They were able to keep our obsolete system going well past its useful life and when it came time to replace it, I had no reservations about staying with Dave's for this substantial investment. Todd was thorough in explaining our options and extras without a hint of pressure or up selling. Raul and his crew, Jesus and Adam were on time, friendly, competent, and worked neatly throughout the install day. We are enjoying our new efficient Rheem system and we would highly recommend Dave's for all of your HVAC needs.

Javier and his team did a wonderful job. We lost our AC on a Saturday, they came same day,got us a quote and were able to install a new system within a few days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC vendor.

Javier and his team installed a new magicpak hvac/furnace unit in the balcony closet of my condo. They were great to work with and went over and above. They were careful bringing the unit through the condo to install it. It was a really cold day too.

We've used Dave's Heating & Air Conditioning for the last 25 years. During that time we have upgraded twice, most recently this week when we purchased 17-Seer system. They have always treated us fairly. We particularly enjoyed working with the 'Two Adams' (both guys named Adam, and also with Javier Castro.)

These guys are my new go to for HVAC. We had an issue late day Friday and they got Adam out here to fix it. Adam was fantastic. He figured out the problem in minutes and fixed it right away. It was a five-star experience from start to finish working with Todd and the installation technicians with Dave's Heating & Air Conditioning. They recommended the most suitable unit for us based on our needs and HOA requirements. We couldn't be happier with the unit they installed. The installation went smoothly, and the installers provided useful information for efficient operation and support needs down the road.

Since 2018 we have counted on the care and expertise of Dave’s team to keep our aging furnaces repaired and running smoothly. Miguel from Dave’s Heating and Cooling is very prompt and efficient. He did our Fall service and performed preventative maintenance. He is a very polite and capable technician.

A truly outstanding company! From Javier the owner to Mike and Adam the technicians, they are total pros! This job involved installing an Ecobee thermostat and converting a communicating system into a legacy system. Everyone has been direct and pleasant. Adam was meticulous during the installation. When the system needed to be adjusted, Javier offered to send out Mike who tweaked a few things to make everything work perfectly. We would certainly use Dave’s again and will recommend them to our friends and relatives!

Dave’s has a wonder tech who needs to take a few driving lessons and some anger management classes. Approached a red light at about 60 in a 35 to make a right on red from Sterling Blvd on to Davis Dr and nearly hit me as I went straight on green along Davis. Then rode my rear bumper about 2’ back in a 25mph zone where traffic in front of me was doing 30. Then as he went to make a right from Davis onto Cascades Blvd, he decided with all his infinite wisdom to shout obscenities at me with his business information plastered on the side of his truck. You can cross Dave’s off my list when I need my HVAC serviced.

Good experience from start to finish. Notification of appointments and arrivals. All members of the team were professional and polite. This was for a whole house steam humidifier.

The team did a great job; they came out Christmas morning to diagnose the issue and the next day they had the part and installed it. The techs were knowledgeable and professional in their work. highly recommend them

Dave's was great in getting a replacement for the Reston RELAC A/C system that meet DRB and Cluster requirements. Moreover, their technicians were professional and courteous during the installation.

We had come to the conclusion that our current air conditioning system was woefully insufficient. Fortunately, we have been customers of Dave’s for a while. The reason is the customer service, it is phenomenal. Everyone I have come in contact with treats me as a valued customer. Whether it’s the twice a year check up or a full installation, I never once worried about the end result.

Adam and Steve were punctual and professional, keeping me advised throughout the installation. Adam had installed our furnace and I was glad he was back to see us to the next generation with the air conditioning and heat pump. The unit installed is so QUIET. It is quieter than the box fan and desk fans I used to cool my room at night. You wouldn’t even know the unit is on our patio.

Myself, my mother and our dog are once again comfortable. We are grateful for the care we received starting with Mike O’Neal and all the rest of the staff.

It’s reassuring to know quality service still exists and at a great price.
