The gentleman that arrived was very polite and accommodating. My area rugs had various soiled spots from my dog and he did an amazing job. They look brand new! I also asked him to clean my sofa and he was more than happy to add that on to my requests. I highly recommend this company for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning has earned and deserved the name it represents. My technician was engaging, professional and abided by all the C-19 restrictions. They did a great job on my carpets and I needed a chaise lounge cleaned too. He was relentless to remove several stubborn stains and wasn't satisfied until they were gone. Plus, he had a pleasant demeanor along with his outstanding customer service. I don't recall having such a great experience with any carpet cleaning company. What a perfectly great experience we had! Everything about it, every step of the way-their immediate responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism; the men also showing up exactly when scheduled, worked incredibly hard and couldn't have been more professional or pleasant. AND my carpets and furniture actually look like new. Over the years we've had many carpet and upholstery cleaners, but this is in a totally different class. Truly excellent indeed!

Terrific customer service from start to finish!! Everyone at Excellent Carpet Cleaning was professional and quick to respond to my every request. Next day service! I could not have anticipated that. Then I asked if they had someone they could recommend to stretch a carpet I was having a problem with. Yes they did! He came right out and within two hours had repaired the carpet down a long hallway and 14 stairs! So polite, nice and hard working! All this within 24 hours of my hone call! I highly recommend them. We had spilled some liquid on the bed and we called Excellent Carpet cleaning. We had a medical office conflict and they changed the time of service to accommodate us.
They arrived on time and they did a terrific job restoring our mattress to “as good as new”.

We have had only the best service from them and we would use them again when carpet cleaning is needed.

Rafael with Excellent Carpet Cleaning has worked at our home in the past and cleaned carpets again today and was a miracle worker with some stubborn pets stains!

Great job! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The cleaner arrived on time, gave me an estimate, completely cleaned carpet of muddy footprints left by workmen. Did stairs and floor. I would hire them again!

My experience with Excellent Carpet C;eaning was great! They cleaned three sets of sheer drapes which have stiffening battens in them in place. The workman was prompt, efficient courteous and completed a thorough job.

They did a wonderful job cleaning carpets and furniture after a two week visit with my young grandchildren. They are easy to work with because they gave me a one hour window of their arrival whereas other companies give a 4 hour window. The team that came were professional, efficient and friendly.
