Vinny and his brother is great. They worked on my home about 5 years ago. I called them up in April to install a new AC unit. They were able to complete the job on time and with quality. They are my go to for HVAC.

We’ve used this company (and Vinny) several times over the years and he never fails to impress us. He’s quick to respond, does quality professional work and is easy to work with. He’s flexible and does not over charge. We just had our main ac replaced and he worked for 6 hours in the crazy summer heat and managed to complete his work with a smile. We always recommend him!

Ken came out on a Sunday to look at an AC unit that was generating puddles on the floor. I thought he was great. He fixed not one but two AC units on the same visit, even rewiring one unit where the wires had been chewed through by an animal. He didn't try to upsell me, instead choosing the lowest cost intervention for one of the problems I had. I thought he was competent, reasonably priced, and friendly. We will hire this company again.

Vinny and his team are the complete package. Every time I have ever called Vinny either early in the morning or late at night he always picks up and will make time to fix your issue and is easily the most responsive and professional contractor I have had the pleasure of hiring. We hired Vinny to do a AC furnace install and he was able to get it done in less than a day and it works perfectly and is very fair and reasonable on his pricing. Vinny and his team were amazing! We lost AC during the hottest week in July and he was able to come out the same day to get the AC working and explained the issues with our system.

Later, when the weather cooled, the heat wasn't coming on. Vinny came out the same day, and explained why we need to replace the system. We put a deposit down the same day.

The day after we put the deposit down, the equipment was delivered, and installed the day after. Nhan and Hieu were very quick!

They were also incredibly honest and transparent. Because they came out to fix the AC earlier, they gave us an incredible discount on replacing the system in the fall.

Definitely recommend these folks if you have any heating or cooling needs.

Highly recommend Local Heating & AC, who replaced our AC and furnace on short notice during a heat wave. Ken responded to my call right away on a Sunday, and Vinny came that afternoon to diagnose the issue, walk us through replacement options, and give us a quote. Vinny was very responsive throughout the process, and he, Ken, and Nhan did a great job replacing and testing the units. Vinny also helped us troubleshoot issues with our existing air filter and electrical panel. Overall, I was very impressed with their excellent customer service and fair pricing.

My AC broke this weekend, on a Sunday and it was 90 degrees outside. We have little kids and the heat was getting unbearable. Vinny came by within 2 hours of us calling and got my AC up and running. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Aprilaire 800 central humidifier installation and maintenance, including canister replacement and blowback of water backup.

Vinny has performed a full Trane heating and A/C system installation, UV light infrared system installation and water heater installation in 2018. The system had been working flawlessly ever since. Today he had come to perform A/C maintenance and the above listed central humidifier checkup and maintenance. The later was overdue because of my neglect. He had ensured the system is fully up to manufacturer specs and cleared out a water backup in the humidifier pipe system that had also negatively impacted A/C. Can’t recommend this professional highly enough. Honest and dependable. After 4 years of no contact he knew instantly who I was and what systems he had installed.

Vinny has quickly responded to the service call, arrived on time, and performed his AC magic using his expertise to troubleshoot a leak in my AC unit and fixed it with confidence. Highly recommend his service to homeowners who are still looking for a HVAC trusted advisor.

Vinny was amazing. My AC broke and it was 90° out and Friday evening at 4:30. I called him he came and did an assessment. Went back to get parts. Fantastic local Heating and AC company. Vinny is great and they do an amazing job. They were able to the impossible, getting the replacement unit and completing the work in two days!!! Plus it was holiday weekend, no one can do that. I got 4-6 quotes from just about every large to small company in the local area and no one was able to do what these guys at Local Heating & AC. Vinny and Local Heating & AC were highly recommended by our neighbors, and they didn't disappoint! Vinny was quick to respond to my first text message and immediately fit us in for a visit when our air conditioner died during the surprise stretch of mid-90's heat and high humidity in early June. Like many of our townhome neighbors, our AC unit was too small for our home, shortening its lifespan.
