We had problems getting the heating in the house to work, and the thermostat kept reading wait and the temperature never rose to the degrees we set the thermostat to.We learned that the thermostat wasn't reading because we had been using a humidifier with faucet water and not distilled water. I had no idea that it would create problems to our heating system. Thanks to the young man that serviced out heating system it is working as it is supposed to. I recommend Meades to everyone that wants excellence in a company that takes care of their customers. A+ rating company. Thank you.

Highly recommend Meade’s Heating & Air to anyone in the Northern Virginia area! Family owned business and all its employees are extremely personable, reasonable and truly value and take care of their customers. I had to get an older unit replaced in an emergency situation where I had tenants living without heat. On a Friday night, I was able to schedule a next morning diagnostic exam for Saturday morning, provided a detailed report and then consulted and agreed to an install of a reasonably priced replacement unit, which Meade’s was able to get installed by the following Tuesday to minimize impacts to my tenants. I appreciate the entire teams hard work, transparency, speed in response and ability to help me get this situation resolved in a timely manner! Will definitely be reaching back out to Meade’s for future HVAC needs in Nova!

I was very impressed with my Meades Heating and Air service contract. They called when it was time for my semi-annual service checkup and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Dominique, showed up on time and was very friendly and competent. I was impressed with all the different checks and inspections he completed. He found one capacitor that was slightly below specifications, but was not pushy about replacing it immediately if I didn’t want to at this time. I had him replace it anyways since I didn’t want to deal with it at a later time. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend getting a yearly service contract with Meades and keep you HVAC in good working order so it lasts longer and doesn’t break down when you need it most and it costs less in the long run.

Meads provided an excellent installation of a 5-ton HVAC. The technicians were competent, clean and courteous. They replaced everything in the inside and outside units, including all new wiring, ducting and filters. I am really happy with my Lennox unit and its S40 intelligent thermostat. Meads will be servicing my two HVAC systems in the future.

I noticed my house was extremely dry when the weather turned cold in December. I determined my humidifier wasn’t activating when the heat came on so I called Meade’s to come out to troubleshoot the issue. The scheduler was able to get someone out to my house the next day. My technician Douglas texted me and asked if he could come a few minutes early since he was ahead of schedule which worked out great. Douglas was able to determine the fan in the humidifier wasn’t working and gave me a couple options. I opted to completely replace the humidifier as it was 20 years old and had lived out its usefulness. Douglas also completely checked both my houses HVAC systems. He pointed out a couple of items that are getting close to needing attention but all else was ok. Douglas texted with his schedulers and was able to get me an appointment for the humidifier replacement at a convenient time for me a couple days later. On the appointment day my technician Will texted that he was on his way and would arrive at my scheduled time. When Will arrived he explained what they would be doing and then he and his assistant got to work. The first thing they did was bring in tarps to protect all my floors where they would need to walk on the way in and out and also all around their work area. The work was professionally done and they finished by vacuuming up the work area and it now looks better than when they started. I would say the price I paid was fair. You can probably find somebody cheaper if that is what is most important to you but you won’t find an HVAC company that will provide a better service from start to finish. I’ve used many different service providers over the years and Meade’s is definitely the best.

I’ve been having trouble with my heat not working called two other company’s and couldn’t figure out the problem. I called liberty hvac and the fixed it quick the others wanted to replace the unit and liberty fixed it great customer service reasonable pricing! Would give them 100 stars if I could!!!

Just had my AC tune up and I am very pleased with the service. Tito who was the technician was really thorough, did a really good job. Explained everything he was doing along the way and gave me a full report of his AC check. I recommend this business without hesitations. I already scheduled a plumbing call too as I was very pleased with the HVAC service.

Moe absolutely went above and beyond for us. Our system went down suddenly and we have two young sons. We had to take them to their grandma’s house it was so bad. We were in a terrible bind. Upon hearing our situation, Moe came out ASAP (very late and definitely outside of usual business hours). He diagnosed the problem on the spot. He was able to secure the new part and came first thing next morning and replaced it. I honestly can’t say enough about the compassion he showed our family. We 100% recommend!

We strongly recommend Liberty HVAC! Our air conditioner was not cooling and had completely turned off. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. This company is so trustworthy and doesn’t recommend extra unnecessary services if nothing is wrong. We have complete confidence in their work and recommendations. This type of integrity is rare. We had a great experience with B&B. They installed a new unit in our office and were extremely efficient and the installation went very well. The group that came out to work on our unit were great to work with. Phu, Ericka and Hung kept us informed of timeframes and worked well together to get our unit up and running in no time. We highly recommend this business!

Eric came out from B and B Air Conditioning and Heating to my house when my furnace broke down. He was very professional and took the time to tell me all my options. I was very impressed with his level of service. I would recommend B and B very highly.

Vic and B&B are awesome! He came to our house today to check on a furnace error and perform annual winter maintenance. We were concerned about losing heat while we have family at the house for holidays. I called around 9:30 am today to get my Carrier Infinity system serviced since it was showing a fault that started occurring early in the morning and had happened 7 times in just a few hours. They sent “Vic” one of their technicians who arrived quickly at about 10:30 am.

Vic was very personable and obviously very knowledgeable and competent. He explained there were 3 possible causes but it would take some time to diagnose so he didn’t just start replacing parts in the hope he eventually found the right problem. He notified the company and they ensured his schedule was adjusted so he did not have to hurry. It took several hours but he finally determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. While waiting for the part to be delivered he did the annual seasonal service that I had not yet scheduled. The part was changed (under warranty) and everything works fine now. Vic left at 1:00 pm.

I have had a service contract with the company for many years and they have always responded promptly when problems have occurred and also perform seasonal inspections and service. The price of the annual contract has always saved me money in the long run.

Highly recommend this company for your Heating and Cooling service needs.

LOVE these guys! We inherited an annual maintenance contract 3+ years ago when we bought our home and have happily renewed ever since. B&B has replaced our AC and most recently our water heater, the latter on somewhat of an emergency basis. The service techs are SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and have never tried to upsell me.
