Furnace died mid week. My regular HVAC service provider provided quote but couldn’t install until following week. Called B&B to have a 2nd quote for comparison. They came to house same day to evaluate needs and provide quote. Significant price difference and they could install next day. Very professional crew (JD & Eric). Office staff was professional and pleasant and quickly handled my questions. I would recommend them.

I highly recommend B&B! When our heating system failed during a cold snap, they sent out an outstanding team—Juan, Anderson, and Vic—who truly went above and beyond. These guys worked tirelessly with incredible professionalism and work ethic, diagnosing the issue quickly and getting everything repaired efficiently so we had heat again. They were courteous, explained every step, and left the area spotless. Exceptional service from start to finish—five stars without hesitation!

These days it’s hard to find a company you can fully trust! B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service is the one you can! Eric, who came on time, at the beginning of a reasonable 4-hour time window, did identify the problem with my furnace which was the inducer within 3 minutes. He was quick but thorough to repair it and left everything clean. He took his time to run the system enough to make sure there’s nothing else left to be done. Thank you! I highly recommend them and will only use them moving forward! Now I understand why there’s only 5 star reviews for B&B. Keep it up!

Vinh did a great job fixing our broken furnace late in the late afternoon even after work hours, within an hour after we called him. He checked the entire history of our HVAC system and ran all the tests to make sure the motors and system are good. Then he found out the condensation water pipe was clogged and built up over the years. Offered me a reasonable quote and laid out the work to be done in two hours. Within the timeframe, Vinh used air gun to clean out the clogged pipe, cut the old pipe and replaced a new pipe to let water flow more efficiently, and replaced the fuse & checked the rest of the electric panel to make sure everything was good. Additionally, Vinh checked my UV lamp which blew out at the same time and offered suggestions to replace for a better one later. Overall, Vinh was efficient, respectful, professional with 25 years of experiences, and made sure our family is happy about his work. I would definitely call Vinh back and highly recommend Vinh for anyone who’s seeking help on their HVAC and water heater systems.

I'm not an expert in this area, just a homeowner trying to take care of my house without being taken advantage of. Vinny has earned my trust.
