We hired You've Got Maids to do a move out clean. On the phone, I asked if they wipe down walls. They confirmed they do. When the cleaning people got here, they said they don't wipe down walls. The two ladies were here 3 hours, but tried to charge for 4. After they left, I noticed the inside of the cabinets in the kitchen were still dirty, there was grease under the cabinets, the floors were cleaned with a Swiffer, but not actually mopped and the bathtubs looked the exact same as they did before they cleaned. I took a sponge and cleaned some of the grout. Window tracks/sills were not cleaned. At the time, I was outside power washing and now I'm really curious as to what they were doing in the house for 3 hours.

After complaining, they only charged for 2 hours, but their time wasn't even worth that.

I spent another day cleaning the house myself.

They really work with you to ensure your house is cleaned the way and to the perfection you desire. The ladies are always on time, work hard and are very professional. The best cleaning service we have ever had. They are very responsive.

Definitely recommend You've Got Maids! Been using them for a year now. I've recently switched from bi-weekly to weekly cleanings. My assigned cleaning team is thorough and detail oriented. They take their time and do a
nice job. After they left today, my husband even commented on how clean, shiney, and fresh everything turned out....now that's a real compliment!

You've Got Maid does a great job cleaning our house every two weeks, and the price is a good value for the work they perform. We are always notified two days prior when they will arrive, and they are always on time. They are friendly and professional, and very willing to accommodate working around us when we work from home. We really enjoy Natasha, as she is a very outgoing person who is very committed to the community.

You’ve Got Maids is absolutely fantastic! On short notice they were able to accommodate me in cleaning a home for someone that is hospitalized to ensure it was ready for when the person came home. Yasmin and Lorena are the best! They did an excellent job in cleaning areas that were very challenging. Always smiling and kind. My friend who was at the home with me while they were cleaning even said they were awesome to help us out under the circumstances we were under and they never judged the situation just tried to accommodate and do their best which exceeded expectations. WOW! What a great experience. Thank you to the whole team from start to finish. The scheduling and explaining of services was simple but thorough. I received text and email notifications of confirmation and reminders. The ladies who arrived on cleaning day were professional, friendly, quick and they cleaned every little crevice. They even added little touches like setting the stuffed animals in a happy way on my daughters bed and a little bow on the TP in her bathroom. I will most definitely have them come again and 100% recommend this company to anyone.

This is the cleanest my house has ever been! I loved Pilars team! They were attentive to detail and we're super efficient but also keeping everything spotless. I love how clean my house looks and smells. The cost for the clean was extremely reasonable and I am happy to say that I will be contacting them again for service.

Had the Dalison and Yarely here to deep clean our home today and they were phenomenal! They cleaned every inch of our home and were so respectful of us and our space.
