We had them clean and repair damage to an antique Persian carpet. Here's what ended up happening, taken from my email to them: "The work you did was so poor that when my wife saw the repairs to her rug, she burst into tears. She has long experience with Persian rugs, being from Iran, and in her opinion the repairs you made are worth nothing and in fact destroy the value of the rug. She has put it away, and cannot look at it. So my birthday gift was a complete disaster." I spent about a month trying to get some money back, they stalled, I gave up. Crooks.

Francisco came and cleaned VERY dirty stairs and pet-stained wall-to-wall carpet. He was on-time, thorough, pleasant, and professional. My carpet looks like new. I'm truly amazed at the results! I had attempted to clean both areas with steam cleaner and was unsuccessful - so glad that I called Hadeed to clean. Service completed in approximately one hour.

You don't need Hadeed. In fact, I really did not need Hadeed today. I would be wary of using a carpet cleaner that doesn't know how to park their car within the white lines. Practically impossible to back out of my spot in a parking garage. So dangerous!!! Please see this and have a talk with whoever did this nonsense. Thanks.

Hadeed Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did an outstanding job with our oriental carpet. They picked it up for binding repair and cleaning, and when it was returned, it looked like new. The repair work was beautifully done and completed in a short time.

Buswell has serviced my condo community for many years. They were always so thorough and did such a great job. Unfortunately, there has a marked decline in the quality of service over the past couple of years. I wonder if the staff are properly trained. I have noticed that there are many things they ignore or do an incomplete job with.

Very poor cleaning service. Before your team started, the house was always clean. Now, dirt keeps accumulating because your staff has no idea how to do their job – they mostly just create the appearance of cleaning.

I have asked several times for proper cleaning and even printed detailed instructions in Spanish, but nothing has changed. They just spread the dirt around, leaving streaks, hair, dirt on the carpet, and a strong chemical smell.

I am always at home when the cleaning team arrives. At first, they didn’t even vacuum the second floor. After I pointed it out, they started going upstairs. The staircase has been cleaned only once in six months, and even then, they just pretended to clean it. When the dirt started building up, no one touched it at all.

After three weeks, I couldn’t take it anymore and asked them to clean it, but they just smeared the dirt around. I asked again for a proper cleaning of both the vertical and horizontal parts of the stairs – but nothing changed.

In addition to that, the rug is always left crooked, and if they move a box, they leave it in the middle of the floor.

I added photos taken immediately after cleaning. I have never seen anything like this before. I will insist that management replaces the cleaning company because otherwise, we will be drowning in dirt.
