We have been with B&B Air for over 10 years. They were the only ones that would come out the next day to service our AC unit that had died after returning from vacation over 10 years ago. We signed up with a service agreement and we have been with them since then. We just replaced our outside unit, and inside coil and the team they sent out (Eric, Phu, and Erika) were professional, polite, and hard working. We always recommend B&B Air whenever we can.

We’ve used B&B services for more than 20 years, at two properties. We’ve had a service contract with them and have been very happy over the years. Most recently (part week), Éric and Juan installed a new hot water heater for us. Definitely recommend their Ashburn team!

Recently, my air conditioner stopped working. Called B&B for the first time. They were able to send out Devin just a couple of hours later. Devin worked quickly to find the problem and replaced the capacitor for a very reasonable price. Good, quick service and I definitely plan to use them for my HVAC needs again!

B&B Air Conditioning quickly responded to our repair request. Within a couple of hours of our call Devin and Hung diagnosed and repaired the problem. Devin and Hung are knowledgeable, careful technicians who ensured that we understood the issues with our air conditioning system and thoroughly explained the needed repairs. Our air conditioning was up and running as quickly as possible. Great work!

Had a whole unit replaced in our office. Technicians Phu, Sebastian and Josue did a great job. Very good communication on the process as it was taking place. Good job on fixing the problem with efficiency and cleanliness. Definitely recommend their services.

I bit off more than i could chew trying to install a new Smart thermostat and called B&B for some information and decided that getting help was the wiser choice. The scheduler said someone would be here by 6:30 and they arrived at 4! Got it all finished from where I had started and stopped and dotted every 'I" and crossed every "T" setting it up (i DEFINITELY was out of my element!). Eric & Erika were very helpful and communicated very thoroughly. VERY happy with everything! Thank you!

Great service from B&B! Our A/C unit broke (98 degree Saturday in July).
Everyone I called was booked, until I called B&B. They sent tech out SAME DAY, just a few hours later!
Our technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable & efficient. Also very friendly & patient! He fixed the unit in under 30 minutes. Very good experience. I Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I highly recommend B&B for all of your AC repair needs. We had an issue with our AC not blowing cold air and called them as soon as they opened to inquire about getting someone to take a look. Victor A. made it out to our house within only a couple hours and was able to quickly identify the issue and fix our AC for us. He was very friendly, thorough, and reassuring throughout the process and you could tell he is highly skilled. He even took the time to explain every little detail on what he was doing and to give tips for future reference. I will continue to use B&B and will recommend to others!

We have had a service contract with Sterling B&B for several years. They have never disappointed. We mostly use the contract for regular maintenance services, but a few weeks ago we had issues with our hot water and asked them to come out and look at our hot water heater. The technicians, Eric, Vic and Seb worked diligently to find the problem that appeared to be not very cleared cut. And they successfully returned the hot water to our house! Even though our unit is fairly old, they did not pressure us to buy a new water heater. But they did explain many of the features and benefits of the new ones, which we appreciated.

Some thoughts that come to mind are: Professional, Customer Oriented, Knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. This is typical of B & B as they installed 2 outside and inside units over the last 24 years and a Water Heater. Devin’s performance was typical of B & B’s personnel. Additionally, they are always there quickly if one has an issue, unlike other companies. Thanks for having the caliber of B & B personnel, including staff members.

Have been customers of B&B for over 25 years and cannot recommend them enough. Would highly recommend their annual contracts that include twice a year servicing, priority servicing, free labor, parts discounts, etc.. Our systems have all lasted much longer than expected thanks to their annual servicing of them. They also do great work on installations of new systems.

Eric and Aidan quickly resolved our issue and it was a simple fix. They were courteous and friendly. I’d definitely have this crew to our home again. I’ll also recommend them to my clients as a Realtor.

John Davis cane out to service our home today in prep for the warm weather. He serviced our AC unit, cleaned coils inside and out. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. This was the 1st time we've used B&B and would definitely use them again in the future.

Our 15 year-old system stopped cooling and B&B came quickly after calling them. The lead tech, JD, was friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected our system, identified the issue, and had everything cleaned and up and running within about an hour. All at a fair price too. Highly recommended.
