They did a great job here. I got a new Alexa Thermostat and they nailed the installation. I was using a nest that was giving me hot air instead of cold air every year when I switched during spring. Rafael was able to troubleshoot and recommend me the best workaround without having to change the entire ac system. On top of all this, Rafael was friendly and very professional. The price was really reasonable as well! I really recommend him!

I purchased a whole new system from Air1. The furnace is in the attic and a very difficult job. Air1 provided the best quote of 4 considering quality and price. The installation crew was great and worked diligently for 3 days to complete the job. I am knowledgeable and picky about mechanical systems. Air1 does quality work. They listened to my concerns and the result is a first rate installation. I am a happy, comfortable camper. 5 stars.

Our water heater needed to be replaced. Excellent service from Air1. Kiyan and his partner arrived promptly, were very skilled and professional. Kiyan took the time to answer our questions and reviewed the new system.

Jay was the best!!! Came to a very hot upstairs, Saturday evening, ac wasn’t working at all. Called Air 1 and they had a tech to my home the next morning! Awesome company awesome service. Jay was so kind and explained everything. We’ve been customers for 8 years and will continue!

I had a previous contractor come out and check out my hvac unit and they mentioned that my condenser was failing and that it needed cleaning. That company refused to clean it themselves as they didn't have a long enough hose since I lived on the top floor of my building. With this information, I asked Air1 if this diagnosis from the previous company was correct, if they could clean my unit and if they had the equipment to do so. They said they were able to, so I scheduled an appointment but wanted a second diagnosis to ensure that the services done would fix my hvac. The Air1 technician came out and said that I needed 2 parts replaced and 2 parts cleaned (what was cleaned was not the condenser coils nor was it the condenser itself). I paid a hefty amount (around 900 dollars) to get this completed, trusting that it would fix the issue. The following day I called back as I noticed my unit was not able to cool below 82 degrees. The technician came back the next day to look at the unit and said that I need to replace the entire unit due to the condenser failing. He said that he would give me a quote for the new unit and that he would give me deductions for the previous cleaning and unnecessary replacements completed towards the replacing of the unit. The total price seemed high, so afterwards I requested a quote from another company for an hvac unit and installation that was significantly cheaper. I called Air1 back to request a refund for what they pre-charged me for future work that wasn’t done, as well as the annual cleaning package that the technician sold me. I was also hopeful that I could get back some of my money from the services as it was a misdiagnosis by the technician but the representative on the phone seemed more upset that I wasn’t moving forward with getting my unit replaced with their company and didnt give me any money back for the 2 part cleaning and 2 part replacement that was unnecessary in the first place for me to pay for. However, I do understand that labor was done to clean and replace parts—it did not fix the issue and now I have to pay for a brand new unit. A discount on a 900 dollar charge would have been the proper way to handle the issue. They did offer to match the price of the other hvac company but I refused as I would rather go to a company that didn’t upcharge me from the start and wasn’t trying to sell me additional services.

August 30, 2023 Called Air 1 this morning at 7 and they had a technician out by 9:00 AM. That is how service is done! I have been using Air 1 for about 10 years. They are fast and make sure you don't have to wait for service. And I trust them. All of the technicians have been professional and friendly. Today, Mark came to help with my new system. He has been to my house before so that is also comforting. My system had a clog in the water pipe. Mark fixed it quickly and professionally. He explained what happened and had photos to show me to illustrate what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was great with my dogs, which is very important to me! Everything was covered by my warranty. I will contiue to use Air 1 when I need help! Thank you, Mark for the wonderful job you did today!

My heat pump broke down a day before Christmas 2022. I reached out to Air 1 as they provided me with a very reasonable quote and got the unit installed within 1 week. Technicians Carlos, Jay and Mehdi were very professional and knowledgeable and spent a whole day to get the system installed. Love their service. Highly recommend them.

Our AC stopped working and these guys came out same day. We received one quote BEFORE Air1 who wanted $6k to replace the whole unit. Jay came later and told us “no way I just need to refill this and change out that” and total came to $2k. Probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met in my life. And he looks great in a hat and was extremely professional. Great guy, great service.

A1= Awesome service! We were lucky enough to be able to get a same day appointment to have an old thermostat replaced. Jay was so patient with all of my questions. He also saw that we had a leak in the expansion tank on our water heater. (Not good) He ordered another one & will be back on Monday to replace it.

We used Air 1 for replacement of our furnaces and air conditioning as well as our sump pump a few years ago and we’re extremely happy with the products and service. Our hot water heater stopped working so we received three estimates as usual and Air 1 was competitive and able to do same day installation. Jay and his partner showed up within two hours and performed the installation quickly and did a great job in protecting the flooring. Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of work.

I had a problem with a new addition not cooling or heating properly. Jay came out and assessed the problem. He returned to install an AC return and additional vents to fix the problem. The team quickly completed the work and I am now enjoying the temperature three out my home! I wish I would have called A1 mechanical sooner, thank you! My wife and I hired Air 1 to come and replace our furnace's motherboard/control panel, blower, and air return. We were told parts would take about a week to arrive, however they came early and they were able to come in and install them within a week of diagnosis. Our installation tech was Kiyan Heydari, he arrived on time, completed the job within a few hours, walked me through the repairs and showed me the finished product. Most importantly left the workspace clean. Overall very satisfied with the work and would recommend Air 1 and Kiyan, dude really knew his stuff.
