Rocia and her cleaning staff have done an excellent job with my house over the last year. They arrive promptly with 2-3 crew, get through our house in about two hours, and leave it spotless. They do a good job cleaning things like messes from the pets, or special jobs that come up. Happy to recommend her to friends

It was really nice to have someone else handle my move-out clean since I was already feeling overwhelmed with actually moving out. They were extremely thorough and my place looked and smelled great by the time they were done.

Very sweet team of girls who arrived on time! Much less deep than my usual clean. Shower walls were not bright and clean and dusting was quite limited . Hopefully they can dig in better next time as they were very polite and professional

The maids were very professional and tackled the job with energy and thoroughness. They were unobtrusive as they went about their tasks and the products they used left a fresh and clean smell. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Persons were here to do the job was nice. But Service provided was ok. Not the way Emmy Byrnes explained. None of the windows seal or window glass was spread and wiped from inside at all. There are concerns the way floor and stairs were cleaned ( didn’t look the edged of the stairs were vaccinated as dirts remained at the corner). Out of 4 beds they made only one (master bed). None of the 3 fireplace Hearth or mantel were dusted or wiped. Marvel Hearths has milk mark, brick hearth was all dusty. And so on.

Nora and Elena are trustworthy, dedicated professionals that pay attention to details and work efficiently. I am forever grateful to their help.

One star for low value. We used the Vienna Merry Maids for a once time use. They charged $336 to clean 4 rooms and two bathrooms, which were fairly clean when they arrived. We were told that they would move to other rooms when they finished the 4 rooms and they did not. Overall my house looked slightly better than when I left, however we were greatly disappointed in the poor efficiency and high cost.

The team is professional and courteous. The hardwood floors, which comprise the majority of our home, are properly cleaned. Appreciate the little things like emptying the paper shredder.

Great service! They did a wonderful job cleaning the entire house and very happy with how it looks. I have two pets and they did a terrific job getting up the dog and cat hair and love how they cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms.
