These girls are amazing! I couldn't ask for better cleaning service, professionalism and going above and beyond. They take initiative in cleaning those "forgotten" corners, vaccumming couches, dusting pot racks and chandeliers. They take pride in their work, and ask for feedback each time. The back office is responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend Iraida Services as your reliable and go-to house cleaning service.

Deysi and Vilma did a tremendous job on our apartment today! Our home looks so beautiful and smells amazing! So happy I trusted Iraida Cleaning with my cleaning needs.

The owner, Iraida, was difficult to communicate with and did not respect scheduling changes. I requested to delay the appointment by 30 minutes the day before, but she refused and then sent the cleaners 20 minutes early. The cleaners seemed frustrated at first and appeared exasperated when pointing out areas they missed, though they did an okay job overall.

During the cleaning, Iraida called to say my house was “too dirty” and that I should be charged more — even though I had taken photos showing the condition before and after. I paid the full $185 as agreed and also tipped each cleaner $20 in cash.

I later found out that the cleaners make about $140 a day for multiple houses, while Iraida charges $185 for a standard clean and $250 for a deep clean on an average townhouse. When I mentioned possibly hiring them independently on their days off, she called me afterward, spoke disrespectfully, and accused me.

Overall, my experience was unpleasant. Communication was unprofessional, the service quality was inconsistent, and the company seems to underpay its workers. I would recommend proceeding with caution.

My family completed any tasks that the workers said was not part of their standard clean. We have pictures of what they left unclean, and they outright did not move any furniture, clean under any furniture, or clean the windows. At all. They didn’t even try to move something off of the ground to vacuum, but that wasn’t a problem I could easily do that myself. I also told them to not clean one of the bedrooms because they were very slow, so they only cleaned 3 bedrooms. One of the cleaners said she would be interested in doing side jobs when I asked her, and said she knows she’s not paid a lot of money by Iraida for the amount of work she does (according to her - often more than 8 hours a day). Iraida called and accused me of being a bad person because I was trying to hire her cleaner separately and because I didn’t want to schedule another cleaning with her since the cleaning was not up to my standards but the interactions with Iraida before and after was just not something you willing want to continue with. I have not signed any contract nor read any policy prior to hiring Iraida’s services that forbade me from offering someone in my home extra work outside of their contracted hours. Iraida also accused me of being rude and demanding of her workers when, in reality, me and her workers were cleaning side-by-side and having conversations. Iraida also accused me of not tipping her workers and told me I’m a liar when I told her that I had tipped them each $20 cash. At the end of the service, one of the cleaners gave me her number in case I wanted to contact her directly for more work, so if I had been rude or mean to them like Iraida claims, she wouldn’t have shared her number with me willingly. They were cleaning in my community today, one of the workers a male was pulling out his vape and was smoking as he was coming in and out of the building, i find this very unprofessional and should be looked into, if this is how this company presents themselves then Im going to make sure I dont hire them.

Having to ask for help cleaning was a hard thing for me. I have always cleaned my own home...it was how I was raised. If it weren't for the horrible commute I have and not wanting every weekend filled beyond laundry and groceries, I would have to do the cleaning myself...which just is sooooo overwhelming.
