We are beginning our fourth season of lawn service with Perfect Landscapes, and can highly recommend them. After trying to maintain our own lawn for many years, with decidedly mixed results, it is a great luxury to have someone else do it with results that are consistently "perfect". My neighbors are always asking me how we keep the lawn looking so great, and I explain the secret is not to do it yourself. The crews are highly professional, never miss a cutting, and always seem to do the work at exactly the right time. On top of that, the office staff is helpful and efficient -- there is always a friendly "human" at the other end of the line.

We worked with Perfect Landscapes to remove hedges and regrade our yard. Throughout the entire project, the company was extremely professional and communicative (especially with the delays caused on our end). The job was completed on time and is good quality. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided to redesign our landscaping both front and back to make it more clean and easy to maintain. We got designs and estimates from 3 local companies. The design from Perfect Landscapes was classic yet unique, utilizing plants that should be easy to care for. They also moved our Japanese maple from a crowded/shaded spot to a more prominent area where it should be able to thrive.

The front landscaping transformed the look of our home, highlighting the house's architecture and giving it some great curb appeal. We had several neighbors compliment the change.

The back landscaping again was designed for a clean and easy to maintain appearance. A new bricked patio was added which has provided us great freedom to walk outside without shoes and watch our dogs. The patio is superbly laid, when shoveling out this winter the shovel slid perfectly across the bricks as if they were one slab. We are looking forward to the warmer weather so we can use our grill which was often neglected due to the annoyance of walking across the grass to access it.

Speaking of the recent winter, we were nervous about the long intense cold and the newly installed landscaping. Now that we've seen some warmer days all of the plants are showing signs of life with the exception of one azalea, which will be replaced under our installation warranty.

We've also signed up for some landscaping and lawn care maintenance packages. Perfect Landscapes will do it all for you, but my husband and I still feel young enough to try and do the majority ourselves! We will see how that turns out this year and adjust as needed in the future.

Our homeowners association has used Perfect Landscapes for a number of years to provide snow removal service. They have been consistently reliable and responsive when we needed specialized service. During the year of snowmageddan in the DC area, Perfect Landscapes cleared our street before any others in our area and kept us informed via email with updates throughout each snow event (over 75 inches fell during the season). Recently, I personally hired Perfect Landscapes to install a walkway at my house. They did an excellent job of laying a solid foundation and drainage and performed the job on time and within their estimated cost. An excellent company!

I first discovered perfect landscapes about a year ago via a small sign in the front yard of a house that I run past. Their yard looked meticulously cared for. Soon after my wife and I contracted them to completely redo our front and side walks, along with landscaping and lighting. Christian and his team took our input and made it into something spectacular. Along the way we got to pick our plants, lighting style and type of stones. The project came out looking amazing and my wife and I are very happy with their work.

We have since stared using Perfect Landscapes for our regular mowing and yard maintenance. Unlike other services we have used in the past Perfect Landscapes takes their time to make your yard look great, with extra care to make sure they don't damage flowers or lights.

These guys are professional! They just did a huge hard scape for us and it’s absolutely gorgeous. They were on time, detail oriented, courteous, very hard workers, and finished faster than the contract stated. They left the site clean daily. I would recommend this company 100%. They also do our lawn work and are great at that as well. You’ll be very happy if you hire them for landscaping or hard scraping!

I’ve known Christian Brown ever since he started Perfect Landscapes Inc. and Robert Work has been helping us with all of our landscaping needs for almost 20 years. I can’t say how impressed I am with the company. Robert has designed several different gardens in two of our homes as well as stone walkways and much more. We have used perfect Landscapes for many years. We've used services from standard maintenance, spring and fall clean-up to major landscaping projects. Even many years after Perfect Landscapes did our pool area landscaping, we still get compliments on how good it looks. This means that they designed and installed plants that were appropriate in size and placement that fit the area and showcase the pool area with colors that last throughout the swimming season and provide privacy. Perfect Landscapes projects are done on time and within the budget. Perfect Landscapes did a fantastic job on our sod and pathway project. My wife and I moved into our house about a year ago and we contacted Perfect Landscapes (we worked with Adriel) to help reshape our gardens, plant some privacy bushes, and clean-up/mulch all of our garden beds. The crew that showed up was highly professional and our garden beds looks absolutely amazing after the install and clean-up. I’ve had Perfect landscapes doing all of my yard work for over 30 years. I believe I was one of Christian Brown’s very first customers! The reason I have stayed with him and his company is because their work is so outstanding. No matter who I have dealt with through the years, they are always respectful, courteous, and so helpful. We have been Perfect Landscapes customers for several years. They do our weekly mowing, have designed and planted new front yard beds as well as spring cleanups. Their work is always professional and well done.

The power washing by the Perfect Landscapes technician not only made the siding on our house look new, the patio is so clean that I do not need to paint it. The tech got to work, clean-up and was gone. I recommend you use these folks beyond taking care of your lawn and shrubs.

I used them this year. Their service is good, it’s not like great. Before I cancelled them they cut 4 times on my lawn, They send me bills for 6 cut. When they contact me I told Lee about this but still unsolved, make sure they don’t overcharge you before using them.

Perfect Landscapes did an excellent job the other week for my house. They installed a French drain system, updated pop up system for water exit, dug-out garden beds with mulch and regraded against the house on both sides, and regraded slope in backyard with new turf installed. The crew was timely and transparent of all aspects of the project.

I worked with Alex Pineda from the quote/scoping of the project, all the way through project completion. Alex was incredible to work with and would highly recommend Perfect Landscape.
