He explained everything that he was doing so that we understood the problem and was very transparent about the cost. He was very friendly and fixed it quickly. I will definitely use them again for future appliance issues.

I just had Vision Appliance Repair service an unusual problem with my refrigerator water dispenser. I called them at random, not having used them before. I'm so glad that I did. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. Chad was my service technician and he was wonderful. Showed up on time, troubleshot my problem quickly, and communicated with me later that day to confirm he had obtained the needed parts and to provide my price. Chad returned the next morning and finished the repair. His service was extremely professional. Great experience with Vision and Chad! Vision is now my appliance repair company for any future needs.

Can’t say anything other than amazing. Customer service making appointment was exceedingly and friendly and they were able to come before the originally promised date. Technician Adam arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Adam exhibited unbelievable ingenuity and patience coming up with an effective solution on the fly. I won’t use another repair service — ever!!!

Tech was able to come out within 24 hours of my call and fixed our issue (broken heating coil) in less than an hour. Very happy we don’t need to buy a new dryer!!

Upon the first visit, JED notices the replacement piece seemed defective and instead of going with it, he proactively called it out and scheduled another visit with a second replacement to ensure the job was well done. Earlier this month, I called to make an appointment, and the front desk staff person was prompt and courteous. I wish I knew his name. He was instrumental in setting a positive tone for the repair experience. As we all know, finding reputable repair companies is stressful, time-consuming, and usually a pain in the neck. Vision Appliance Repair's front-of-house alleviated some of my stress with their positive, reassuring attitude!

Loved that they send email and text notifications for the appointment, too. A+.

The company sent repairman Cal over to my home. Cal was PHENOMENAL! He was communicative, knowledgable, honest, professional -- and, perhaps more importantly, he was able to fix a long-standing issue with my dishwasher. He also took off his shoes before entering my condo ( I think he noticed that I left out a pair of sneakers outside my front door ), which was such a thoughtful thing to do -- I was very impressed! (Bonus: Cal also very nicely fixed a loose handle on my dishwasher. AND he was very kind overall, and did not judge me for my smelly dishwasher which hadn't been used in a very long time!) Give Cal a big raise -- he is fantastic.

Payment was a breeze; the company has those on-site payment thingies (I don't know what they're called, but it's similar to Square), so you can pay the repairperson immediately with your credit card. The service call fee is $74.95 which I think is more than fair when you account for time, driving, gas, and overhead.

All in all -- I am very impressed and happy with Vision Appliance Repair. Cal was wonderful, front desk was wonderful, the price was fair, and now my dishwasher is up and running again. A positive experience all around. Thank you !

The company sent Khaled to come for diagnostics the next day. He ordered the parts and came back in two days to finish the job. Khaled is very nice, professional and efficient; he explained the problem to me and gave me the options. The pricing was reasonable and now the refrigerator works perfectly again!!

They were able to send someone out the day after I called to schedule an appointment. The guys that came out were extremely nice and helpful. They were able to explain everything they were doing and why/how. They were also very quick. It took them 30 minutes total to check the oven and the stove and the gas line to make sure everything was ok. Really appreciated the great service!

This is the third time we’ve used Vision Appliance Repair for different appliances and their work has not disappointed! Our repair person came promptly and diagnosed and fixed our dryer problem within 20 minutes. This is an old dryer, thankfully they were able to keep it in working order for us. What we really like is that we don’t feel overcharged and Vision Appliance Repair won’t recommend unnecessary stuff that isn’t needed. Great company and we plan to use their services in the future as needed.

He came early, fixed the issue. Tested it after he fixed it. Explained the warranty and was on his way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, it was very easy to book the appointment. I did everything online and they were very responsive via email. I did not opt to verbally speak to anyone. My guess is if the online scheduling it easy then verbally speaking to someone is magic. I will definitely use them again, especially if I don't have to call them back for the same issue more than once.

Vision has great service! We got an appointment for a service visit quickly, the technicians showed up on time, and fixed the problem promptly. As a bonus, both technicians that helped us out were very courteous and worked quickly! They are definitely in our contacts list for any other services we need.

Kal from Vision Appliance Repair serviced our Wolf Oven and our LG Washer. We were really impressed at the friendly customer service, his technical expertise and how quickly we could do scheduling. The appointment was enjoyable. We were really impressed.

Specifically I want to give a shout out to Kal, their Wolf / Sub Zero specialist, he is amazing, very competent, this guy knows his craft! Vision is a 10 star company in my opinion. I have had my SubZero 695 refrigerator/freezer repaired just recently. Kalid replaced the touch control for Light/Water/Ice as well as replacing the gasket for the refrigerator. In addition, he tightened the handle on the refrigerator door when I mentioned that it rattled. Super job, very reasonable price which was less that what I could have sourced the parts alone. I was so impressed with his work that I asked if the company worked on GE products.
My 13 year old double oven was inconsistently stopping the heating cycle at 100 degrees. Also the timer for the oven would only work for times
Less than one hour. I had determined, by multiple internet searches that the issues were due to the control board. I had previously had Bodewell (GE/Haier) repair service come out. They charge me $129 and said that the oven was not repairable because it would only work if the board AND the overlay panel (the control panel with all the buttons) was replaced as well, and that the overlay was discontinued. I asked Kalid if Vision would be willing and able to just replace the control board. He said “yes”. Another crew came today, pulled out the oven, replaced the control board and tested the oven. It now works perfectly! The charge for the labor was $359 for three men. I purchased the board on my own for $120 and Vision was ok with that. Unbelievable customer service and super fair pricing. You won’t regret hiring this company to repair your appliances.
