Pilar and her team were fantastic. They did a moving out service for us and the landlord was so impressed with the quality of cleaning they performed. They were on time, quick, and very flexible as our movers were running late taking everything out of the home. Pilar herself was very organized, professional, and kind. I will be using their services again!

We've been using this service for several years. My house is generally clean when Pilar's team leaves, although they barely dust. I've had other services where everything gleams because they polish all the wood when they come, but my furniture only gets polished because we do it in between cleanings. If anyone on the team speaks English, it's only 1 person on the team, and then not fluently, so if there's an issue, we can only communicate with hand signals or by calling/texting Pilar.

Stuff is almost always not in the same place we left it in my children's rooms and my husband's office. My teen hasn't allowed them to clean their room or office space for over a year because they're so upset at how badly rearranged everything always is after Splendore cleans. My husband's angry most visits, too, but I haven't wanted to put the effort in to finding new housekeepers, so I've been trying to be very specific with Pilar and her team.

When the cleaners accidentally bleached the teak bench in my shower this winter, I didn't take a shower within 24 hours and Pilar said they only cover damages if we notify them within that single day. There were several other things that were damaged, I provided receipts. Ultimately, we got one free service, but that was less than the price of the damaged items.

Today, they put the Echo on his keyboard, books et al have been found in hampers. I understand moving things to vacuum or dust, but to not ever put them back is not something I've ever dealt with when I've had cleaning services in other homes. Also today, my tween left 6 earrings on a cubby in her room this morning, checked that they were still there when she got home, the housekeepers arrived at 3:30, and only 4 are there now. I had to clap to get the attention of the housekeepers because nobody speaks English, asking them to check the vacuum and trash bags, etc. They couldn't understand me, so they called Pilar. No answer. I called Pilar, no answer. We all texted her. She did drive right over, and my husband tried to explain the situation to her. She didn't have a response for how it's okay to put an Echo on a keyboard and leave it there, and she won't admit that maybe the housekeepers really did accidentally knock the earrings off.

Right now, my child is fighting back tears. The earrings aren't expensive, but they were gifts. She doesn't want them in her room. I can't have a service come if 3 family members say they can't trust that things won't be moved/damaged/lost and won't let the cleaners in their rooms. So now I have to make the hard decision to find another service. It's been over a year that I've been trying to work with Splendore to get this right.

We are so grateful Pilar and the Splendore team. They are great at what they do and leave the house sparkling clean every time. I look forward to cleaning day as my fave day because of the joy they provide!

Fantastic service from first contact to after-service check in! When I say deep cleaning, I mean deep cleaning. Pilar was clear and responsive while we discussed services and scheduling, as well as providing cost estimate. She arrived early in the morning and did a walk through of my apartment, providing feedback for me and instructions for the ladies cleaning everything. The ladies started work immediately, and were done in what felt like a flash. Pilar showed me everything they did, leaving my place sparkling and organized despite the chaos they met with. 100% recommend. The relief and joy of seeing my place so clean is amazing. I have used Splendore Cleaning for over 4 years now and could not recommend this team more. Before selecting Pilar and her team, we used a variety of different services and thought that Splendore was by far and away the best choice.

Pros
Easy to schedule: I have a set day and time that the crew times. If I ever need to change it, I text Pilar and the move is accommodated. If i need to skip a week, it is accommodated. If I need to change times, it is accommodates all via text.

Friendliness: I have never came across one of their staff members who were not extremely friendly. They come in and do their job , but are certainly friendly about it

Cleaning: There is nothing like coming home to a clean smelling home. It is a noticeable difference very time the crew is here. The details they leave behind with folding of toilet paper, paper towels, design on couches, the made beds, etc are all nice and appreciated. We have a pretty large play room for our children and they somehow make that space look great every time (cleaning that room is worth every penny on its own)

Trustworthy: I try to put all of our valuables away when they come but I sometimes forget. Each and every time I come back with all of our valuables (can literally be cash) right where we left it.

Owner: Pilar deserve her own shout out. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding. She is incredible to work with

Cons- This is very picky and does not hurt our experience but trying to be fair
Language: It has been noted that not everyone speaks great English. With that said, there is always one person in each crew that can speak English. Even the ones that cant will get you in touch with someone who can. Beyond that, the team does GREAT work.

Rotating Crew: We dont always get the same team of cleaners. Sometimes that is due to changing of schedules, but it would be nice to have the same exact team who understood more about our house, but again, this is very small and does not impact our experience much.

I learned about Splendore through a recommendation from a neighbor on NextDoor. Pilar has more than delivered over the years. She is always prompt to let me know when I am scheduled, has been very flexible with changes due to traveling and/or guests. The cleaners are always nice and respectful and do an excellent job.

Amazing job!! I needed a full move-out cleaning and it was a lot of work. The ladies arrived on time, were very courteous, and exceeded all my expectations. You should train your team to drive safe on the road, putting on a turn signal doesn’t guarantee your right of way, always observe before you turn!

The ladies were so kind, patient, and very thorough. Elena- I believe is who I spoke to when I first called. She was such a gem. She accommodated my schedule, and ensured all the logistics were set up. All around a great company to use. Will be using them again!

I worked with many different cleaning services. I can say this is the first time I am totally happy with Splendore Cleaning. They are very clean, polite and punctual. Time is very important to me. They are coming on time with no excuses that I heard from other workers before! They do the job fast and absolutely cleaned. My daughter in law advised them to me and I am very happy with them.

We have had Splendore cleaning for both deep cleaning and biweekly cleaning. They are terrific! They got every nook and cranny of your house and do so in a timely manner. Really appreciate that they will move small things around to ensure they clean hard to reach spots.

They even notified us of a leak from our washer machine!

The staff at Splendore did an amazingly thorough job cleaning our house.
