First Atlantic Restoration did an outstanding job on both my house and my neighbor’s house. I had a water heater that had been leaking for a few days, which caused major water damage to both homes. They showed up on a Sunday and quickly removed everything that was damaged by the water.

I had to leave for a few weeks, but they always kept me informed whenever someone was scheduled to do work at my place. They also took great care of my neighbor’s house. I want to especially thank the team: Andrew (Project Manager), Austin (Assistant Manager), AL, Cody, and Jeff H. (Carpenters), and Lynsey (Coordinator). Everyone was professional, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.

First Atlantic is amazing! The sprinklers in my apartment building went off during a fire alarm which led to water damage in multiple units. Luis and the rest of the team have been working nonstop to restore the building. They are so kind, professional and respectful. Luis even gave me a candy bar to thank me for my patience 🥹 They are the ones who truly deserve the candy. Thank you all!! 10/10 recommend!

The team at First Atlantic Restoration is simply amazing. They started work on my home last week and I was impressed from the start. Brian, John, Sean, Carlos and the rest of the on-site team worked in the extreme heat last week to tackle the mold mitigation process. They were professional, friendly and explained everything to me. Brian asked each day if I had any questions and told me what the plan was for next day. John handled the "heavy lifting" and Sean was the detail and clean up man. I know there is still more work to be done, but I am confident the "rebuild team" will provide the same outstanding customer service and care.
I can't leave out Zach H. and Jon R., their customer service has been exceptional too!

First Atlantic Restoration came in within 24 hrs of calling with an emergency situation in my home and got to work fixing my issue. Had my AC unit leak thru and cause ceiling dry wall to fail and fall. They came in and got right to work with assessment, mitigation and superb containment. Roland, Leif, Pete and Ricky were all very knowledgeable, worked extremely diligently, and ensured maximum cleanliness of the space during work. They answered every question I had before, and during the process of the work and ensured things were set up with my family's health and safety in mind. I would highly reccomend First Atlantic Restoration and Roland, Leif, Pete, and Ricky for any restoration work you may need in your home or business.

When my washer flooded my living room I was mortified! When you’re in crisis mode you want fast and reliable support and that is what they delivered. I’m so glad I called First Atlantic Restoration. Cierra, Mack,Neah, and Garret were the amazing team assigned to my case. Every step of the way they were informative, flexible, and extremely helpful! My home was back to normal in just a month. I worked primarily with Grayson and Heather at First Atlantic on a huge insurance repair to my home (slab plumbing re-done, new floors, two full bathrooms, full kitchen). It was a very long process but First Atlantic handled a ton of work with the insurance company and was very responsive to questions/concerns/problems. Including an emergency FaceTime call to my project manager at 8pm! They were all great to work with and I would recommend them for their work and professionalism. I will note that they are quite expensive but they are very forthcoming with that, were very transparent, and worked with me to find compromises.

They don’t deserve any stars! Their workmanship is the worst, don’t use them for anything! Ask your insurance for a different company. Nothing is measured or reconstructed correctly, we have gaps around every window and door, all of our trim looks like crap. They don’t sand anything so you’ll get splinters dusting, they don’t paint or stain the top or bottom of doors trim, etc. WORST RESTORATION COMPANY EVER! You’ll need to hire someone else to redo anything they did.

First Atlantic Restoration did a very efficient and timely job. Both Gino and Jasper were very skilled and communicative during the entire process. They were very patient with the insurance company delays. I highly recommend this company for restoration services as well as any kind of construction or renovation. The office staff especially Linh were so helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Garret, Lynsey, Cierra, Mack were a great team to work with. Communication and attention to detail was great. Even felt like they had our back when dealing with other subpar contractors. Would def. Recommend

First Atlantic did such an amazing job with my house. Being a first time home owner and experiencing water damage, I was so overwhelmed. When I first contacted First Atlantic, Cierra and Neah coordinated and got over to my house the very next day and evaluated the damages so we could come up with a plan. Paperwork was so easy to sign and I was always in contact with them for the follow up processes. I wasn’t present for the majority of the work which was so comforting to know they would take care of everything. I was able to trust in Cierra, Neah and Garrett to ensure my house would be perfect, and it was! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!

We had a master bathroom leak and First Atlantic restoration gave us a complete new re model for our master bathroom. Every worker that came out was professional, pleasant to work with and timely. Grayson, the project manager had great communication with us and was always on top of what was going on. First Atlantic did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them. Our bathroom looks great!

Great team that was very responsive. Elliott and Devin did great work throughout the project and Brian and Danni kept us informed from start to finish.

First Atlantic Restoration did a fantastic job remodeling a master closet for me. Linh was very responsive to any correspondence, Jasper was excellent at providing estimates and spotting potential problems. Delores and Sammy came in set up so much protection for the surrounding area and demolished the old moldy drywall bowed wood flooring. They completely cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t believe how fast they worked. Cindi was the main carpenter and laid the porcelain tile. She is such a pro and did everything to perfection! Antonio was her assistant and was ready to do everything needed at all times. Jasper came in to finish the last of it because Cindi was needed on a new job. He called Gino ( who was on vacation ) to assist him. Gino came without hesitation. All were so professional and just a joy to be around. They were the nicest people. I felt safe and completely taken care of.

Last Saturday morning, I went under my house to inspect my crawl space, something I do once or twice a year. I noticed a small damp spot near my half bath and laundry room, and after a closer look, I found a small leak in the wall of the half bath—it didn’t look good.

I called my insurance company, and they suggested contacting a plumber and a restoration company. I reached out to First Atlantic Restoration outside of normal business hours and was quickly connected to their on-call representative, Jeremy. He could not have been more helpful!

Even though there was no damage to my home’s contents—only structural issues within the wall, which isn’t a service they handle—Jeremy still took the time to listen, explain, and point me in the right direction. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me.

Andrew, Austin, Cody, Al and Lynsey were wonderful to work with. Job was done with great attention to detail and all questions were answered promptly. I would definitely work with them again if needed. The seven year warranty makes me very comfortable with this company.

It is hard to describe just what a top-notch organization First Atlantic Restoration is. Words like: Integrity, Honesty, Skilled Craftsmen, Quality workmanship, Friendly, Professional, Detail oriented, Down to Earth, and Caring all come to mind.

Mr. Garry Batts was there from the beginning, and helped me more than he will ever know. His knowledge, compassion, and direction were all very comforting at a very difficult time for my family. His entire team was phenomenal.

Andrew Henderson answered all my questions patiently and quickly put an excellent plan together. He and his team each had a great sense of humor too, which made things fun.

Austin Mason was the point man working long hours on site keeping all the sub-contractors on track and on time. I delt with him most. He kept the project moving and always had time for my questions. I was a perfectionist, and Austin never complained, he tirelessly worked to ensure everything was done correctly. Austin went way above and beyond the call, not just once but repeatedly.

Lindsey Henning was always cheerful, and patient, even when I asked her the same questions over and over. She ensured all the sub-contractors were paid and kept everyone on track.
After the job was completed, a few little things popped up and they worked nonstop to make things perfect.

I honestly could not imagine a better team. I called and texted after hours and even on the weekend, and they always got back to me. They were friendly, professional, and caring. They are the kind of honest down to earth people you would like to hang out with, and have as neighbors. I cannot say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. AAAAA+++++

We can't say enough about First Atlantic Restoration! My mother was away and came home to a flooded basement due to a pipe leak. From the first contact to the last day of restoration, the folks at First Atlantic held her hand, walked her through and exceeded all of our expectations. The project manager Cierra was on top of everything and gave her all the cost breakdowns and assistance she needed in replacing fixtures, floors, etc. She was always available. Mack was phenomenal in overseeing the whole project, making sure everything was done quickly and correctly. He was so helpful with every aspect and such a delight to work with. Lynsey did a great job processing all the paperwork and keeping track of payouts, etc. And Garrett did a great job with the construction and making sure everything looked better than ever. We couldn't be more grateful with how they took control of an awful situation and made it right!

Thank you to Jon, Penny, Brad, Bashir, Payton, Carlos, Jordan and Seth. This team of people with First Atlantic Restoration completed our mitigation and restoration project in an efficient and professional manner. The work performed was of high quality. The expedient communication was appreciated from start to finish. Jon contacted our Insurance Adjuster and sent over the scope estimate in a timely manner. This is our first home and our first claim we’ve had to file. The process was foreign to my husband and I. Y’all made it easy and explained each step eloquently.
From problem solving to high level workmanship, we were especially impressed by Seth. It takes attention to detail, desire to excel and great care for the client to do what Seth does. He made sure to take his time, apply his skills and the end result was more than we ever could’ve hoped for! Our home is back in working order thanks to everyone listed. Again, thank you! Brandon and I couldn’t be happier.

I would recommend First Atlantic to anybody in need of restoration work. Seth and Ken did the majority of the work on our home after it flooded, and both were great to work with and both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. Ultimately, the house looks even better than before it was damaged.

First Atlantic did a fantastic job with our kitchen restoration! But, more importantly… we had a complicated situation with insurance and they advocated for us through it all. Brian D, our PM, Brian who handled the mitigation phase, Alex our carpenter — meticulous, neat, and made our cabinets look better than before. Very detailed oriented and pleasant. Our assistant PM, Mark was a great support as well!

Honest, reliable and hard working describes this company to a T. When I had a water main leak I was recommended this company by my insurance company. They were out that very day doing damage control and assessment. They were very open and honest with how long the process was going to be, and their estimated time line was spot on. Any time I had a concern, the team was there to answer questions. Cierra was the first person from the repair team I had contact with. She explained to me the entire process from dealing with insurance and mortgage companies to the actual repair process, she helped keep my mind at ease. Then came in Mack. That man has the most patience out of anyone I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know it wasn’t easy, being such a stressful situation I know I was hard to deal with at times, but he helped me with the process every step of the way. Garret, the carpenter, was a true professional and got my house looking amazing! Lynsey was there to help with any questions I had regarding the payments or dealing with the mortgage and insurance companies. I hope I never have another major disaster like this happen to my house again, but if I do, I know I can give First Atlantic a call and they will leave my house looking better than it ever looked before!
