The process was smooth and easy thanks to Pam, in the Repair Dept. Her constant communication and follow up were wonderful!

The reason I choose 1 star is the lack of communication after everything was cleaned up and told that I was gonna receive emails and promised emails with quotes that I never received. Marcus, the manager and the gentleman that came and helped me out were awesome. They were courteous. They even got a kick out of my dog. And how well-behaved he was And getting a kick out of my cats.
They ripped up all the carpeting linoleum put the fans in came and checked on me even checked when the breaker popped.

Receptionist where so nice and awesome. They knew who I was as soon as I called.

It was great until they removed all of my equipment. Sean when he came out to inspect it and to get an estimate of how much it was gonna cost for it to be fixed by their contractors that he would contact me and send me an email with the quotes . This was Thursday, July 31 if I'm correct he told me that he would be sending out an email around Wednesday no later than Friday of that week with this breakdown.
i Never got it so I called the office, spoke to him, and he said it will be done that he was just waiting on some things from my insurance as soon as my insurance does all you have to do is fill in a couple of things and can send it right over to me, when he was talking to me, he made me feel like it was not a big deal that he would get it done. Basically as soon as this happened and told me I should have it by the end of that week I was like OK great!

Well, didn't receive it. Checked all of my emails my spam box junk folders typed in Servepro typed in his name nothing so. I called last Monday. Spoke to I guess would be his office assistant and she says he's out of the office I was like OK no problem we all need a day off, sometimes completely understand that

she said she can take a message for him, and I said yes and I explained to her he supposed to be sending me a quote and I was just utterly confused with what's going on because I checked everything in my email and nothing was there. so that we can get this work started on in my houseand she said OK.

“And might I add also to this my friend Shellie that they graduated from the same college as myself . works with ODU managing buildings she told me you guys do a lot of work i for her and her business .
and told her all I'm waiting on is Sean to contact me and she k knows Sean very well And even described him to the T and I said yes, that was him and was very shocked over this because she's never had problems like non communication.
And she even agreed with me that you all do great work and does not understand why was the ball dropped on me.”

The last message I left was on Tuesday August 6, 2024. At 930 am . I have now gone on waiting 3 weeks as of tomorrow for an estimate to get my work completed in my home.

I have holes in my drywall in my ceiling. Fiberglass dust animal fur, and everything else flying around because it's wide-open attic even with the bathroom door closed and breathing in.I've already stepped on two staples trying to get items out of my spare room that is now become the storage unit until this is done. That was sticking out of the sub-flooring. Which also caused and affection in my heel and having to Go to the doctors and get a tetanus shot.

I was really looking forward to having you guys do the job for me and add some to it to give you guys a little bit more money so that everything was uniform that was going to be out-of-pocket from me not insurance.
you guys have literally put me in a pickle because the back bedroom that you only ripped half of the carpeting out is my office.
And to add, I have exactly one week of PTO left and no office to be able to reset up my equipment when I work from home as a QA. Do you understand how hard it is to do quality assurance was only a laptop and no monitors and be on the phones when you need quiet and a door closed?

it really saddens me because you guys deserve five stars. I just don't understand how someone What the public can just suddenly drop a ball and leave your customer hanging . I’m really disappointed

Servpro may not have the best communication with the Owner/Tenants on what they need to take up/plan to do but they did do well with mold mitigation and did well to get everything done In a timely manner.

The manager did have over sight between workers to check on quality of work which was appreciated.

Communication could be better and I recommend reviewing estimate before paying.

I spoke with a gentleman, I believe his name was Clinton about some services I need for Summer ..wow what a personality and very resourceful as far as answering my questions and giving me guidance moving forward with my project ...I look forward to scheduling my summer cleaning services with Servpro of Virginia Beach and truly appreciate the great customer service .. Kudos!!!

Office was very great with communication and scheduling along with making sure i was informed. The crew came out for water damage in my commercial office and made it like it never even happened. They do offer full turnkey which is great for a business to get back up and running. They service any area which is nice.

We had an amazing experience with Servpro. Our project manager, Duane Dickinson finished a challenging job of demolition, mold remediation and cleaning of walls furniture and floors.

Had an emergency. Called my contact (Austin) and he was on scene within minutes. His crew were only minutes behind him. They took care of everything. Very fast and very professional.

Very good experience overall, enjoyed lots. One notable employee who goes by the name of Lisa Corley made me the best experience and is a game changer. Made things very simple and streamlined.

We had Duane and his team come out to do water mitigation on our home after some flooding from our water heater! He is just truly amazing, the way he communicates everything, the process, the time frame he tells you he committed too. He responds quickly if needed for any further questions and so forth. We had some issues with Servo Pro repair team with a lack of communication which we got our repairs done else where but now Duane, his work ethic and friendly and upbeat personality made us so comfortable with him during this whole process! No issues with him at all!
