We have had Micael's Lawn Service for 2 years and we are very pleased with the service. The guys are so professional and very nice. Our lawn and flower beds look terrific and we are happy when people ask us who manages our lawn service.

Late last September we had Michael's Lawn Service re-seed our lawn and trim back a tree that was overly shading a section of the lawn. Cameron's team did a great job. A few weeks later I noticed that the seeding did not take well in some areas. I contacted Michael's and Cameron was out to inspect the next day and spread more seed by hand. While a final judgement of the seeding will have to come this spring and summer, at this point in late January the lawn is looking very good. We are quite pleased with the work Michael's Lawn Service provided and the responsive and excellent customer service we received.

Everyone at Michael’s are a pleasure to work with! They have been taking care of my lawn for a few years and our yard has never looked better. They have been very responsive to any issues and are always accommodating if we a quick turnaround for a mow. I highly recommend!

Michael’s Lawn Service staff was responsive to my emails, provided answers to all my questions, and offered accommodations and options for my request. Everyone was polite, reminders for the appointment were sent, and the work was flawlessly completed. I commend the office staff, the field supervisor, and the crew that worked really hard and diligently on a big job.

I have used Michael's Lawn Service for several years and have been totally pleased with their service. Their employees are prompt, courteous and know what they are doing. Everything is done on time and done well. In rare instances when I have had a problem or a question they are in touch almost immediately and make sure that any issue is resolved. Michael's cares about customer service which is a trait lacking in many businesses today. I also love the fact that they are a local business which is very important to me.

UPDATE: Nothing has changed. I like them even more! I "subscribe" to leaf removal and mowing and am thrilled with the service from the office (Rebekah) and the workers. I find their prices reasonable and greatly appreciate the flexibility and responsiveness. As a family-run business, they find it easier to manage things by email (with a very quick turnaround) and so do I. No phone tag. A perfect match. Highly recommend.

I needed to find a lawn service that was responsible, efficient and knew what they were doing. This is a locally owned business that only handles the Vienna area. Rebeccah answered all my questions about the service. An estimator came and looked over the property, talked to me about suggestions. Very promptly I received a detailed proposal for work that needed to be done.
A list of services, with detailed descriptions and pricing arrived. I checked off all services I was interested in. Services included spring cleanup, flowerbed weeding, premium dark brown mulch, aeration, and more.
Ramõn and his crew were incredible, on time, hard workers, and took pride in their work and detail. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the work in two days. I was blown away by the transformation .
Excellent service and will continue to use Michael’s Lawn service. I highly recommend this company.

We have just started working with Michael's this year, but have been very impressed with the services thus far. The team was very responsive in providing an estimate and answering some follow-on questions, they were quick to get the teams out for both mowing and gardening, and their partnership with Nuleaf seems to be working very well also. Their prices compare well with other companies, they're local, and offer a full suite of services, to include gutter cleaning, through their partners. We're glad we started the service with them and look forward to continuing our partnership with them for a long time.

I was new to Vienna in 2023 & rent a house here and I was looking for a lawn service. I noticed that several of my neighbors used Michael’s Lawn Service so I looked them up. They are local to Vienna pretty much exclusively and they had good reviews. They offer a long menu of services from lawn mowing/trimming/edging to lawn care (fertilizing, aerating, overseeding), mulching, pruning of trees, shrubs and then they go on to flower bed cleanup, weeding, & fertilizing, snow removal in the winter. I mean there’s really almost nothing related to your yard that they don’t do – and they do it consistently and they do it well. So I signed them up and every two weeks, come rain or shine they are out there mowing my yard. The guys are very polite and careful of the flower beds & sidewalk and blow out any left over grass cuttings that result. It always looks nice when they are done. It definitely a good decision to go with Michael’s and I look forward to them coming back this spring.

We've been using Michael's Lawn Service for 8 years now. The workers are always on time and do a great job. Michael's staff is easy to work with, and very responsive. We're happy to have them care for our yards.

We've been very pleased with Michael's Lawn Service. They are easy to work with--responsive, reliable and they do great lawn and landscape work. Plus--they offer snow clearing for existing customers. We chose them because they had good reviews and are a local, small company. But another big factor is that they donate their services to Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, as well as supporting the community in other ways.

We use Michael's for nearly everything. Started with lawn mowing, and the service has been terrific. The crews show up when scheduled, they're fast and efficient. I keep trying to catch the one guy who cuts my back yard at an angle last, which really leaves it looking good. Leaf removal? Outstanding. Bush and shrub trimming? Terrific. The "team lead" made a point of asking me exactly how much I wanted them all cut back, and his crew delivered. This is the first lawn maintenance company I have used that is really worth the money. I look forward to using Michael's for a long time.

Michael’s Lawn sub contracts NuLeaf for weed control. Initially it was not made clear how pricing translates to their clients. To their credit they took extra steps to make sure I was satisfied with NuLeaf charges made to my account.

We used Michael’s Lawn Service for two years. They mowed, did spring and fall clean-ups, weeded and fertilized beds, and trimmed bushes. They made our yards, front and back, beautiful. We only stopped their service because we moved.

Came home to my lawn looking like Nats Stadium! The team at Micheal’s takes pride in the lawns they care for. I highly recommend.

We initiated a snow removal contract for my mom's house two days before a major storm. Not only did they add her to their schedule less than 24 hours in advance but they were there by 11am the morning following the storm and worked diligently to clear her driveway. She was so pleased and couldn't stop raving about how kind the gentlemen were who came. Extremely pleased with the services we received!

Consistently superior customer service from our sales rep, landscape designers, and ground crews. Recently, we experienced a major leak in our irrigation system (which was not under their management at the time). Wheat's quickly identified and resolved the issue within days. Cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend Wheat's to anyone who wants to have a reliable, professional and courteous staff to work with. Prices are quite reasonable as well. Am a fan.
