This was our first time working with Meade's and we couldn't be more impressed. The entire experience from initial consult (including emailing back and forth with David to get some questions out of the way), to booking, to our appointment and follow-up, could not have been easier. Jimmy is super knowledgeable and professional, swapped out a replacement part and let us know to keep an eye on a particular pipe for potential future issues. Could not recommend Meade's more!

Had my first experience with Meades this morning. Scheduled a furnace check before the winter with them and signed up for the annual plan for both furnace and AC. Charles was my tech and he was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check and explained everything to me as he worked. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone wanting to make sure their unit is working before the cold winter temps arrive.

The tech Roger was very pleasant to work with. He was honest and up front about my system. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. Not the news I really wanted to hear but the honesty goes a long way with me.

We have been repeat customers with Meade's since their first visit a few years back. Our technician (Charles) has always been extremely professional and does a great job explaining the diagnosis and options to repair, so nothing comes as a surprise. We signed up for the monthly service program based on our experience with Charles, which is great year round to keep us updated on what might need replacing over then next few months and they adjust our vents each season.

Most recently our heating system was faulting and not warming our house consistently (due to a 15+ year old system). We reached out at 6AM on Monday morning, had our tech out to our house by 11am, and he placed a replacement part order that arrived and was installed by 2pm on Wednesday.

I booked their home maintenance plan and they booked an appointment for me in less than 24 hours. The technician showed-up during his appointment window and was very thorough in his service/inspection of our gas heater. He took pictures of everything he inspected and explained to me what each picture represented. This was very easy, seamless and effective!

Meade's has earned my highest possible recommendation. Meade's replace my HVAC system in June of 2024. They were excellent and I would use them again in a second.

I took bids from 3 companies and I went with Meade's because they were far and away the best - really plotting out the new system, with made in the U.S. components, and making sure I knew exactly what to expect and what I would get.

Jason Maturo sold me my system and took care of me 11/10 - as did the entire installation crew, who worked to get me all set up with a new system during a massive heatwave. This job included re-locating the compressor off a patio and around the side of the house, to minimize noise and the presence of the unit itself. All handled with confidence by the great team at Meade's.

What's even more amazing is that Meade's price was actually lower than the competition. Both the other bids were higher. After dealing with them, I would pay a premium to use their service. The quality of installation and overall professionalism is amongst the best I have experienced.

My first experience with Meade’s was excellent. Charles came out and checked out our whole heating system to help get my heat back on track. I really appreciated his straightforward and honest input. He did not try to sell me any gimmicks or fix things that weren’t broke. Will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I wanted to make sure I went with a local company to ensure that the money was staying within the community and landed upon Meade's.

From day 1 the representative was professional, courteous, and very informative. I explained that I would likely be getting multiple quotes from various companies and Jason took the time to educate me on the system I had and what I should be asking not just from him but from the other companies, I was already sold due to the transparency.

After doing my HW I pulled the trigger on a new Air handler as mine had died and a new condensing unit outback. Jason informed me that the technicians would be just as professional and would be back in several days to install the new equipment.

Installation day was a breeze, early start and early finish. No damage to the house or environment when moving equipment, no lasting mess that I needed to go behind and clean up, and more importantly I had the peace of mind of a job well done and a labor guarantee to justify/validate it.

All in all, very happy with the way things went, received an affordable price and solid value (full transparency, we were able to find cheaper quotes, but we also found significantly more expensive ones that didn't have the same guarantees on the work performed)

I recently had an HVAC check from Meade's Heating and Air, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Our system had been making a squeaking noise, but the technician was quick to diagnose the issue, which turned out not to be a problem with the system itself.

We're really satisfied with the HVAC unit that was installed last year, and this recent service only reinforced that. The professionalism and friendliness of the technician were outstanding, and I appreciated receiving a text prior to their arrival. It made the whole experience smooth and efficient. I was so absolutely impressed by how this company operates! Monday: we found out heat was down in the morning. Had a tech out by noon. On time, efficient, very straight forward, very pleasant to work with. Very reasonable price. Tuesday: got a person come to evaluate the costs and give us estimates, give us financing proposals. Once again, on time, very pleasant to work with. On Thursday morning we were having a new furnace installed, two people working absolutely tirelessly to get our heat back up. Once again, on time, absolutely professional, respected a wish not to ring the doorbell because of a sleeping kid and dogs going nuts. I am suspicious they even left the house cleaner than they found it.

Wow! We are very grateful to have had the help of the Meade’s team to get us back up and running during these chilly times.

We ran into a situation on a Friday afternoon where we realized our gas furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into our home due to a cracked heat exchanger. After turning off the gas and getting a little scared of the upcoming cold temperatures, we knew we had to act fast. After working with three other companies, my in-laws suggested Meade’s as a company they’ve used for maintenance checks and thought very highly of. I called at around 7 PM on that Friday night and a very nice lady from the Meade’s team answered my call immediately. She got us set up for an appointment with Jason for Saturday morning. I was already impressed. Jason came promptly at 11 AM as scheduled on Saturday morning, wore his shoe covers, and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Jason spent 2 1/2 hours at our home measuring our set up, talking to us about our needs, and explaining our options.

Friday of the next week we were scheduled for our install of our new Lennox gas furnace, AC unit, and humidifier. The install team couldn’t have been better. They let us know when they were on their way, were prompt on arrival time, they were courteous in our home, and they were extremely knowledgeable and detailed in their install. It was an all day job. Isaac stayed as long as we wanted him to at the end of the install to answer questions about the thermostat or the equipment itself.

We’ve lived in our home for over 10 years and we’ve done many upgrades along the way. This proved to be the most expensive update we’ve done on our home. It’s one that most people won’t ever see That said, it’s one we now take great pride in and know that it’s helping to keep our family comfortable and safe for many years to come.

Moving forward, we will rely on the Meade’s team for maintenance checks to keep our systems running well.

I was very impressed with this family owned business. They do not hire contractors but have a professional team of regular technicians and sales people. That means they are able to provide realistic estimates, and address and coordinate on complex installations. Everyone was highly professional, took the time to educate me on my HVAC system and did their utmost to install our system in 18 degree weather!! There were a few disconnects in coordinating with the chimney liner installation, but it was addressed in a proactive and timely way. While I had received lower quotes, they were from contractors hired by the company and they overlooked critical elements in their estimates (e.g, installing a chimney liner for the gas exhaust!!). Meade's has a "no surprises" guarantee, along with a 10 year parts and 5 year labor warrantee. I think you get what you pay for and I am happy to support a family owned business over an "private equity" owned business. Very happy with my decision.

Ben and the staff at Meade's were superb to deal with. They did a thorough inspection, explained everything they saw, and gave me honest assessment of my system. The service plan is very affordable ($150/year) and they were also super personable. Definitely using them for my HVAC needs going forward. Bonus points for a family owned business.

Our furnace stopped working at the worst possible moment—during an extreme cold warning issued by the National Weather Service. I called Mead’s Heating and Air around 6 p.m. , and a very kind and helpful gentleman answered the call. Within an hour, Mr. Mason arrived with his beautiful Van around 7 p.m. and immediately got to work on our heating system. Through his skill, patience, and dedication, he was able to restore our heat and keep our home warm again. We are incredibly grateful, as we might otherwise have spent a single-digit night without heat.
