Eddie managed a mold remediation job for me Their team was very professional and thorough. They sealed the area, removed all contaminated material, cleaned and passed an independent test. We had a house fire and Serve Pro of Virginia Beach stepped in from the beginning. Our site manager, Duane let us know from day one we were in the right hands and had no worries. He was correct! Throughout our 10 month process, Duane answered every single phone call. He expertly managed the pack out, cleaning and return of our 4000 square foot household goods. He hand picked his crew and had all hands on deck, even on a Saturday. He chose Jody to be our lead packer, cleaner and person who orchestrated the move back in. There are no words for her skill, attention to detail and heartfelt caring of our family and all of our household goods. She protected our newly refinished floors and walls during the move in process better than any moving company ever could. Jody was also always available and ensured our family’s most treasured possessions were cared for as if they were her own. I cannot say enough about this team and the company that supports them. The office staff was superb and made the process of dealing with our insurance company a breeze. Thank you to Duane and Jody and every member they assembled on their team to make our fire ordeal feel as though it never happened!👏

Unsatisfied customer. Two unprofessional Techs showed up and did nothing but cut two 5x4ft soaked carpet pads out. They couldn't turn the mainline water off and I had to do it myself. They did not use one tool to dry the floor or carpet. No chemicals sprayed. I cleaned up the sewage and the nasty wate myself. No manager came to assess their work and Servepro Virginia Beach charged me $477 for 10 minutes of work. I had to use my shop vacuum to extract the water from the floor and carpet because the lead Tech said: I only have a shop vacuum like you. There were no Water Restoration! They will never get our business again. $477 to cut out 2 small sections of carpet pads? Be cautious when you choose a service.

What really sold me was the project manager who came out to give me an estimate. Duane Dickinson of Servpro in VA Beach is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Talk about professional!! I got a few quotes from other companies but honestly, his knowledge, expertise and communication was what sold me! The communication was easy and consistent, simply using text or a call to start the clean-up process and it began within the same day! The production manager, Duane, was respectful, friendly, and assuring how things would progress every step of the way. I decided to go with SERVPRO’s sub-contractors, and they were just as friendly, efficient in their work and communication was wonderful. The project manager, Shawn, was friendly and accommodating during the repair process and Lisa was my “go to person” for any questions or concerns. She was always reachable and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It was a mess, but SERVPRO mitigated the problem in a caring, timely, and favorable manner. I can’t say enough good things about Servpro of VB. Customer service is excellent. When disaster strikes, or the unexpected happens big or small Servpro is there. The green trucks and green vans will arrive to make things best they can be and back to normal. Plus Servpro helps out with the Firefighter Challenge Championship Series which is very grateful to the athletes.
