First, customer service was absolutely outstanding. I called for service at 10 AM, and had service within the hour. Second, the technician, Bilal was professional, curteous, and prompt. He quickly determined the source of the leak and explained the cost of the repair before starting. After completion, Bilal cleaned the area, and ensured the system worked properly, and guaranteed his work for three months. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs.

From the customer service rep on the phone to Tyler coming out and resolving our sump pump issue, I couldn’t be more happy with the results and the overall customer service. Tyler was great. He was transparent and honest and didn’t try to brow beat me into buying a new sump pump right now. He was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job in good time.
