Lines seamless gutter guys did a great job. They came after the Noreaster we had follwing the snow last week ripped them off ny house. They arrived early, got my gutters replaced very fast. Everything was secured & done properly. Their prices are reasonable, actually they are lower than most notable companies in the Hampton Roads area. I'd highly recommend using their services.

Lines Seamless Gutters Inc did an awesome job installing our new gutters! Getting an estimate was a breeze, and was able to be scheduled for installation the following week. A pipe burst on January 6th from freezing temperatures. My family's kitchen, living room and two bathrooms suffered severe water damage as a result. First Atlantic showed up with 6 vans full of workers that jumped into action and tore out all of the ruined ceilings, floors, tile, cabinets, etc. After my property was sufficiently dried out First Atlantic did a beautiful job of installing new ceilings, floors, cabinets, etc. My family could not be happier. The job they did is worthy of its own reality TV episode. Thank you!

Very thankful for Zach from First Atlantic for getting the ball rolling with our home owners insurance claim, after other contractor’s estimates had been denied for not being detailed enough. First Atlantic handled everything with our insurance and were able to get a check in our hand and on their schedule to begin work as soon as we were ready. Lynsey was very polite and pleasant to work with on all the paperwork aspects. Giving 4 stars overall because of some rework that pushed the project timeline out, but we appreciate Austin, Maurilio, and Cody’s dedication to getting the job done right and we are loving our new shower.

Jeff Corey was just passing by and saw us struggling trying to change our flat tire. He was like the "Good Samaritan", going beyond the expectations that you could possibly wish for. He just saved us!

Our relationship with FAR lasted 8 months, so we had quite the roller coaster of an experience. They were recommended by our insurance adjuster as being one of the best in the area. A pipe connected to our dishwasher burst 2 days before Christmas in 2023 and FAR started the job on 1/6/24. Because we were already planning to do a remodel, this was an initiation to that project and so we made a decision to do the entire kitchen. We were planning to knock out a wall and needed a permit to do so, so this added about 3-4 months to the project. We ultimately did not go in that direction due to cost, so there were several iterations on our remodel, which is why the restoration lasted 8 months.

The team who showed up to do the initial mitigation was efficient and got that work done quickly.

While most First Atlantic employees are friendly and pleasant to work with, we didn't find that our project manager was a good communicator and that resulted in mistakes being made (like the wrong window being ordered for our kitchen sink). Most of his communication took place via text which we found to be inefficient, thus resulting in lots of miscommunication. On the flip side, there were times that he ensured our satisfaction was met and wanted to make sure we were happy customers. The Admin team was mostly good to work with, though missed details when we sent along selections for things like paint color and flooring (I sent an email in April with our selections and the person handling those details asked me for them again in May).

Some of the contractors hired (like the painters) seemed also just cheap hired labor. They were at our house a total of 3 times for the same exact thing; making sure the imperfections in the paint were smoothed. Those mistakes were not corrected and while FAR offered to have them come back, at that point (July) we were quite fed up with the quality of the work and decided to just leave it as is. So, we were pleased that FAR didn't want to rest until the job was done, but also equally disappointed that the end result was just bumps in the wall that we will have to fix ourselves.

I think the personalities of the people that work here are great, we just wished that quality had been more up to par.

First atlantic team came out quickly same day and found the issue while communicating the whole time. Dealing with home problems is never easy, but these guys were professionals. Give them a call if you ever need mitigation or restoration services.

I cannot say enough about this incredible company and every last one of the employees! I'm a disabled veteran, paraplegic, and single mother, and this company, along with contributions from Home Depot and Give First, made extensive repairs to my home that I otherwise would never have been able to get done on my own. The employees volunteered their time, joyfully might I add, over the course of several MONTHS to replace waterlogged flooring, mold removal and sealing, falling ceiling, a ramp to access my bathroom easily, painting, stairway carpet, sheetrock, light fixtures, and many more things! I am forever grateful for these amazing people who came to my rescue! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! You will never find another company that cares more and are so knowledgeable in their skills! Carson, Bennett, Jeff, Seth, Jordan, Bobby, and so many others- THANK YOU!!!

Ken arrived on Friday, July 18th to rebuild the subfloor for my Aunt’s home. That gentleman worked his buns off in the heat, measuring and cutting plywood all by himself! Outstanding work ethic and a great positive attitude. So easy to see that he is a hard working Veteran who deserves a bonus for providing awesome work. We are very grateful for his service to the country and his dedication to First Atlantic Restoration! Great job Ken - you deserve 10 Stars and a bonus!

I needed the crawlspace of my home cleaned and restored in order to complete an HVAC ducting replacement. Even though it was a relatively small job, First Atlantic Restoration took it and made me feel like I was their most important client. They were very quick, their work was excellent, and their customer service was stellar. I especially appreciated Krysti for coordinating the work, Leah and Janice for taking my call and helping me get scheduled, Matt and Ricky for coming out to inspect and prepare my home for the work, and Khalem, Leif, Samuel, and John for completing the cleaning and restoration. They were all fantastic!

Recently, we faced a stressful ordeal when a water leak severely damaged our kitchen and garage. Throughout this challenging time, the First Atlantic team was exceptional. They quickly and efficiently addressed the leak and handled all necessary communications with our insurance company, significantly easing our burden.

We had a huge water damage issue that included mold, so walls were taken to the studs, parts of the floors were pulled up and First Atlantic made the whole experience less stressful with their kindness, willing to listen, patience and willing to work with us and our insurance company. Every person from First Atlantic we either talked to or had in our home were top notch professionals. Kelham with the demo was great to work with. And the rebuild was made so much easier with the help of Al, Cody, Jose, and Lynsey. I usually do not write reviews......but First Atlantic made everything so seamless. From dealing with the insurance company to overseeing a huge renovation. They function as a unit and treat you like family. I highly recommend this company. A special thanks to Grayson and Heather. You guys are knowledgeable and made a horrible situation less stressful 😊

First Atlantic does “work” for The Breeden Company, Inc who built, owns and manages Aqua on 25th Street Apartments. Aqua is full of BLACK TOXIC MOLD, as reported on Wavy 10 News. This company has been their preferred vendor on their properties for a reason…run.

Update...More residents have moved out and more are being moved in, all while First Atlantic does their "work". No residents have been informed of the dangers while this company is setting up air scrubbers in apartments with active leaks and people living in them. The carpet was literally eaten away by black toxic mold (confirmed report) and this company puts fans on it!

Is it possible to put people over profit? Pets over profit? We have educators, veterans, children and animals, who are twice as susceptible to the effects of black toxic mold, all being knowingly poisoned due to complete greed!

If you can't be part of the solution, stop being part of the problem!
