Excellent work! Both Vinny and Ken are very professional and knowledgeable. I got an expansion tank installed in the water heater to stop the leakage. They even went out of their way to fix an old fireplace free of charge. Thank you so much!

Vinny and his team did a great job. Signed contract on Wednesday completed installation on Saturday. Vinny double and triple check entire system, cool, heat and emergency heat.

My air conditioner went on the fritz on one of the hottest days of the year. Local Heating and AC was highly recommend to me. I reached out and spoke with Vinny Monday morning and Vinny was at my house Monday at 5:30. Vinny and his son stayed until 10 PM that night working on the unit. Vinny is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. Vinny explained everything that he was doing and the solutions to fix the unit. My house was nice and cool by Wednesday night. I highly recommend local heating and AC. Thank you so much Vinny and Daniel! As you can see, one of my elder pets was very happy to be cool again.

Vinny at Local Heating & AC is the best!!! Our handyman recommended him and he fit us in the day of, despite his busy schedule and all the demands! Our HVAC unit broke down during a cold front, so I know there were a lot of other calls coming in, but Vinny made time for us. He even cut certain fees and gave us a discount. We feel very lucky and blessed to have found a compassionate and hard-working expert in the field. He could have just insisted on us replacing our entire HVAC unit (which we could not afford right now, in the middle of a move!), but he found a way to fix it. Thank you Vinny!

The team took the time and walked me through the issues they found with the current systems, helped me select from their recommendations that fits my needs. They were upfront and honest about the short and long term fixes. They helped me figure out the best solution that fit my budget and goals with my property. They were patient and provided me with multiple estimates, so that I can make the right decision. There was no hassle or pressure to make the decision and thought they reasonable, so I trusted them with installing 2 units. Plus, they went out of their way to work on a holiday (4th of July) to quickly make the installations. I'm happy with the quality of work (see pictures), the hard work and commitment they showed on my project.

Our A/C in the upper level isn’t keeping up with the hot temperature. We were recommended to Vinny Dang who is with Local Heating & AC Inc. Vinny came to the house on the same day we called him to check on the issue. Vinny provided us with a recommendation to replace the AC and furnace units as the current units are old (Installed 2004) and leaking R22 refrigerant. It will cost a lot to fix and is not worth it. We decided to replace the AC and furnace units as per Vinny recommendation. Vinny and his team (Nhan and Tan) were fantastic. They were able to obtain the equipment and replaced the units within 2 days after we contacted Vinny. They came to the house as scheduled and the installation went very well. They made sure that everything worked properly after the installation. They cleaned and removed old AC and furnace units. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with the new A/C and furnace units. Thank you, Vinny, Nhan, and Tan, for helping us with the A/C system replacement. I would recommend Local Heating & AC Inc for anyone looking for a quality and professional home heating and cooling service.

Cannot say enough good things about this guy/service. Always nice, respectful, dependable, fair, honest, responsive. Either answers the phone or calls RIGHT back. Tries to fix your problem over the phone, if he can't only then offers services. 5 star plus company. And no, I'm not related- we laugh that we have the same (rare) name.

I highly recommend Tyson's HVAC. The owner, Tyson, is courteous, punctual, honest and I think he can fix just about anything. He guarantees his work, goes the extra mile and still offers very fair prices. It's such a relief to find someone you can trust.

I texted Tyson Mechanical, requesting a service repair for a rental property I have at 10:38 am on Saturday morning, it was a cold day 30 degree temperature, and my tenants were complaining. The technician, called my tenant, went to the house, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and got the system working, left a message on my phone, letting me know that issue is resolved by 3:10 pm same day.

When I used them back in March 2019 it was just one person and it was called Tysons HVAC and it was an honest man who came to my house. I made a service call in November 2019 and it was a new company called AllTech services, I was extremely disappointed with the technician they sent out and the cost of the products were way overpriced. Probably need to find a new HVAC service provider.

The gentlemen in this HVAC company are outstanding. They are responsive, responsible, and courteous. I contacted them based on a word-of-mouth recommendation from another former customer and I'm so glad I did. They visited at our convenience to evaluate our a/c problem, and they responded to my follow-up questions even during weekends. I also felt they attempted to help us find the most economical solution without being pushy. When we decided to replace both our furnace and a/c unit, they set up financing for us (as a result of a special Rheem offer in effect), completed the replacement when they said they would, and left our home looking better than it did before their work. We will never have to look again.

We have owned our home in Cascades for 23 years, and have been unhappy with the HVAC system since we moved in. It was noisy, and the house was so dry in the winter we had skin problems and painful sinuses. We added an evaporative humidifier but it made little difference ... until the drain clogged and flooded the ground floor. Then we bought a free standing manually filled humidifier. While it worked, it had to be filled twice a day, serviced twice a season, and made still more noise. Tyson (the owner) came by and started asking questions, then made recommendations. We chose a system, added an Aprilaire steam powered automated humidifier and high efficiency 4" air filter. Tyson and crew used lined ductwork and enlarged the return air vents (undersized) on two floors to reduce air velocity and cut down on noise. The two other bids we received were noticeably higher and the scope of work was much less. I would give them six stars if it was possible.

He came out on a Sunday when our furnace failed, when most other places were closed (only $30 extra). The replacement part was out of stock in Frederick, so he drove all the way up to Baltimore, and it was fixed by 10AM on Monday. Incredible service, professional, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Tyson's.

Would like to thank Tyson for coming out and fixing our furnace. The weather wasn't very pleasant and we were in desperate need for some heat. He was very professional and a true gentleman. He was willing to work with us when it came to his labor rates and we really appreciated everything he did. We have delt with many technicians before and we can honestly say he is one of the best we've had. Would highly recommend this company for any Heating or air condition needs. Thanks again Tyson.

My heroes! My husband had a heart attack on Saturday and was taken to the hospital. I came home from the hospital late Saturday night to discover the AC wasn't working. Spent Sunday morning trying to get hold of a repairman. Tyson called me back within 1/2 hour of my leaving a message and 20 minutes later he was here at my home. He even put in 2 of my emergency window units for me (normally used during power outages and hooked up to the generator) so my hubby would be in a cool room when coming home from the hospital. Unfortunately I needed a whole new system but they did a fabulous job installing everything by Tuesday afternoon. Everyone was kind, helpful and efficient. Thank you so much!
