I called on a Monday to clean and snake my gutters and underground drain. Someone texted and showed up the next day. They also recommended just flushing the gutters as that usually takes care of underground too. Sure enough, it did and I didn't even have to pay for snaking the drain even though I was prepared to do so. The two man crew was professional, courteous and quick. I highly recommend Ned Stevens.

I have used Ned Stevens gutter cleaning for a number of years. Their crews are like professional 'ninjas'. They arrive, announce their presence, get right to work cleaning the roof and gutters, then they are gone. Just like that, the roof and gutters are free of all leaves and debris. The area all around the house is also blown clean/raked-up with leaf/twigs disposed of. These guys are real pros who make keeping my gutters clear very easy

Crew was prompt and efficient. They came and did what they were hire to do. They also found one section of gutter that needs replacing. I would have liked to see a picture of said damage as i am not able to climb a ladder to see for myself. Maybe in the future they would consider showing the customer what they are being asked to replace. A simple picture would help to make the decision easier to spend the money.

The Ned Stevens crew showed up within 48 hours from the time I called, which I consider remarkably quick. They did their thing without disturbing anyone inside and left the yard spotless. The crew bagged the debris in trash bags, and lined them up curbside, ready for the county services to pick up. I'm satisfied, as usual.

We asked Ned Stevens rescheduled my gutter cleaning due to heavy spring pollen and fallout earlier than planned. They showed up next business day! Excellent service.

The diligence the team took in cleaning our gutters and downspouts was fantastic. It was by far the most through gutter cleaning our house has ever had. And when they found a roof issue (unrelated to their work) they helped me by taking pictures for me and explaining the issues for me to pass on to a roofer.

Ned’s sales person Brian a live person gave me complete information and was very friendly! And Ned’s crew Jefry and Marco were fast and efficient. No banging of ladders, not just blowing of leaves, but hand cleaning too and a water bath! They also answered questions about the roof when we asked so they are knowledgeable roof and gutter issues. They take photos too! Price was good and quote up front. Got Ned’s through Angi’s but you can call direct!

The gutter cleaning service was wonderful! Our specialists even cleaned the leaves off the deck which was awesome! It’s too bad we can’t continue with Ned Steven’s as a company because they provide mosquito spraying services which is incredibly detrimental to our ecosystems. Otherwise we’d be a customs for life. If they ever discontinue this harmful practice we’ll be back.

One of the most efficient installation of any contractors I have used. Very good.

The workmen were quick and efficient. They were friendly and asked me to help them find the location of the dryer vent which I did. I did ask if they would like to come inside and also vacuum out the dryer. He told me no they only work on the outside. However, I wish they would also do the inside if I am home.

After I arranged the gutter service, two men came within a few days. They moved quickly and removed any debris and washed out the gutters. It seems like they completed the job within 15 minutes! Good job!!

My gutters needed to be cleaned and the rear gutter was hanging on by a thread. Ned Steven’s came out just one day after I called. Everything was so easy - I didn’t need to be home, they cleaned, reattached the broken gutter and disposed of all the waste. Great job!

Terrible communication, to the point of incompetence.

We requested a consultation about getting a new gutter last fall and instead they sent a crew to clean the gutters. I chased down the crew as they were leaving and they more or less refused to talk to us. Then Ned Stevens charged us for the cleaning service we didn't order.

We ended up getting a gutter from Ned Stevens anyway, but they sent crews 3 different times without ladders tall enough for our building, and I had to take off work every time. All I'd get was a notice after the crew turned away, nothing when they got there or why they left. I'd call customer service every time, but they always said they weren't able to contact the crew.

Less than two weeks after the gutter was installed, they sent a gutter cleaning crew and charged us again. They tried to convince us the gutter was full of debris and insisted we pay. Eventually, they admitted that was impossible and that the gutter didn't need cleaning. They said they wouldn't charge us for that non-cleaning and offered a free cleaning this spring as an apology. That cleaning just happened and now they're insisting we pay for it and denying they offered the free cleaning.

It's just shameful.

The Ned Stevens gutter cleaning crew did a great job! They arrived with all the equipment needed to do a thorough cleaning. They tidied up when they were finished, collecting all the debris they removed from my gutters. They were professional and courteous. And best of all, my gutters run clean again. Staff called almost immediately after I requested a gutter-cleaning estimate online. Employee fully explained the process, which transpired just as promised. Workers arrived the next day to clean the gutters, and I was advised of their impending arrival via text message. Employees arrived on time, and were professional, efficient, and friendly. Very efficient crew installed new gutters and two new downspouts. They removed the old gutter materials and were respectful of house and yard. I appreciated being able to arrange for three monthly payments using my credit card. They really try to work with the customer.

It was easy to schedule. They came quickly after I called. They have a lot of customer service reps. available to assist when you call. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up. I can’t see inside the gutters but what I can see appears to be clear.

Costs of various services were explained very clearly, and what we needed to do to prepare was super clear. I was a little skeptical of the window washing service - holy cow - amazing!! Not only are the windows super clean - the "before and after" difference is incredible! They hand scrubbed the moss off the window frames and sills and sliding glass door and sliding screen door. It looks like a new door! The power washing service was SO worth it!! They scrubbed all the moss of where the power washer couldn't reach. If there were 10 stars I would give it!!

We have used Ned Stevens several times. They do a good job but we likely won't use them again. I booked our gutter cleaning in November and it took them a month to get here despite charging our credit card right away. I called 3 times before they finally came out.
