We were initially pleased with our cleaning service, then Edward ghosted us. Seriously. The cleaners didn't show up and no one called. We rescheduled, and they no-showed again. Edward would not respond to our Emails or texts. In 20 years, I've never seen such a lack of professionalism from a cleaning company. Don't waste your time.

This was my first time using a cleaning service so I wasn't sure what to expect but they did amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very detail oriented and super friendly. I work remotely so I was home at the time and barely noticed they were here. 10/10 will definitely use again.

BEWARE of BEING SCAMMED BY a Dishonest person/company!

As others note the horrible communication will drive you crazy too.

Do NOT give Ed your credit card number. I've used the service for a while and it was fine (and paid around $145 for cleaning)... BUT all of a sudden one day I get a $700 charge on my credit card! I called many, many times and even tried texts and he never replied.

When I disputed it with the credit card company... He actually sent a FAKE invoice and service date. I have cameras in the house... I can price there was NO SERVICE. (And I would never pay $700 for it!) What a LIAR/SCAM/CON-ARTIST.

Eddie has always been very responsive and I have been impressed with how flexible he can be to get a cleaning crew in to my listings quickly and often with short notice. I appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him.

I wish I would have read the bad reviews before hiring. The worst communication skills I’ve encountered from any service provider. When I voiced my concern over the service, Ed became clearly agitated and argumentative. He actually told me he was above the contract we agreed to. DO NOT HIRE!
