Constraction reviews in Suffolk, Virginia

Mike has done great work for us at our home. Fixed a roof leak and patched up the drywall inside and made it look like new! I have referred MS&M to several of my real estate clients for various projects. They are so pleased with the quality of work done at a fair price.

MS&S did an awesome job helping us with our bathroom. We had them replace our popcorn ceiling including a full take down of the drywall/ repaint, and installing an exhaust fan, and new sink. The work was great and they were very professional. Thanks again!

We’ve had several projects completed by this company. They are a very small family business, and because of this the timing might not fit every schedule, but it worked great for our needs. They do beautiful work, with great attention to details and they do feel like a family. Decent pricing too! Win-win! We are sure we will need help in the future and we know we can count on MS&M!

This is a beautifully run family business. From start to finish I had an amazing experience getting my kitchen remodel done. MS&M came in and made my vision come true. They opened up my kitchen pass-through window, rerouted my plumbing and electrical from the soffits they removed and installed recess lighting, just in time for the cabinet installation. I couldn't be happier.

As a Real Estate agent, it is hard to find reliable contractors, then I found Mike and was impressed. He always responds quickly, does the work with quality and is very reasonably priced. I recommend him to all my clients and will continue to do so.

Dylan and his team did a 24’ x 65’ concrete slab for us and knocked it out of the park. Very respectful of our yard and our animals, showed up when they said they were going to show up, and never kept us waiting! Excellent service and an excellent product. They don’t skip corners and work hard to do things the right way. It’s hard to find good people these days but you won’t go wrong with these guys!

Did a great job on our patio

Fast and amazing service! Reached out to Dillon and he came out to my property and had my land leveled in no time! Even worked in the rain! Couldn’t ask for better service. Stand up guy in my book. Highly recommend and will reach out again for all my needs.

This is the most down to earth team you’ll ever meet in your life. They did a 30x30 monolithic slab for our metal barn and it’s incredible!

They work hard and ensure that you are 100% getting what you pay for. Every job they complete is personal for them, which makes the craftsmanship top notch! We had Dylan put in a 32x30 slab for our pole shed. He took down a tree and removed all the debris. The slab looks great. Dylan and his crew were professional, polite and very respectful of our yard and our neighbors. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. We definitely recommend Farrenkopf Site Services LLC for your concrete and yard needs.

Dylan was very good with communication and did what he said he would.
