I’m so thankful to find honest and reliable service. I’ve used Cardinal for a few years now and they’ve always done quality and honest work. They never try to over sell you and treat you fairly and honest. It’s hard to find quality work and ethics these days and you get that above and beyond with them. I had an issue with my drain backing up and my technician worked so hard to get it unclogged and took an hour working on it (it’s really a plumbing issue) so I’m very thankful for that. Most would give up and not take the time and hard effort. Hire this company already!

My wife and I are grateful to Cardinal. Our ac stopped working during the recent heatwave and Cardinal got the ac fixed again! Many thanks to Bryan, our technician, for great service and thanks to Sebastian for scheduling my family for same day service.

I’ll give credit where credit is due. Dave’s Heat & AC did a great job replacing our system, especially given the immediacy of the situation. Even when one of the factory parts arrived damaged, they went out of their way (on a weekend no less) to get a replacement part so our system was operational with little down time. Both techs (Adam & AJ) have serviced our system prior and were instrumental in this new installation.

In sum, we have been a Dave’s customer for years and will continue to stay with them as they have proven themselves to be a dedicated and responsive service.

I have used Dave’s Heating and Air for many many years and have always been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are friendly, competent, and always willing to explain in detail the work they have done, or need to do. I highly recommend this company.

I recently inquired about water heater installation. I called and spoke with Ms. Phyllis, she was so pleasant and informative. When someone came out for installation they were prompt, efficient and left the space better then when they came. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them

Good service from Dave's. Todd was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately part of it was installed incorrectly so there was some follow up needed but that was taken care of quickly also.

On 4 June 2025, Dave’s Residential Heating & Air Conditioning installed a Heat Pump Full System in my home. I wish rate the installation as five stars. The installation crew were courteous, efficient and professional.

Dave’s Heating and Air have been coming to my house since 1996 to take care of my unit. Everyone is friendly and professional. They take great care of my unit. During this very cold winter, many of my neighbors had to have work done on their units. I did not! Dave’s has taken great care of mine!

We've had a great experience with Dave's. The technician, Adam, is particularly fabulous. They are prompt, personable and give excellent service.

We received excellent customer service from Dave's. Our A/C stopped working in the mid-summer heat. Dave's sent someone to diagnose within a few hours. Our unit was very old and not worth fixing the issue, and we were able to get a quote right away. Dave's worked with us on our budget and provided several different system options, and were able to install a couple of days later as soon as they were able to get the system we ordered. Dave's also helped us to obtain financing and were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The installers were professional and made sure they explained the system and thermostat to us before they left. Would definitely recommend this company.

In 45 years of home ownership and property management, I have used only 3 reliable HVAC companies....recently, the company I used for the past 11 years has been disappointing. I contacted Dave's from a friend's referral and I am super impressed. Javier (the owner) is hands on and interested in his clients. Mike is very knowledgeable, and Adam, the head technician who serviced my home a couple times, is well experienced, willing to share his insights, and diagnosed a lingering problem within 10 minutes of arrival. An issue that has plagued by system for 9 weeks, was fixed in 4 days (had to order a small part). GREAT COMPANY, they are now my go-to for HVAC service on all my properties.

Dave’s installed a new gas furnace and AC unit in my home last weekend and did a superb job. Adam and his team started on time and spent the whole day removing the old units and installing the new ones and updating all the various connections. They even made way for a plumber to install a new hot water heater at the same time in the same space, which was helpful to me and very gracious on their part because it delayed their work a bit. At all times Adam and his team were courteous and professional and explained what they were doing. After installation Adam showed me how to work the new system and was very helpful. I highly recommend Dave’s for any HVAC work you need. Also, the new owner Javier came to check out the work and meet and thank me, which I appreciated very much. 5 Stars!

We just had a great experience with Dave's. Our old R-22 AC died unexpectedly, so we had to move quickly to get some quotes and pick a new AC provider. Todd contacted us immediately and came out for an inspection the next day. We had our quote that evening, and it turned out to be the best value of the bids we received. We signed the agreement on Thursday, and they were installing by Monday morning. They finished the work by 6pm. The install crew (Adam and Stephen) was excellent - very professional and diligent with great attention to detail. It's clear they took pride in doing the job right. The worksite was spotless when they were done. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would recommend Dave's to others.

The 2nd time using Dave’s. We had an emergency water heater replacement. Super happy once again with the quality of the work and professionalism of the technicians. The price is fair, the work is fantastic and you don’t get the run around. No need to look anywhere else.

We became customers of Dave’s Heating and Air Conditioning about four years ago. We had just moved into a new house and the AC wasn’t cooling the upper level of our house. We had several HVAC companies come out and propose solutions - all of them very expensive. Mike from Dave’s came out, proposed a simple, low-cost solution to widen our air intakes and run the fan more which uses less energy - this solution worked like a charm. We have now used Dave’s for a kitchen remodel (hood and floor ducting), rewiring our thermostat and a heat pump replacement. when we had an emergency fan failure in deep winter and we’re going on vacation, they came out immediately and replaced the fan and saved our vacation. Highly recommend - ask for Mike and Adam, they’re excellent!

Most recently we had to have our AC unit replaced and they were so kind to send over a portable unit on a Friday night to help us get through the weekend in comfort. They worked diligently to get the unit installed perfectly on a very hot day and helped us find the best method to finance the new unit.
