Juan Ramirez was a great technician. He showed me everything needed to done, but with no pressure. I have been in the house 27 years and never had this type of duct cleaning done. He did an excellent job.

Initially only scheduled for routine Airduct Cleaning with Juan & Gerardo. Juan noticed the unit had never been cleaned and that there was mold. Company Office was able to work with me on pricing so I’d be able to get the mold cleaned add preventive measures and get air ducts flushed. They were very patient with me in explaining and showing me everything. Will be back for regular cleaning.

Jose Marez was prompt and thorough. He quickly reviewed the previous work and confirmed the problem with the unit. He gave great recommendations and advice on what services should be performed. Very grateful for Jose and the quick response from Pro Clean.

Danny did an excellent job. Initially we asked him to just do duct cleaning but when he showed us photos of our ducts and the mold, we agreed to do the mold remediation as well. Danny explained everything in terms of the treatment - not cheap - warranty, products use, etc. which helped us make the decision to do the extra treatment. He was very polite and approachable. In sum, a very good service.

Jose was very knowledgeable and timely about the cleansing and installation of our air duct system…He was able to clean up years worth of mold, debris and dust build up and install UV lighting into system within a span of 2 hrs. After completion he showed what he was able to do and explained the reason for the UV lighting! Definitely would recommend for a diligent service as he was able to complete the whole house cleanse by himself.

Great experience with PROCLEAN. Danny and Elvin arrived on time and provided a detailed inspection of my ductwork. They took pictures, provided a tailored plan for our houses's needs and explained their recommendations. The before and after pictures were unbelievable and they worked quickly and efficiently on very short notice. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that was done on my HVAC system and air ducts. Danny was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Before starting the job, he showed me exactly what he was going to do, and when the work was finished he walked me through the results. The difference was very impressive.

It is rare these days to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work and makes sure the customer fully understands the process. Danny and Gerardo were very kind, professional, and did in fact do a great job (Also had no issue with having a large dog around, which isn't usually the case). I had a recent renovation that added significantly to the dust and years of dog dander/hair that had built up but was removed by proclean.

4 stars now because Proclean attempted to right things on their own volition and honestly: being overcharged was literally the only negative experience, all other aspects were pretty stellar.
Brandon reached out to speak with me. After a brief cordial discussion I was offered a 15% refund without my asking. This took me by surprise. Proclean does seem to want to make their customers happy.

jacob is the best! he was friendly, professional, and did a great job. he thoroughly cleaned out my air ducts and dryer vent, making sure everything was spotless. when i had a question, he came back without any hesitation to help me out. overall, great customer service and a wonderful experience. highly recommend.
