Let me start by saying I am not one to usually leave reviews good or bad, but my interactions with Cardinal left a really bad taste in my mouth. I called to have an estimate for duct work be completed and Tod came out to do a survey of what I needed. He was not friendly in the least bit and in fact spent most of his time scowling as I tried to make small talk and be friendly. I have my basement in disarray as I am remodeling it and after I apologized for the state it was in for his appointment to see what I needed done he made a comment about how he has been bad houses like this in the past. Now I am not some sensitive soul or anything so not a big deal, but the lack of respect for the simple courtesy of a follow up would be nice. You would think I would get ANY sort of follow up at all, but nope I never got an e-mail, call, smoke signals, carrier pigeon.... NADA. If you can't fit my work in or it's too complicated to put new duct work in where it is all easily accessible just let me know so I can move on, it's called customer service. They may be good for others but I did not have a good experience trying to give them my hard earned money for the work I need. In the parlance of HVAC folks......Not a fan....

I called Cardinal Heating & Cooling this morning. The technitian was at my front door within 2 hours. He was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He went right to work, got my system up and running, delivered some bad news about my 12 year old original builder installed system. He had recommendations for various courses of action including pros and cons for each. I will definitley work with Cardinal again.

Eric the sales rep. explained my options and how I can optimize my HVAC with right equipment. The install team Edwin, Jonathan and Rafael were top notch during the install. Thank you Cardinal for a wonderful experience. If any of my friends need a repair or new system, who are they going to call? Cardinal!

Our technician arrived right on time to check our thermostat. He was able to determine the problem in less than 30 minutes and showed me exactly what was wrong. I mentioned that we also have our scheduled maintenance coming up soon and he suggested he just complete it since he was here. Since he did that for us, he ended up not charging us for the other problem. I am very impressed with his knowledge!

My heat went out unexpectedly. I looked online and found Cardinal Heating They had good reviews so I called them. They came out that morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, came back the next day and installed. Turned out that did not fix the problem so they ordered another part that same day, installed that part and only charged me for the part that worked! They were professional, on time, reliable and I would definitely use them again! Nice, family owned business.

Great service. Had them replace an aging unit for our upstairs HVAC, and couldn't be happier with the results. The Cardinal team was friendly and professional, arrived when they said they would, and had incredible attention to detail. Will definitely be calling them again when it comes time to replace our other unit.

I was very happy with Cardinal. I needed a new HVAC company after firing my old one after 15 years. Just needed a AC annual check up. Tech, John was on time and efficient. I will definitely use for future maintenance & repairs, etc. Plus, when I made appointment the lady answering the phone was very helpful and courteous.

March 11, 2024 Had another superb checkup today. As always, the people who come to evaluate my HVAC system were friendly, professional and did a thorough job of checking my complete HVAC system. They also provided additional information that will extend the life of my system -- great advice.
It is always a pleasure dealing with Cardinal Heating & Cooling. I recommend them highly, and without hesitation. Great company, great people -- Great Value! Thank you!

An amazing company! Really friendly people answering the phone. The appointment was scheduled and they arrived on time -- actually they were able to arrive a little early because they were in the area. They did a very thorough review and adjustment of my air-conditioning unit - very quickly and very thoroughly. I was quite pleased with the competence and of the friendliness of the technicians. They were very happy to explain what they were doing so I understood what was happening.

I have been a customer for decades. I love that the company is family owned and operated. For nearly the entire time that I've been a customer I also subscribe to their semi-annual system checks. It's easy and very reasonable in cost, and finds potential problems before it's either bitterly cold with no heat or extremely hot with no air conditioner. I really appreciate their services.

I wanted to get an estimate for a full HVAC replacement. I wish they could have just given me a quote over the phone for an equivalent or identical system to what the other companies had quoted me for, but they insisted it had to be a site visit. Since I have a full time job, I scheduled it for the morning while I was getting the kids dressed and fed. I saw Todd from Cardinal pull up and sit parked outside our house for a full half an hour while I was feeding the kids breakfast. Of course he finally came and knocked timidly on the door during the one minute I was upstairs changing a diaper... and then left! He must have seen we were in, and he didn't even bother to knock a second time or try calling me. I guess Cardinal are doing alright for themselves if they're basically turning away customers.

Called Cardinal Plumbing for a quote after I had called a couple other companies and they blew those out of the water. Got a new Trane Furnace and a new 75 gallon State Water Heater that sync perfectly with our State A/C unit for a great price. They came 2 days later promptly at the scheduled time and were out in 4 hours. They checked to make sure everything was installed correctly and tested the systems and showed me how to use them and what I should look for in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the furnace and water heater but even more so with Cardinals professionalism, promptness, and price! Thank you!!

We had our HVAC system replaced a week ago and we are entirely satisfied with the work. From the day Tod came for an estimate till the job was completed by him and John everything was professionally and cleanly done. We would highly recommend Cardinal Heating & Cooling.

Dec 2021. You don’t think much about your HVAC until it doesn’t work. We called Cardinal this morning when our system did not come on and made an appt for tomorrow. Pretty good. But 20 minutes later Diane in the office called to say they had a cancellation and would be right over! And they were. John diagnosed the problem and is working to get us a part asap! That’s customer service!

I've recently had my ailing air conditioning system serviced by Cardinal Heating and Cooling. An 8-yo  "builder's special" air conditioner leaked its coolant at the coils in the air handler. The cardinal technician was able to contact the manufacturer and recover a good deal of prorated warranty for me. Repairs were done very quickly, very well, and very professionally. Coordination with the office at Cardinal was very easy and pleasant and scheduling was done quickly and efficiently. And, during this awkward time of "social distancing" the technicians came gloved, masked, and booted in a first-rate, responsible manner. Well done Cardinal, highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I had my first semiannual checkup on my two systems with Cardinal today. When I initially contacted them last week, I found Diane very helpful with explaining their services and providing all the information I asked for while not pushing for me to set an appointment. John completed my systems checkup today and took the time to explain what he was doing while answering all my questions. I'm very pleased with their level of service.

I highly recommend using Cardinal because of the super fast professional service I received! My air conditioning stopped working around dinner time on one of the hottest days of July. I was not looking forward to a few days of no air conditioning at home, so after a miserable hot night I began calling around to see who could get here the soonest. After just 2 previous calls of being told it would be 2-3 days out, my third call was to Cardinal and I'm very thankful I did. It was a lil bit after 9am when I called and explained my situation and the friendly woman that answered, sounded genuinely concerned, she placed me on a brief hold, came back on to tell me she could have someone out that same afternoon. I was ecstatic and hurried to confirm the appointment. Then soon after I get a call saying the technician was ALREADY on the way! I was very pleasantly surprised, met the tech at the door, and he got to work right away. After a few minutes pass, the technician lets me know what was wrong with my air, and his assessment to have it working again. The repair was fast and reasonably priced. I will be happily be calling on Cardinal Heating & Cooling for all my future HVAC concerns

I highly recommend Cardinal Heating and Cooling! I called about a noisy duct, the office staff was extremely polite and helpful. She made an appointment for the next day to get an estimate to fix the issue. Todd arrived as scheduled and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly evaluated the noisy duct and was able to identify and correct the problem. And he only charged a small service fee. I will definitely use Cardinal for all my heating and cooling issues from now on!

Would say that our recent experience with Cardinal Heating and Cooling was very positive even after spending a couple nights without heat. But the technician, Todd, was out first thing for three visits in order to try rectify the issue(s). Good news after replacing some components and installing an updated Nest thermostat we have system that is running as expected. Cardinal was very professional to ensure that our billing was fair given the challenges and chilly nights.

It looks like we have finally found our HVAC partner.

Our heating went out unexpectedly during a daily 100 degree heat wave and cardinal got someone out next day to help fix it. Sergii came to our residence and was thorough, showed and explained everything he was doing, and made sure to double check after finding one issue no others were outstanding that could cause the heating to go off again. Sergii was incredible and we are so grateful for a cool home!

I had a very good experience with Cardinal plumbing. They installed my dishwasher, and everyone i dealt with was awesome. I will use them again. They are very efficient, and kind.
