Jay came to take a look at my AC unit/heat pump.l today I called for an appointment this morning and he came by a few hours after I called the office. He also replaced my thermostat for me. Jay is such a wonderful person to deal with. He's very nice and very professional. He got my new thermostat set up and connected to my wifi for me.

Very quick and efficient. Josue was very friendly and guided me perfectly through the entire process .

Choosing Air 1 was a no brainer for us, they provided such thorough prompt service from the initial phone call to the diagnostic visit and the install, Jay, as well Phu, Diego, were phenomenal. Replaced our AC and furnace, they kept our house clean, they were polite and Jay was very knowledgable and honest - not pushy! We almost chose another local company who was actually a few dollars cheaper but A1 had prompt availability and was able to match their quote without compromising integrity of services. I’d choose them again.

Yesterday, representative Jay Keramat arrived at our house on time as promised. He was very personable and quickly went to work evaluating our current AC system in order to ultimately deliver Air 1's proposed estimate for replacing it with a similar, new system. We are very satisfied with his visit and are now waiting to receive the company's written proposal via email. Air 1 is one of many contractors who are bidding on this work.

Great experience working with Air 1! Jay Keramat showed up on time, asked pertinent questions, looked at several things on 10-yr old HVAC, and provided several different quotes within the hour. We had quotes from two other companies and this was by far the most competitive with more variables than others offered as well (parts and total system replacement). I very much value to upfront and honest pricing in such a timely manner. Jay was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely use Air 1 again.

All the credit in the world to these guys they are real life savers. My AC went out abruptly during the heatwave this week leading to a mad scramble to find someone to fix it given how hot it is and my wife is 9 months pregnant. Air 1 was incredibly responsive and was able to dispatch technician John Sumlin within 5 hours of receiving my call. John had our unit back up running in 20 minutes. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome given the desperate situation.

Our AC went out during one of the hottest days of the summer. Unfortunately the part didn’t arrive until two days after and they needed additional parts to fix it. John S. went above and beyond to help accommodate, making himself available on a Friday evening to fix our AC. My family and I appreciate John and Behar’s professionalism.

True professionals. They fixed a major issue with our upstairs AC caused by the builder. They worked with the manufacturer to get some of the repairs covered under warranty. First choice to fix the issue today. They were able to get here about an hour after calling this morning.

Air 1 provided a seamless and professional service led by John S. I recently had an AC unit replaced and the entire process with Air 1 was way easier than merely getting quotes from other companies. What I learned is that you aren't buy an AC (they all sell the same units), you're buying an install and hopefully a long term, trustworthy relationship for maintenance and repairs. Air 1 was the only firm to explain how they would install the unit as it pertained to my home and the install team was great! Air1 offered fair, competitive and transparent pricing and were great with scheduling. Air1 seems to care about long term business versus hustling money while cycling customers like the PE owned firms I've worked with in the last year. Homeowner Tip - ask your HVAC maintenance tech if he is primarily paid by commission. It'll help you understand why your bill is unnecessarily high.

Several years ago, this company installed my HVAC unit and they came in at the best price And replaced it within the week when my schedule would allow it, and I have not had any issues with it since. This visit/issue had to do with a pipe under my floor in my condo unit from my hot water heater, and the issue was resolved quickly at a very unreasonable price. The owners are fantastic and truly care about their customers, and the technicians who work for them, represent the company in the best way possible. I highly recommend them, and I have given their information to several people in the past And will continue to do so.

Air 1 had availability, and was able to promptly repair my Compressor issues within 1 service call. John S. provided insight on what to look for, and warning signs. He quickly got the system back to normal before a storm came through.
