I highly recommend Northern Virginia Cleaning Company! The girls did an amazing job cleaning the basement linoleum tile as well as the fridge and oven! The old 90's appliances look like new! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!!! Reasonable rates as well!

A short while ago, we contacted Northern Virginia Cleaning Company to take care of our townhouse's cleaning requirements. They arranged up a meeting with our cleaner for us and were very sensitive to our demands. We have only positive things to say thus far. They are a very good cleaner as well as punctual and dependable. The Northern Virginia Cleaning Company has above our expectations, although I have used a number of cleaning companies over the years. I heartily endorse them.

Our cleaner from Northern Virginia Cleaning Company performs an excellent job cleaning our home, and we are very happy with them. They take initiative, know exactly what has to be done, and complete it flawlessly. They go above and above to make accommodations for you, and the office staff is a delight to work with. They have my highest recommendation for anyone who needs a job well do.

EDIT: Updating this review to include that the owner of the company called me to fix the situation, and both refunded me a portion of the cost and also offered to have cleaners come out and attend to anything that needed attending to. I appreciate the willingness to fix the error and attention to good customer service.

Communication was great, the company was great about rescheduling when an issue arose - and parts of the condo were sufficiently cleaned. The cleaners were originally scheduled for two hours but I ended up being charged for about four hours so I assumed everything would be deep cleaned. However, the blinds still had construction dust on them from when the painters worked on the walls in the days before, and my realtor had to clean all of the floors himself to get them shiny because they were sticky and dirty. That's not what I would really expect from a deep clean, so that was disappointing.

Enet did a fantastic job, especially cleaning my teens rooms. The cleaned all room, vacuumed and mopped and dusted. The before and after are like night and day. I definitely would recommend her services to friends and family.

I loved the level care and professionalism starting with booking service with Dan to the maids Sofia and Alena who came out to complete the job. Now I’m using them every week for my commercial office and my home. Very happy with them! If you’re looking for good cleaners, you will not regret.
