Did a great job and love the convenience of not having to be home but having trust that my belongings will be safe with such a large cleaning company! Scrubbed the bathtub and extremely thorough in the kitchen. I definitely will use this service again!

We used Merry Maids as our housecleaning service for the 16 years we lived in Falls Church. The front office staff was always accommodating to special requests and attentive to our few complaints. They communicated any schedule changes well in advance whenever possible. The cleaning teams were courteous and quick, and accommodated special requests. We are now using the Merry Maid franchise in our new location.

These ladies are always so polite, on time, and accommodating to our needs. I cannot recommend Merry Maids enough. Thank you as always!

I used them for a move-out clean and they did a fantastic job. We actually had an unscheduled power outage that day, so they even had to clean in the dark for a large part of it! They were responsive, on time, and did a fantastic job. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again!

We've used marry maids for about a year now and have never had any issues with them. They are always on time and when it came time for us to move out we naturally trusted them to do our move out cleaning for the new buyers. The service was great. I was able to get my large windows cleaned better than I imagined. The representatives scheduling my appointment were flexible and accommodating. On the day of service, the representative worked during the entire time. She did not waste any time. She was able to clean the windows, mirrors, and bathroom in my condo. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again. Definitely!

She’s also amazing with our 16 year old dog and often we have our granddog. He’s crazy but Carrie has bonded with him. She is thorough, punctual, so sweet. Carrie is the best!
