We ended up paying for services that were done to an adjacent lawn. In attempt to get this issue resolved with staff was an obstacle in itself.

This is a saturated business with plenty of other landscaping companies that will go out of their way to earn your business.

I wish there was a -5 stars rating. Terrible job and service, Zero communication. Didn't stop mowing services when asked to. Sent the bill to old address, never called and sent bill to collections just like other reviewer. I can't believe this place is still in business. RUN AWAY! CALL ANYONE ELSE! BUY A GOAT AND JUST LET IT IN YOUR YARD IT WILL BE WORTH MORE.

Also, notice how all the reviews are from 11 months ago? I wonder why so many people were compelled to write reviews, at the exact same time? Do the math people.

We've used Perfect Landscapes several times over the last 20 years and love their work. High quality at a fair price with excellent service. Highly Recommended.

I am fairly pleased with the lawn, but working with these people is an exercise in aggravation every time you have to speak to the office staff. They are rude, condescending and anything but customer focused. I hesitantly referred them to the new owner moving into my home, after today's conversation, I'm going to tell them that was a mistake. There is no reason to treat customers rudely, they do pay your bills after all.

Christian and his team designed the entire landscape plan for a from-scratch build of our property about 5 years ago and since that time they have maintained the property landscape and lawn as well as do our winter snow plowing. Their team is responsive to our requests and does a great job.

Perfect landscapes did a great design and build to the front of our store. The work they did was absolutely what we needed. The crew worked quick, and they job they did was outstanding. The front landscaping is the first thing you see when pulling up to our store, and these guys made it look great.

Christian came up with a great plan for redoing the entire front of the house and making a new big bed on the side. His crew did a phenomenal job with removing the old stuff and planting all of the new things - it looks great, year round. Tons of compliments on it. The lawn service crews are fantastic as well - everything is looking more green (and less weeds!).

Been with them for almost 24 years and have never had any sort of issue with them. Their work is excellent, price is very fair, and you won’t find a better landscaping company anywhere. I’m moving, and very much wish I could take the with me. I unreservedly recommend this fine company.

I appreciate that the company reached out to me after my negative review. They apologized for the issue and provided an estimate to address it. It's refreshing to see companies take responsibility for mistakes and try to make things right. This makes me more open to considering them again in the future. Thanks!

I have been waiting on an estimate since someone came to my house on 3/26. I placed two follow-up calls and still haven’t heard back, which displays poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. It’s a shame, too, because the employee who came out (Charles) seemed knowledgeable. I’m not sure why this company didn’t want my business or didn’t see my project as important…

Our backyard has been a swamp for years - until the crew at Perfect Landscapes designed and installed the perfect dry stream solution. Fast, efficient expertise and a job well done!

Perfect Landscape has done a fantastic job making our yard, garden and pool area a real showpiece. The crew is conscientious and hard-working. We are very happy with the services we receive on a regular basis and recommend Christian and his team.

We have used Perfect Landscapes for five years and highly recommend them for lawn care, plantings and landscaping (hard and soft landscaping). After researching and interviewing many landscape companies, we hired Christian/Perfect Landscapes to replace a patio at my previous home that was incorrectly installed and breaking apart. Christian did a wonderful job with the patio, so when we moved, we turned to Christian to do our lawn maintenance and had him design and install a beautiful paver deck around our new pool (they worked closely with our pool builders to create a fantastic outdoor entertainment area including plant beds, sitting walls, retaining walls, stairs, and a fireplace). Christian/Perfect Landscapes is a "one-stop shop" for all of our lawn care needs (irrigation system turn on/off, grass cutting, bed clean-up, mulching, new plantings, etc...). We are looking forward to redesigning the front yard landscaping with Christian soon.

I have worked with Alex for several projects at my home. Last Spring his team planted a crepe myrtle in my front yard and sod in the backyard. This year his team replaced the deteriorating wood planks on the borders of my planters in front and back. They went above and beyond what was agreed to, and took extra time to remove dead plants from last summer, trim my ornamental grasses, and even cleaned out dead plants from my planters on my deck. I’m consistently pleased with their work and will continue to work with Alex in the future.

We contracted Christian from Perfect Landscapes for the Landscaping Project for our new Spiritual Center in Chantilly.
They completed the Project on time and efficiently. The crew was very courteous, efficient, and skilled. Christian communicated frequently and his crew were personable and made sure the installation was as per the contract and specifications We are very pleased with the completed work

Thanks Christian & team for transforming our backyard into a paradise. Great to see the vision turned to reality. We were happy with the whole process - design, HOA approvals, estimate, execution, change orders, clean up & more. Perfect Landscapes was more "holistic" than other contractors who quoted on this project. You'd considered the buried oil tank, large tree roots & other exiting vegetation when designing the project.

- you own your equipment (bobcat, forklift) so the project was done faster
- your crew cleaned up after finishing each day
- both the crew manager & owner was readily available to discuss issues
- the project was highly collaborative
- your office staff are friendly & helpful

We contracted Christian from Perfect Landscapes to come up with a master plan for our home in McLean, VA. The selection was made after several other proposals and recommendation from another neighbor. We also checked ratings on Angie’s list. The master plan included pavers, lighting, large boulders for retaining, plantings of shrubs and large evergreens. The crew was very courteous, efficient, and skilled. They worked around our schedule and also kept us informed. Christian and his crew were personable and make sure we were happy with the installation every step of the way. We were extremely pleased with the results and the landscape gets frequent compliments. We would highly recommend Perfect Landscapes.

We are sticklers for high quality and service at a fair price and conducted extensive research prior to deciding on Christian and Perfect Landscapes to do our waterfall and winding creek/pond for our back yard.
