From initial walk through to project completion, my end-to-end experience was INCREDIBLE! Michael's Lawn Service checks the box for everything, including friendly customer service, timely communication, accurate scheduling, detailed clarifications to my questions, detailed watering instructions etc... Everything went smoothly.

Michael's did a great job with my leaf clean up this fall. They came 3 times for a very reasonable price and worked with me to make sure they could have access to my lawn while keeping my pets safe.

This is the first year I decided to hire snow removal service and I wish I had done it sooner! The crew from Michaels arrived within an hour of the snow stopping and did an excellent, clean job of removing the snow. No more back-breaking work for me!

Michael's landscaping was servicing my neighbors yard with a pesticide treatment. The truck parked in front of my house and I noticed it was leaking pesticide directly in the sewer drain. I walked over and notified the technician who did not respond to my comments. I then called the company to let them know of the situation with no answer. As a final resort I called the Town of Vienna police hoping they would come out to document the situation since it's illegal to have pesticides entering the storm drain. The police did not respond but did notify the town water quality personnel who came out two days later. I ended up hearing back from Michael's landscaping who assured me no pesticides were being leaked into the storm drain and it was only water. This is simply not true, I followed the leak to the storm drain and it smelled of pesticides. The situation leaves me to wonder who at the Town of Vienna is responsible for enforcing environmental law infractions? The police? As a side note I did discover the owners of Michaels landscaping live in the Town of Vienna and have connections with the town council and other staff.

Cameron and his team are fantastic! Local company which we love to support and they have always done a great job for us, so much so that we have continue to add services/work and they have never let us down. Excellent client support, communication, delivery, they have it all and at market pricing. Cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

I don't think their lawn care improved my yard after a year. They subcontract lawn treatments to NULeaf which didn't let me know when they were coming or what they did to the yard. I thought I cancelled the service for this year, but it seems it automatically rolls over year to year unless you explicitly cancel it. I'm done with them now.

Michael's Lawn Service did an incredible job cleaning up the overgrown flower beds in our front yard. What a difference a few hours and a very capable crew can do for curb appeal. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping and lawn services.

Michael's Lawn Service is awesome! They work with me concerning what I want and what I need. They respond quickly when I contact them through email. They come when they say they will come and tell you if there are exceptions, (ie, weather). Of all the lawn sevices I have worked with, these guys are the best.

I love that you don’t have to sign a contract, you can puck and choose the services, and invoices are sent via email. From mowing, to tree trimming, to flower bed prep, to leaf blowing Michael’s does a great job!
