Outstanding job. My neighbor recommended B&B when I needed replacement of my water heater. She cited reasonable prices and expert diagnosis on the repair of her hot water heater which resulted in a quick fix and minimum costs. My water heater was at the end of its service life and B&B gave me solid recommendations and beat the price of other companies that I received quotes from. I strongly recommend this company. The technicians came to the house were professional and kept me informed of everything they were doing.

JD and Aidan were on time, within the window of estimated time of arrival. Both were courteous and professional. Both were knowledgeable and helpful to all questions. Finally, the team was efficient and quick in servicing my out door unit. 👍🏻🇺🇸

The service was provided within 2 hours. The Technician JD was very knowledgeable and courteous. He completed his work efficiently and we were back with fully restored stain no time. I would strongly recommend them for any repairs or new installations.

This company is great! Pricing was extremely fair and honest. Highly recommended and will be using them again! JD came out on a Sunday with one day notice and was able to fix our issue at half the pricing others were quoting us for!

B&B went above and beyond—truly outstanding service.
On a Friday afternoon, the fan on the air handler in a home I manage stopped working—right before a major heat wave with temps pushing into the high 90s and 100s. I called B&B (we have a Service Agreement with them), and they had a technician, JD, onsite within a few hours.

After diagnosing the issue, JD returned to their shop and brought back several portable AC units to ensure the tenants had cooling over the weekend. I’ve never heard of a company doing something like that—an incredible gesture that shows how much they care about their clients!

When the replacement part arrived a few days later, JD came back the same day to complete the repair and had the system up and running in no time.

I can’t speak highly enough of the responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care. I highly recommend B&B!

Highly recommend B&B. Installed an ERV into the house which drastically reduced our high carbon dioxide levels, high humidity, and added fresh air. They were very professional and were clearly experts. Came back twice before they started to ensure they had the correct manner to install the ERV.

Everyone was great! From Bobby Jo on the phone getting the scheduled to JD who showed up promptly to fix the issue. Have used them before and will continue!

B&B continues to provide excellent support. They came out to service our hot water heater and did their job. They don’t oversell and are super reliable.

JD and Anderson were the techs. JD gave me lots of information on the status of our 2 furnace units. Paid for their Titanium annual service plan so that any labor charges would be prepaid if we need any service this next year. They also cleaned both our outdoor AC condenser coils so we wouldn’t have to do it. Good experience.

My heat had went out at 9 pm and I called about 15 companies that said they are a 24hr emergency service. Not one of them called me back but B&B. He was very honest with me about most of the companies that say 24hr emergency service is only for the customer that have service contracts with the company. But they would be out first thing in the morning and they were. The tech was very friendly and he had the heat back on in no time.

This is a 2nd review, based on a complete replacement of a/c ductwork and moving of condenser to its new location.

Our install "A-Team" was composed of Phu, Eric, Aidan, Devin. Many thanks for a phenomenal project.

Pros for this team were:

Eddie, is the service manager, and he was a pleasure to deal with, from the first day, until start-up day, Eddie was present during initial teardown so he could see what the old ductwork (made of fiberglass) was hiding the last 30 years.

B&B has shined again and are a highly recommended for installation or service of A/C, Heat, and hot water heater source.

JD my repair man was extremely professional and courteous. He provided excellent customer service, exhibiting patience responding to my questions. The office staff were also very prompt and professional and understanding of my situation to provide services expeditiously.

Vic/Juan and team, as usual, did a great job. I just had a brand new complete A/C/Heating system installed in 1.5 days. There work is superior and they always answer all your questions.
If there ever is a problem they promptly return.

We called in and they sent technician Juan to check our heating system because it wasn’t working properly, and he arrived promptly and was very professional. After a thorough inspection, he found that no repairs were needed. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism — it’s great to find a technician who doesn’t try to sell unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

Late one recent 25-degree night, we discovered that our heating had been out for hours. One call and the tech Devin was at the house before 10am - Polite, prompt and competent, he got to work right away, determined the problem, described the options and made the repair and was done 90 mins later. The process from call to Eddie to the work done was great. Happy to recommend B&B.

We called B&B at 8:30am on Saturday and they had 2 very capable techs out before 10am and had our heat back on by 10:15am! Phu and Anderson diagnosed a bad wire situation immediately, fixed it quickly, and were uber friendly throughout the process. We've used a lot of different HVAC companies in the past but the folks at B&B have consistently exceeded our expectations. They are honest, no pressure, and always friendly from their front desk phobe support staff down to their onsite technicians. We will be Titanium service customers for life! Thank you B&B for always putting the customer first.

We had a great first experience. We may have gotten lucky but we called for a diagnostic around noon and a technician was dispatched within the hour! JD was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We appreciated that he wore shoe covers each time he entered the house and when he noticed that a previous tech hadn't closed a furnace panel properly, he fixed it for us. Great service!
