We had an outstanding experience with First Atlantic. Grayson and Heather were our main points of contact and it was a true pleasure to work with them both. Each of the subcontractors was also easy to work with and comfortable to have in our home. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to make this pretty stressful situation easy. They stuck to every timeline and delivered excellent quality work. They were always responsive to calls and texts, and always kept us updated. They even coordinated the flooring work to coincide with a time we were already out of town to minimize our disruptions, which is an incredible bonus with two young kids! Truly top-notch service. Wish they did more than restorations!

Had a water line rupture causing a good deal of damages to multiple rooms and floors. Spoke with the lady at the front desk "can't remember her name" and Rolland would I believe was the project lead. They treated my house and my tenant like family and made this stressful time in both our lives a little easier. They went above and beyond to the point of staying later to make sure it was being taken care of. Job well done, I hope I don't ever have to call them but I know who to call if something like this happens again. Thank you.

Carlos was wonderful. He was out promptly after calling even though it was early morning hours on a Saturday. He was very thorough in explaining everything. He was quick with the demolition and did an excellent job in cleanup.So far all of our experience with 1st Atlantic has been great. They have gone out of their way to help and answer all our questions. Highly recommend this company.

Mark, the Assistant Project Manager, was equally outstanding. His attention to detail is second to none. He not only kept a close eye on every aspect of the work but was also hands-on throughout the entire process. If something wasn’t perfect, Mark would step in and make it right himself. His commitment to quality and excellence shone through in everything he did. It's rare to find someone so personally invested in making sure every tiny detail is flawless, and Mark certainly delivered.

Then there’s Alex, the carpenter, whose work ethic was beyond superb. Every task he took on was completed with precision and care. His focus and dedication to making sure everything was smooth, up to par, and visually stunning were truly impressive. The craftsmanship and finish of his work speak volumes about his skills. You can tell that Alex is passionate about what he does, and the results were a reflection of that passion.

Lastly, I must give special thanks to Danni, our primary contact for all things financial. She was amazing — professional, organized, and always available to clarify any questions or concerns we had. Danni made the financial side of things feel easy and stress-free. Every document was prepared perfectly, and she walked us through the process with such ease. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel confident every step of the way. If there was ever a question, Danni was there with a quick and clear answer, ensuring we were always in the know.

In short, First Atlantic Restoration is a company I would recommend without hesitation to anyone needing home restoration or improvements. I recently hired first Atlantic Restoration for my home repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism with the staff from Brian ,Mark and even Danni in the office . I got a chance to actually sit with Alex the carpenter and we chatted a little while he was finishing up a few last minute touch ups that needed to be done . He had great humor and was working swiftly to complete the task. They took the time to understand my vision after such a devastating loss and provided valuable suggestions that improved the design. The work was completed on time and within the agreed budget, with great attention to detail. I highly recommend first Atlantic for any upcoming needs—they exceeded my expectations in every way!"

When a pipe burst in my living room ceiling, my insurance agent suggested I call First Atlantic Restoration to begin the cleanup process. The mitigation team came in like the Avengers and had the place cleaned and ready for repairs in no time. They set up fans and had strange tubes in the ceiling that dried all the water. They also cleaned up after each visit. After the dry out the repair team came in. Ken and Seth were absolutely amazing. Ken explained all the repairs and happily answered my questions. Seth did the actual repairs and I could not be happier with his work. He was also very personable and even shared a recipe with me. It’s as if the leak and subsequent damage never happened. I highly recommend Atlantic Restoration.

I had an emergency happen where I needed experts to come out and help with potential water damage. I had called several businesses and was brushed off. However when I called First Atlantic, not only did they immediately want to get all of the information so the could move forward on helping me, they immediately got an expert to come out to my office.

It felt nice speaking with a company that made you feel like a priority and that they too shared a sens of urgency in checking out the delimma. I don't know much about water damage to a property, however, when the employee from First Atlantic came out to assess the situation he took the time to educate me on water damage and what the concerns would be. He made sure to show me the areas that were the most concerning. He also didn't try to push a sale or up charges. He gave me options so I didn't feel stuck.

Over all, I really appreciated this company and their sense of urgency. Five stars

I had a great experience from start to finish with First Atlantic. They were quick to come out for mediation when I had water damage, and the repairs were finished in a week! Penny was incredibly helpful keeping me updated with the status of the project, and Ken and Seth were amazing with the repairs! I definitely would rather have not experienced a water leak, but they made the inconvenience easier with communication and fast work! Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service, support, communication and QUALITY of work. I was treated as a priority! Erik is awesome. A gifted professional that was courteous, clean, organized, and skilled. First Atlantic was the light in a dim situation. I will 100% use them again if i ever have another repair. The fact that I could almost literally be hands off from the insurance claim all the way through clean up was more than i expected out of a company handling a home repair through insurance. Trey did an awesome job on the hood cleaning, he even polished the outside until it shined! The hoods looked like new when his team was finished, couldn't be happier!

Called all around Hampton Roads for someone to do hood vent cleaning. Most don't even answer the phone or get back to you. These guys actually came out to do the quote the same day (Friday) and got us scheduled for the following Tuesday morning. They were here for about 6 or 7 hours and did a thorough job. They even did a few extra things that were needed. Great pricing as well.
If you just need someone to come in, knock it out and not over charge give these guys a call.

Solid company. They've always been exactly on time and extremely friendly. Easy to book and very responsive. The gutters are always spotless (they send pics) and they've helped identify some soft spots in the roof as well as made minor gutter repairs on the spot. Highly recommended for the 757 area; I won't use anyone else!
