two very polite and professional guys, jacob and donovan, arrived at my house in sterling right on time for my air duct cleaning appointment. they worked quickly and made sure every vent and duct was cleaned really well. since i was curious, they took the time to explain how the filters, strong vacuums, and special spray nozzles work together to get rid of dust and debris from the ducts. they let me know that their process keeps dust from floating around the house, which was good to hear. i also appreciate that they found my dryer vent wasn't clamped properly, and pointed out that the duct tape was wearing out, which could have let lint back into my home. jacob and donovan even took before and after photos, so i could see how much cleaner the air ducts were. overall, i'm really happy with the air duct cleaning service and would definitely recommend them if you need your vents and ducts cleaned in sterling.

They arrive on time, diagnose the problem, clearly explain it and provide a detailed estimate. Surely you've been there, that late night emergency, over a holiday weekend when you spring a leak in your aging system. Nugent & Sons to my rescue!!! I'm not talking about a small leak, either, where turning off the water usually does the trick until the cavalry can arrive. I'm talking about a full-blown geyser in a ridiculously hard to reach spot on a tank with increasing pressure growing inside, even with the well pump off. They walked me through what to do until they could get to me, bright and early the next morning with a new tank in tow. Liz and Dustin (and everyone else from the very top on down) were amazing throughout the entire fiasco. I'm convinced their personal attention helped me through a super complicated fix.
