The technician arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He was professional, personable, and efficient. I have always been very pleased with the service from Affordable Lawn Sprinklers and Lighting.

Ate service rep Giordy Hernandez Ramirez did an outstanding job winterizing our system. He was a pleasure to deal with and very informative. However, your phone service is really lacking when I called to find what time he would be arriving. First I was cut off when calling and then while you have a callback system that I then tried. I tried it two times and I was cut off from it both times Who told me when?Giordy would arrive I could barely understand him probably because he was using speakerphone versus talking directly on a phone. Your field guys are great, but you’re in-house systems need work.

Werner is by far the most professional, accommodating technician I have ever met. He makes me want to recommend this company to everyone I know. Five stars is too low!

Alejandro is awesome! He was fast, but took the time to teach me more about my system. I have been exceedingly happy with this company:)

Alejandro is the best! He did our winterization service. He is so friendly, professionl, always with a smile, patient, and explains what he's doing and shares any findings to avoid any surprises in the Spring. He's great! He provides full service, even draining out the remaining water from the "bleeder" knob which was a first time experience for us and we've gone through several winterization services. Highly recommend!

He left one of the sprinkler heads out of the irrigation pile, exposing the pipe with water and debris. This is unprofessional and needs affordable to fix this.

This was our first closing so we were not exactly sure what to expect; but Jose, our technician, allowed me to accompany him throughout the closing process, explained every step along the way and answered all of my questions. Jose was very professional, extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the closing. I hope to have Jose for our opening next spring. Thanks Jose for a job very well done. Tom

Jose arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the system. Diagnosed the problem and repaired the line. The estimate was reasonable and the work was very well done! He had pictures of the whole process. We will definitely continue to use Affordable Irrigation. Highly recommend.

We have done two projects with Affordable Lawn Care. The first project was the backflow valve for Fairfax county. They walked us through the requirements and completed that quickly and easily.

The second project we just completed was a hose bib, drip irrigation and a plug for power. Max and Alejandro were our technicians for this project and they were amazing. This was a large and detailed project that required a lot of creativity to make the connections pretty and hidden. They left the job site clean and worked meticulously until it was completely done.

Affordable has been maintaining our irrigation system for several years, and this summer we expanded by adding a pool, which required reworking the entire backyard system along with repairs to the front yard system. We also decided to add landscape lighting to highlight our trees and home.

Affordable went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule quickly so everything would be ready for a party we were hosting. Their crew worked efficiently and neatly, taking extra care not to disturb the newly laid sod. In the areas where they needed to, they replaced the sod so seamlessly you could hardly tell any work had been done.

The supervisor also recommended upgrading our system so we could use the latest technology and control everything through an app—which has been fantastic. He personally walked me through the app, even helping me photograph and label each zone so it would be easy to identify and manage.

From start to finish, we were impressed with Affordable’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for both ongoing maintenance and larger renovation projects, as well as for their beautiful lighting installation work.

After a winterizing service the technician had removed the entire apparatus from the pvc pipes. I have never seen it done this way before. I reached out to the manager for some clarification and was told this is completely normal and how it should be done and offered no further assistance. I reinstalled the apparatus myself and removed the plastic part as it is normally done. The duct tape in the pictures was unsecured and easily removed by just sliding it up. I was overall disappointed with the service and the management response. See the pictures and decide for yourself if you think it was the best way.

I sent a form to request an estimate. However, no one has gotten back to me about an estimate. I sent an online form to get an estimate on Monday and now here it is Thursday 3 days later. I call that very poor customer service and I am not inclined to call for an estimate

A swarm of yellow jackets (4 guys in yellow jackets) from Michael's Lawn service swarmed over my yard and did an excellent job of removing all the fall leaves. I definitely recommend Michael's Lawn Service.

Very poor quality compared to many other similar services. Horrible communications by telephone, website or email. Unable to contact them to discuss issues. If you E mail no response is sent to even acknowledge receipt. Very unprofessional office.
Look elsewhere. they are they talk the talk but don't walk the walk
And incidentally the email you claim I waited a week to open was the third identical message. I'll read Hemingway 3 times but not you.

I used Michael's Lawn Service last year for the Fall/Winter seeding treatment. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness and results of the service. I plan on using them for additional lawn care services this year.
