Rez home services has been a life saver in helping to get my home ready to sell. If you need assistance with anything, give them a call!!

I used them to do my floors, in and out, quick work and they look incredible! They have extremely competitive pricing and I'm really happy with the work they did.

Great experience with Rez, had some flooring removed and replaced with new and the outcome is great. Fairly priced and hard working making sure everything was done to a high standard and in a timely manner.

I received 4 invoices from Rez home services stating I owe them money for their “repairs” they conducted at my rental property. All repairs were coordinated through Lonnie Bush Property Management. I never called the company and requested any repairs.
They “charged”:
$225 for Carpet clean which has to be redone because the tenant complained the carpets were still dirty
$300 for missing lamps , non functioning pop up drain, and damaged blinds
$75 for a trip fee??????
$115 for HVAC technician to look at my HVAC
$900 to paint common area walls , kitchen, dining, living rooms and remove a sticker “yes remove a sticker”

They supposedly did all this work to my house and the tenant moved in and immediately filed a complaint with the city because no work was done to the house.

I hired a contractor and paid over $10k to properly repaint and fix the entire house because REZ and Lonnie Bush Property Management is horrible and they are scammers!!!!! They work in the same building!!!!

Lonnie Bush unlawfully terminated my agreement because I left a 1 star review on google and the principal broker stated my rental did not have any invoices. It funny how I received all these unpaid invoices from REZ; this tells you the nature of Lonnie Bush. They are quick to charge you $10 a month for air filters but do not want to pay invoices they contract.

Their 5.0 reviews are from Lonnie Bush Agents not real customers.

Stay away from this company!!!!

Rez Home Services is an awesome company with great customer service! They're great if you need projects done around the house like painting, flooring, lawn care etc. Call them first!

We had REZ clean our house while we were out of the country and came home to a beautifully cleaned home. Not only did they do an amazing job but prices were great and communication was amazing! Definitely will use them again!

Krista and Dennis are wonderful to work with. Coming from a customer service perspective they really know what's up. They're professional, reliable, and truly care about their work. Krista was flexible with me when my dog unfortunately ended up in the emergency room on the day of my appointment. She showed so much care and concern. It's a breath of fresh air to meet people who really love what they do. We can't thank them enough for being honest, flexible, and trustworthy.

Wow. I didn't even get a chance to see the quality of work. I just called and the RUDEST lady answered the phone. I didnt even get a chance to speak! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Honestly, having gone through several pool maintenance companies over the years, I have finally found the right team! They are kind, honest and care about what they do for us and always have a kind spirit!!

Very good company Renee is a very nice lady met the pool person the other day he's a very nice man did a great job on cleaning our pool it was all ready to go for 4th of July I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know there's some negative reviews about them but as far as I'm concerned they're 100% professional

We needed to have our pool pump repaired. Since our previous service business closed we went to Presidential. The service was very personable, professional and responsive. The repairs were made the same day that we called. Highly recommended.

They have great service and they do great work. Very attentive to your needs. They just finished putting in a new liner. It looks awesome!!

My experience with Presidential Pools was beyond excellent. My items were ordered and installed promptly and properly. Everything was done in a timely basis and I would have no problem recommending this company. You can not go wrong with Presidential Pools.

We first had this company come out and close our pool for the winter, they did a good job, so we decided to give them a call to open the pool for the summer. We were very very disappointed. They threw algae in our yard after repeated requests to dispose of in a trash can that we provided since we have a dog that eats everything. When they randomly came over to work on the pool for the 30-45 minutes they were there, they never communicated with us. If asked a question, they seemed bothered. They would say they were coming back the next day and would never show up. We ended up having to vacuum and scrub the pool ourselves. I have never done business with such a nonprofessional company and do no intend to again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
