checked out the whole system, and repaired the outside unit. He was professional and efficient. Their price was also reasonable, especially given we were in the midst of a heat wave.

I'm never disappointed with EverCool -- their techs are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The communication is great - I always know who is coming and when. If work is needed, the prices are fair and the timelines are accurate. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We are very pleased with our decision to purchase a new HVAC system from EverCool. They were thorough and fast. I appreciate how they made sure my floors were protected and cleaned up. The new wifi thermostat is awesome and the unit is already heating the house up really well! They took out the old system that was installed in a really inconvenient way and made it so we can finally get a door to cover that closet. They also had to take out our sliding door to get the old unit from outside and put it all back together perfectly. The price was almost $3,000 less than I received from a competitor and they were fantastic with explaining things to me in a straightforward (no pushy sales tactics) and helpful manner from the estimate through to installation only a week later.

Have used EverCool for 8 years on two homes in the area. Just started back with them after our new construction went out of warranty. Always a pleasure to be working with the technicians and the owner. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to them taking care of our HVAC again.

Back today in October for the fall maintenance. As always professional and good work taking care of our equipment!

I called first thing in the morning on a very hot day that I had no AC. EverCool sent someone out immediately who was able to get us some cold air while they ordered a whole new unit for us. The unit came in a few days and the install process went smoothly. I was surprised at how quietly the team worked and how quickly they were done. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Jared was absolutely amazing.
We have just bought our first home here in the USA and had an issue with our basement flooding quite badly.
Jared has been one of the best workman I have had in my 3 years in the USA. I expect a high standard and he was very efficient and explained everything to me so that I could understand easily.
I will be requesting him again at service time and will recommend this company now to anybody who needs anything.

Jeff arrived within 2 hours of our call for help. He quickly identified the problem and asked that I be present as he ran the tests. He explained the problem and options for repair. He had our system up and running again within 2 hours. That included time for him to go out and obtain the part. This was our first time using EverCool, and we are very satisfied and happy with their professional service.

I love these guys. They were a good value for my old furnace and a great deal when we replaced our AC and furnace together. They just fixed several problems on the furnace a subcontractor Installed during our renovation. They really do quality work and explain what they do. Highly recommend.

We just replaced our condenser on Thursday through EverCool, and they were amazing!

Our a/c was on the fritz, going out any time it was over 90⁰ outside, but working in the evening/overnight/early morning. Evercool came out a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed the problem gave us a quote to replace the condenser motor and to replace the whole condenser.

We decided to get a second opinion, just to be sure on our decision, through a vendor at a home repair store, and it was over 2x the cost EverCool quoted us. Evercool was the obvious choice.

We brought our newborn home from the NICU on Tuesday and the a/c went out during the day. Obviously not great for a NICU baby to come home to that. We called EverCool and asked (politely, of course) if there was any way they could put us for install ASAP because of our child, and they came out the next day to install. We are so, so grateful to them for taking care of us like that.

It is always a great experience with EverCool each time they come to my home to complete the winter or summer maintenance on my HVAC. I did quite a bit of research before I contracted with them for my yearly maintenance. They were by far the best price for what they offered for the service. This is the 3rd year I have had EverCool and I am so happy I went with them for HVAC. Their techs are always so professional and NICE!! I love that they send an email to remind you to schedule the service each spring and fall. The guy in the office is super friendly when I schedule the appointment. They then send texts when the tech is on their way and immediate follow up with what was performed in an email. It is so seamless. Just an overall great company!

I have been using Evercool for many years and I have to say if I compare them against other businesses what they do is they respond quickly, they are professional ,they know what they’re doing and they fix the problems , they are prompt and they are fair pricing. What a novel idea to run a business like this. I will say they are the best of the best and what I love Jeff the owner has instilled in all his people the same work ethics . I have had a contract with them for my AC and heater for years . they have installed my new AC and heater they have installed my water heater all done perfectly. I can’t ask for more. he just rescued me when my water heater went out on a Sunday came out to drain and on Monday morning they were there with my new water heater. you can’t go wrong with these guys.

EverCool has always provided me with the best repair services. I can trust them (which says a lot!) They have always come through quickly and professionally. Their customer service and front office is also wonderful to deal with. A great company from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

Jeff was phenomenal, very super smart & friendly! Some AC companies pitch “Replacement” (AC Unit, Air Handler or both) vs “Repair” (what simply needs to be fixed), Not this company! Jeff immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand & repaired in an hour! Cost was in the hundreds (vs other competitors for thousands). This is my go to guy (&company). I’ve passed there info to all my friends & family! Don’t be fooled by others, go to JEFF & EVER-COOL!!! 👍🏼

I would never use these guys ever again. I was convinced by the 4.9 star rating but I dont know if I would ever trust this google review again.
First of all the owner is very rude. He behaved like he was doing me a favor with his service. And then his service, the technician obviously didnt know what was going on with our HVAC and just did something and “hope it will work”. The system actually got worse and the next day they came over to “fix” something real quick, guess what, all they do is to shut down the aux heating, which continue to make the issue worse. And they charge me almost $300 for their time even though they didnt have a clue what they were doing and just took a shoot in the dark. I didnt bother calling them again since Id rather cut my loss.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire Evercool team this week. From scheduling, ordering of parts, to installation and final inspection of the work, everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. I received a very fair price quote for the work performed and there were no surprise charges beyond my initial estimate. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily and Bailey, the installer, made sure to thoroughly go over the work that was done and also have me inspect it before he departed.
I highly recommend Evercool to anyone requiring installation or repair of their heating & cooling systems to reach out to this highly experienced and professional company first.

Do not use this company!!! They have been a nightmare to deal with!! Most of the workers are not friendly and rude!! They were supposed to install a new furnace. They have been to my house five different days in a span of two weeks and still can't get the system running. I overheard the technician talking to his office, and he advised that he didn't have the training on the system. After bringing in a new technician, they were still unable to get it running and advised that the problem was with thermostat wiring. So we had an electrician come out and install a new wire. Now the new unit will not come on. It is 32 degrees outside. I contacted Evercool, who refused to send someone out to assess the problem and finish the installation. They advised it would be a week before a technician could be sent. This is unsatisfactory!! Cheaper is not better!! We have been dealing with this for two weeks.
