I’ve used Ned’s for a few years now and have always been pleased with their work here in Alexandria, VA. They recently changed the name to Ned’s Home but it seems like the same company and they handle things the same way - which I appreciate. They always text to let you know what crew is arriving and when. Then the crew leaves a hang tag at your door when they’re done - if they noticed anything to bring to your attention they’ll note that so you can follow up - and if you don’t, they send a reminder - they don’t leave it all on you. I’ve recommended them for gutter cleaning and intend to set up dryer vent cleaning soon. It was easy to set up a modified contract to get our gutters cleaned regularly but less than they recommend. Our trees seem extra robust lately so we might increase that. They do a number of things besides gutters.

Edited - I read some especially positive recent reviews and Ned’s responded with thanks. If someone had a minor complaint (I didn’t see any actually negative reviews) Ned’s asked to follow up even if it was a minor snag and the reviewer gave them 4 stars.

I've been using Ned Steven's for gutter cleaning for a while now. I'm always so incredibly pleased with the service. They always do a great job, and they go above and beyond when cleaning up the leaves. We had a storm a while back and since then, there's been branches and leaves absolutely covering my deck. While they were out today, they cleaned up the leaves off of the deck AND the patio after cleaning out the gutters.

I wish I could give less that a star. They are unprofessional and very sketchy. I have wind damage to my gutters and flashing. I called Ned to come out and schedule a cleaning/inspection so they could give me a quote on the damage. The week prior I had emailed pictures of the damage and explained exactly what I wanted looked at on the house. I received the automated text at 10:45 AM. The team promptly left by 11:10 without speaking to me providing a quote, patching the hole in my roof, nothing. I then called Ned They were unaware of any roof damage. The agent I had called the week prior didn’t nor did the technicians spot a hole where the flashing should be on my roof. I would never recommend this company and I will never again use them.

The pair did an amazing job cleaning the requested areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, and two bathrooms). They also went above and beyond in cleaning other areas such as the entryway and laundry room.

I am beyond impressed by this cleaning service. I posted a request for quote yesterday, received contact from this company within a few minutes, and had an entire team at my house to clean in the next 3 hours. The team showed up exactly on time and finished my entire 3 story townhome in an hour and a half. They were so kind and the house looks BEAUTIFUL. We are so impressed.
