Falcon previously installed a new outside heat pump. It's running well.

I was seeing a 15 degree difference between upstairs and basement. They quickly found a damper stuck closed with the handle not opening it and fixed it. They kept checking the temp over the next hour and verifying everything was working. Gave next steps of potentially installing an electric damper or second system if it was still an issue, but didn’t get to upsell. They wore shoe covers inside and were very tidy and respectful. House was left clean and comfortable!

Have an Amana PTAC unit that needed warranty repair work. Found Falcon listed on the Amana web site for my area. I called and asked if they serviced PTAC units and they said yes. We arranged for a service call ($139) that I would have to pay for. Service tech found the compressor needed replacing. Amana said they would cover compressor replacement parts and labor cost under warranty. No problem.

Problem...
Falcon said they would only replace the entire unit and not do repairs. They will replace the entire unit but not do warranty repairs?? Amana will not cover replacement of entire unit.

Wish they had let me know before hiring them that they won't do repairs on these PTAC units. Won't make that mistake again.

Cost me another $130 for a 2nd service visit. but I found another HVAC company that actually will work with Amana and make service /repairs on the PTAC unit under warranty.

James Underwood was my technician. He showed up on time, introduced himself and was very courteous. He spent over an hour, inspecting my heating and cooling system and pointed out some very important issues. He explained, and corrected these issues and left my system in great condition. Very thorough and he even put up with my dog barking at him all the time he was here. Very good experience today.

Chris came out and performed a Whole Home Plumbing Inspection. He was very pleasant, professional and through. We appreciate the time he took to answer our questions and the promptness in sending us quotes on the work he recommended. We will be scheduling the additional services in the near future.

Kyle has been taking care of us for close to 20 years. He's the best!
Professional, knows his stuff, and is great with our dog who is always happy to see him!

Kyle comes to my house checking heating system. He did a solid job to make sure everything is good. He also recommend installing a new Aprilaire humidifier and bacteria light bulb in the heat pump. We are satisfied with his work and signed on the membership and use their company for installation of humidifier and bacteria light.

Falcon was great to work with. The technicians were very knowledgable and the installation was painless. I would use them again if I needed to replace a furnace or AC unit.

We had been having trouble with our Ecobe thermostats working correctly. James came out late yesterday and worked to determine what the problem was. He made sure our furnace would communicate properly with the Ecobe during the night so that we would have heat. He came back today and completely solved the problem. We are now up and running correctly. James is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough about his ability to handle situations. We will always request him. Thank you James and Falcon.

Falcon installed the HVAC at our home which was built about three years ago. We have been using them for service and maintenance ever since.

The technician, Roger, was great - professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very thorough inspection and resolution of our problems. In addition, it was easy to make the appointment and quickly get a technician out to our house.

We had a new Trane HVAC system installed this week and the installers from Falcon Heating Air Conditioning were GREAT!
They were very professional, kind, understanding and informative. There was 1 minor issue with the fan on the outside unit which ended up being a wiring concern going from our old 3-wire system this new system.
Today Willie came out to resolve the fan issue and had it fixed in no time working with the Trane technician to make sure everything was 100% correct.
Willie was also great to work with.
I HIGHLY recommend Falcon Heating Air Conditioning for any and all HVAC concerns you may have. From the sale person to the service people everyone at the company were great to deal with.

During this very cold and snowy situation we found ourselves needing to have our HVAC system replaced. We were have trouble with heating the house. Our home could only heat up to 63 degrees.

We reached out to 3 different companies and Falcon had the by far the best estimate. We met with them on Wednesday and the new system was installed on Friday.

The Falcon team including Alex who prepared the estimate and service team Tey and Charlie who’s work was excellent. I can honestly say I have never seen anything as nice as what they did both inside and outside the house.

Ahmed came out today to diagnose our furnace. He was a great technician that was great at what he does. Helped answer all my questions and got everything moving in right direction for us! I would highly recommend Ahmed to anyone who needs hvac service. 10/10

Falcon Heating, A/C and Plumbing completed the following at my home: annual furnace maintenance and whole house plumbing inspection. Jose (Ricardo), the HVAC tech arrived on time, answered my questions and thoroughly explained the work he performed. He was very professional and courteous. And I’m confident that my furnace will perform well in the upcoming winter season. Christopher, the plumber was also very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. And he also provided excellent practical recommendations that I will have done. Once again, I’m confident with the service provided by Falcon. I’ve used other HVAC firms and Plumbers in the DMV and either questioned the quality and thoroughness of work performed (for example an HVAC maintenance inspection completed in less than 10 minutes) or consistently selling me a product or service. Thank you Falcon for the excellent Tech and reasonably priced service.

Another 5 star visit from Falcon HVAC. I received a text message with the technicians photo giving me notice he was on the way. Osvin Chirinos arrived on time, was very pleasant and got right to work installing the humidifier. He explained everything expertly and showed me how to operate the system. He gave me long term guidance for maintenance. I'm so glad I selected Falcon for year round maintenance.

The Falcon sales rep, Alex Mola, was extremely helpful during our first meeting, and he convinced me early on that Falcon was clearly the way to go with replacing our existing 46-year-old oil furnace and decades old A/C unit.   His pricing was very competitive when compared with proposals from the other HVAC contractors that I had interviewed.  Falcon had received many positive ratings that helped me make the decision.   The new HVAC system was installed quickly and professionally by an exceptionally qualified team from Falcon.  Alex has also been very helpful in answering questions that came up about our system after it was installed.  Our new HVAC system has worked flawlessly since it was installed a little more than 2 months ago.  The extreme cold weather that we have experienced during that time has put the system to test...and it has passed that test with flying colors.  I recommend Falcon highly.

On a 96 degree day when our AC system was spilling water onto the basement floor, Cardinal was there within a few hours, then diagnosed and fixed the problem. Honest and reasonably priced!

Soooo we call and set up an appt for today between 2-4 due to our condo being 80 degrees with small kids and nobody shows. They then call and say they had the wrong unit number. Yet no call asking why nobody was answering the door? Horrific experience won’t ever call here again..

I called Cardinal to come and check my HVAC. They were very timely, thorough and curtious. They left me with a folder of information about the visit for future visits to make things quicker and easier. Very please and would recommend.
